I recently stopped going here to get my car serviced due to the fact that they were not properly checking all my fluids like they say they were. I was completely out of coolant which could have blown my motor up... Also no windshield wiper fluid,so theres no telling if they actually done an oil change the whole time Ive been taking it there.You honestly cant trust people these days and your either better off doing it yourself or finding someone you know well to do it for you.
I went for an oil change and tire rotation. I ended up getting some filters changed after it was recommended.
Outstanding Service Dept! I called in regards to a recall on my car & they repaired it within 17 min after I arrived! I drove for 1 hr & 30 min to get there because I live in a different city! It was well worth the drive!!!
My most recent experience was absolutely amazing. Initially I went to a different Nissan Dealership and the customer service was subpar which lead me Tenneson Nissan. The moment I entered the doors knew this was the place I was going to purchase from. The atmosphere was very welcoming and pleasant. Every team member that I encountered displayed great customer service, but My salesman, Mr. Keith was absolutely exceptional. I told him I wanted, and he got me what I needed. The entire time I was there(9a-2p) He was patient and very courteous. I left Nissan in a car that I absolutely LOVE!!!!!
10am Appointment and took 2 hours to pull truck into work bay for simple oil change, around 3 hours for job.
Made a 40 minute drive over there last week (first week of October 2021). After being told on the phone there was 3 super duties on the lot and that they would have them ready for me. A limited, platinum and lariet. Drive over with my wife only to find out there was only 1 there. It was listed as a limited online but was actually a platinum. Just expected more from a big lot like this. Truck still isnt listed right on their site even after I brought it to there attention. Called and left a message with the sales manager last week and still havent heard anything back.
I dealt with both Keith and Jeremy and they were excellent! This is my second time purchasing a car from Jeremy and he is a great person and salesman! He seems to really care about the customer.
I am from Tifton so I wanted to shop local. Spent 3 hours here. The final offer I got to trade in my vehicle and buy a new one was ridiculous. I went to a different dealership the next day, got the EXACT vehicle that I was trying to purchase there for $3500 less, and they gave me $1000 more for my vehicle. Be careful! Do your homework, shop around, and you will probably find a better deal elsewhere. My husband had the same experience as well. Between both of us, they lost $80,000 in sales.
Service was fairly quick. I was advised of an issue found and asked if I wanted if fixed, instead of just fixing without my knowledge. All the staff that I did interact with was very friendly, courteous, and had a great personality! Including the office staff where I checked out!!

I was in for a oil change, first it took about two weeks to get someone to answer the phone but I did get a nice young lady to help me. I had my oil changed and wanted them to check my brakes because they squeaks, but I was told there is nothing wrong with them maybe dust in the rotary and now a week later the squeak is constant and very loud. They did not do a good job checking my brakes and now I have to take my care somewhere else to have it serviced. The mechanic that worked on my car did not come to speak to me and did not try to fix the problem.That was a waste of my time for this I would never recommend the mechanics at Tenneson Nissan in Tifton or the one in Albany Ga
Nordstom legend level service! We ran into car trouble driving through Tifton on a Saturday and the service team here were beyond spectacular. No other dealers or independent repair shops within 20 miles were open on a Saturday. Tenneson was open but booked solid already but Brandyn (service tech) realized if they didnt help us we were stuck there all weekend until Monday and they came and towed us, picked up our family from the side of the freeway in the 90 degree heat and the mechanic stayed late to fix our vehicle and get us on our way. To top it off - it was a Honda, not a Nissan. I wish they were in my home town so I could service all my vehicles with them.
We have purchased three new vehicles and are very happy with them. Josh(salesperson), David(sales manager), Spencer(service associate) and last but not least Cory(owner) are all customer focused. Great place to buy a new car.
I have been going here to get my vehicle fix for over six month . The engine light was on .I have spent over 7000 and guess what the engine light still on. I had a motor put in my quest which they I needed after all this other stuff wasnt working. Paid them 4000 dollars pick my van up July Thursday July 29th 2021.Didnt get to Killtown engine light back on. I ask to speak to Mr Tenneson they want let me. That service is full of bull. All I wanted was my van fix. Not to be beaten out of my money because I am a woman.
Took my car in for an oil change. I know from experience and from my husband being a former technician at this Nissan Dealership that when your car is in there for an oil change they are also supposed to check fluids, fill fluids, check battery, etc.... They checked on paper my battery was Good... within less than 24 hours my car didnt crank bc my battery was bad. Not once did anyone at Dealership tell me that my battery even had corrosion on the terminals. Manager said When you drove it to Dealership you charged battery and thats why it tested good... Lies... 2-3 miles WILL NOT charge a battery!! They didnt check my battery!! Im not stupid!

