We searched for the car of my wifes dream. We found one similar through car.com. So Jeffrey started looking for the exact car. After a few days, he found it several hundred miles away. Had it brought to Prince Chevrolet so we could pick it up. He gets 5 star rating with me along with Austin the finance manager.

Check engine light, tech said it was Diesel exhaust system failure, my Bill was $ 831, diesel sensor not working properly, tech said it would fix it self after driving a few days, after day #7 still not working properly. Bringing truck back to shop on Monday 04/19/2021, hope to get this resolved, employees are very polite and easy to work with.

The employees were great to work with. David Tanner, an employee and friend, told me about the truck that I eventually bought. Tim Saylor was the salesman and he did a great job of describing and showing the vehicle. After the sale, he was and has been most kind in answering questions about operations, etc. Austin Stripling did a very commendable job in finalizing financing.

The service techs made sure that my vehicle was not only running but when we learned that there was no power to the cell phone chargers, they went to work again. They pulled fuse panels and search the web for solutions. I asked questions and they responded cordially and politely...not at all with frustration although it might have prolonged them leaving timely on a Friday evening. They worked diligently to resolve the problem until about 6:20 beyond their work hours on a Friday evening. One stated that they still had to move vehicles to the parking lot for a sale the next day. But did not complain although it was pouring rain so hard by now that I waited 15 minutes in the parking lot before I drove off.The secretary, upon leaving the building, stopped to make sure that the vehicle was fully operational before leaving. We all put our heads together and I drove off fully satisfied.Thank you!

Prince Chevy of tifton has the worst service department prince Chevy of Valdosta knows how to treat a customer they did exactly what I wanted in a timely manner as promised unlike prince Chevrolet of tifton carried my truck to tifton with same issue made appointment and everything was promised to be ready on that Thursday then it led to that Friday and I called and tifton dealership didn’t care less said it was there fault and he should’ve never made my appointment said they were 4 months behind so either I wait or come pickup my truck that they never touched I was done with the prince auto group I said I would Never use prince again until a friend said prince of Valdosta is 100 times better which with my experience they are I made appointment tech said it will take 1 hour and in a hour and 4 minutes I drove away so thank you prince of Valdosta THEY ARE 100 TIMES BETTER THAN TIFTON

After a horrible experience at a previous dealership my dad drove me to Prince! We got there a bit after 3:00 and everyone we came in contact with that afternoon made me feel welcomed but not pressured! Parker Wiley did an incredible job meeting my budget not only for the monthly payment but for the overall amount of the car. Once we got all the papers signed (well past closing) Parker hung around and made sure I was fully aware of how everything worked with my car lights, radio, and a brief run down of the manual; which he didn’t have to do but he did. I highly recommend Prince Chevrolet and also Parker Wiley!

Long story short.. We all know how that ends up...We have been shopping for a vehicle for my son for a while now. His first car.. how exciting is that... We decided to expand our search since we were heading to the coast for a quick little family outing and we stumbled across this GTI.. Everything was great, so i called up and we made the deal over the phone and i said we would stop by and pick it up on our way to the coast. Stopped off at the bank, picked up the certified check for the amount discussed and started heading towards the dealership. Now there is no TD Bank in Tifton, so i had to get the check before we left Columbia, SC... no big deal.. but wait.. theres more...We get to the dealership and there it was... red.. gleaming in the sunlight and my son was just as excited as it you can imagine.. Take it for its test drive.. perfect.. only issue we had was the alignment was a little off.. no big deal.. didnt even bring it to the attention of the sales person.. Then the dad inspection begins.. I found the front spoiler has been ripped away from the front of the car and the undercarriage plastics were flapping in the wind. That i want i fixed. So i show the sales person the damage and he said they didnt even notice it but would have the shop look at it real quick. I even offered to pick the car up on the way back so they could get it fixed. He comes back and said there is nothing they can do and they cant bring the cost down any. So i asked him to have the service staff put it on a lift for me so i can inspect the undercarriage for leaks and other damage. While he is away getting my car up i ask to speak to the sales manage who was super nice.. I told him what was going on and he said he was aware of the issue and was having his body shop look everything up.The undercarriage was good, no leaks or other damage. I go back to speak to the sales manage who already had the parts list up. Now remember i already have a check cut that i cant modify. The sales manager asked if it would be ok if they sent me a check for 300 to cover the cost of the parts.. I said i would be happy to pay the labor cost since they would cover the parts.That is customer service.. I didnt have to argue with him, i didnt have to threaten to walk away from the deal.. He noticed there was an issue that the staff missed and corrected it the best way he could. I dont think i could have asked for a better experience.Yes i know some of you would be like.. pff i would have made them fix the whole thing or i would have walked away.. not me. Its a 2016 used car it wont be without flaw, and i would much rather it be a flaw you can see than one you cant..Anyways.. long story short.... Great experience. Wish our Chevrolet dealership was this awesome.. maybe i would have purchased another car from them.....

