Very weird experience they could have easily sold me a vehicle. I was there to purchase and poor communication prior to me coming made it not happen. Turned out to be a waste of time.(UPDATE in response to owners reply I purchased a vehicle later in the day elsewhere by contacting the bank and using my debt card due to the issue)

Drove Saturday morning 7-3-21 to look at a truck after talking to Johnny via Facebook messenger. Talked to Gabriel when I arrived. He informed me that they can not run credit on The weekend because the lenders were closed and assured me that he would send it of Monday 7-5-21. Called Monday afternoon and again talked to Gabriel and he again informed me that the lenders were once again closed. I had let him know not to worry about sending off the report because I was no longer interested in the Truck. Today 7-6-21 I received an email about a hard inquiry on my credit report. Called and text the number and found out they had blocked my number. Called from my daughters phone and talked to Gabriel and he apologized when asked why my credit was ran he had no answer. When asked how to fix their mistake about running my credit he stated he knew nothing about credit and hung up on me. Very poor customer service 🤬🤬🤬To respond to the reply. I did do an app on July 3rd and was told it would be sent in on Monday when the lender opened vi called back Monday and was told the lender was still closed so I told your employee Gabriel not to send my app off that I was no longer interested in the truck. All of you that work up there are some liars and poor customer service

Worst vehicle purchase I have ever made. I was told the vehicle was solid as a tank within 2 weeks my tans mission was going out. I took it to the shop had 2 cylinders missing in the engine was told by shop that who ever had it before had been into both cylinders and the new parts that the shop I took it to put in didn’t fix the problem. Called to see if they would make it right or just give me my money back so I could buy a good Vehicle and was told nothing they could do and it all fell on me. This is one of the shadiest worst places I’ve ever bought a vihicle from. Please if you need a Vehicle go somewhere else

This is the worst dealership to go to! I bought a $4,300 truck from them and drove it back and forth to WORK ONLY for 2 WEEKS! Now it has a whole in the motor the size of a softball and they refuse to even help me in the smallest way to get it back on the road. I tried to make something work with them on every level and they refused. I strongly suggest that whoever buys a vehicle from this place should have it looked over immediately by someone other than they’re own mechanics!