Changed from 5 stars to 1 star. The sales team is still fantastic and could probably convince a Georgian to buy a heater in the middle of June.Unfortunately, the service center is quite possibly the worst service experience I have ever had. You cant show up for quick service and need to make an appointment. Not that big of a deal, just thought it needed mentioning. After making an appointment, I arrived 10 minutes early and got checked in. I opted to wait for the service to be completed since it is currently our only vehicle. I came in because the tire pressure monitoring system kept giving me errors and figured I would get other things checked or replaced while there. One of my headlights were out so I asked for the bulb to be replaced as well. Asked for a multipoint inspection and for them to check breaks and wiper blades. Asked for a quote on new tires (quoted at a ridiculous price of almost $900. Just get your tires elsewhere) and went in to sit and wait.The waiting area is nice and clean and cool. The staff barely acknowledge my presence during my stay in the waiting area.I ended up waiting over 4 hours. 2 hours had passed before anyone even spoke to me in the waiting area and another 1.5 hours after that before they even checked to see what was taking so long. A service advisor came in apologizing that the ONLY services they performed were an oil change and replacing the bulb in the headlight. The main reason for my visit wasnt even checked. There was no multipoint inspection done. There were no fluid levels checked. No tire pressure checked. No wiper blades checked.It took 4 HOURS to change the oil and replace a lightbulb and I got charged over $230 for it with $120 being labor. Its outrageous. This is the price for what they did when they have a Spring Sale going with an oil change, tire rotation, cabin & engine air filter replacement, front wiper replacement, and multipoint inspection going for $189.00?I went to them expecting slightly higher prices due to them being an actual chevrolet certified dealer and service center. I will never return to the Tifton location for service again.

I just bought my 4th vehicle from Prince, and I tell you what, Ill be back to buy 4 more. Every time I look somewhere else, I always come back to Prince, they always give more for the trade and take more off the price of the new. And Parker Wiley was great to do business with. I hope he is there when its time for another deal. And the finance guy Lewis Hurst must have explored every single way to save me money. I cant say enough about the Prince crew, they are awesome!!!

Kept car 3 days and I needed my headlights changed. They wanted over 200.00 to do it. I have an electrical problem also. Never could find it and wanted to replace the whole thing. They becra crazy. 3 days later with a car rental to pay for also. The sales dept is awesome. The other part sucks

My original review was removed. Stay away from this service department if you need work done to a diesel. They dont have one person capable of performing a job correctly. In the end, THEIR mistake cost $2500.00 to correct. Their mechanic didnt put transmission fluid into it after performing work that required it to be filled, specifically the transfer case. Furthermore, the service manager dodged my calls for two weeks, offered no apology, then responded to my first review with a call me, well work it out. That review has disappeared. Ill keep reposting if necessary.

I cannot say anything more wonderful about the folks here. While I am in a frustrating situation concerning my warranty with General Motors, this service area has been one of the kindest group of people to work with. Shout out to Mike on with their service team. He has been excellent to work with!!!Most of the issues Im having with my warranty are outside their ccontrol, however they have been patient with me throughout the whole process. GM customer service is another story however!!!!!