I had an oil change and tire rotation and balance. It was great service. Didnt take too long, and the lobby had good snacks. Some were even complimentary.
Met some fellas in the Service Department yesterday after a series of unfortunate events. They helped resolve an issue that occurred because an emergency repair service technician stripped out a lug nut during a tire change. Doyle was the name of the fella who took care of it in their tire center. I didnt notice the spare that should have been reinstalled under the vehicle until I returned back home. Im sure he would have been happy to put it back where it came from, had I asked.
Ben was very helpful and informative. He was not a pushy salesman and I did not feel conned into making a purchase, which I appreciated.
Jeremy went beyond my expectations in helping me to get a car. When you think about going to a dealership to buy a car, a lot of salesmen give the impression that they are out for the sale only. Todd and Keith were both really helpful trying to help me figure out where a squealing noise was coming from. Upon not being able to replicate the noise, they told me to bring it back when I could hear it and we could go from there. They were professional and nothing short of lovely to me in trying to help.
Ricky Hughes never showed me the car facts on my 2014 Ford Focus Sedan when I ask for them.I advise anyone who’s buying a car from them always ask for the car facts first and make sure they run the vin number because right now I’m just finding out that they sold me a branded title salvage car. Which ain’t supposed to be on there lot in the first place. When I was trying to trade it in he gone tell me basically your ain’t worth nothing to trade it in for. They won’t take the car back unless I have another co-signer and put down another down payment.
Terrible experience. Whoever the Niko, Neeko, Neko or whoever the greasy guy is, ruined any chances of me doing any business with Tenneson Nissan. If you care about your customers youd keep him in a closed office towards the back of the dealership.
Went to get a oil change service. Ask to change oil, check all fluids, please add some transmission fluid and rotate balance my tires.They come and told me all this nonsense stuff I “needed” which I told them ok. Which later to find out I didn’t need it. They didn’t fill the washer fluid didn’t add an transmission fluid or check it. Wanted to sale tires never rotated or balanced them.

(best sale-man ever) We would have loved it if Tenneson had allowed a little more wiggle room in regard to the payment (we were in hopes they would meet us half way) however overall we accepted the payment and would not never make enemies over a few dollars.

I arrived early for my service appointment, but that seemed to be no problem for the staff. I went in and sat down in the waiting area and was quite comfortable. In what seemed like no time at all, the service manager came in and gave me my bill. It was wonderful to know that the bill was small because the staff had found no issues with my 2019 Altima. Within an hour-and-a-half, I was on my way home. Congratulations!!

After a horrible experience with another car dealership. I called Tenneson Nissan and spoke to Ben. He promised me he would make it right on behalf of the other dealership. I was a little skeptical BUT I showed up the next day and the whole staff was incredible. Ben did everything he promised he would do. They were honest and willing to help and do what was needed to do to get the car I wanted at the price I needed. Rob was SUPER helpful as well. Usually there is pressure to buy a car, BUT I felt no pressure at all. They stayed late to make sure I was ken care of and to make sure I left happy. They were all super helpful and I am beyond happy. If you need a car! TENNESON NISSAN IS THE WAY TO GO! :)
On 28 April 2020 I took my 2014 Chevy truck in for oil change, air conditioner repair, and tire rotation. To my surprise the tires were not rotated but I was charged for it anyway. I asked for a refund but instead the service department wanted to rotate tires or do a charge off on next service. The explanation given why tires wasn’t rotated was that tires didn’t need to be rotated. So why did service department offer to do rotation of tires if not needed (excuses). At this point of the conversation I’m starting to think 🤔 do I need to check if oil and air conditioner service was done on my vehicle. Hell yes check.Being pressed for time, I had to leave without refund or rotated tires (repair not needed an charged for). The moral of this story is check your services before leaving. Unsatisfied to the highest degree. No trust
Took my vehicle to get an oil change and tire rotation. The paid attention to detail and let me know I had a nail in one of my tires. Also educated me on what maintenance I may need under warranty.
The jury is still out on whether I would recommend for or against Tenneson. Since driving this car off the lot, I have been trying to get something done about the paint bubbling and peeling off around both back doors. I was told that the paint man, who wasnt there, would have to look at it. It was originally confined to the door jams, and maybe relatively easy to fix, but it was obvious that it was going to progress from there, on out onto the side of the car, if not addressed. While we have continually missed the elusive paint man, sure enough, it has. Its very ugly now. There was no paint man at this appointment either, even though we have been told hes there on Wednesdays. We have yet to see this elusive paint man. Level with me. Do you have any proof of life? Is there really a paint man?
After a month I was able to get my car back. Tenneson Nissan said it was being worked on, and they were replacing the transmission. When I got the car back, it still had the same issue with the car stalling after second gear.Another instance I was unsatisfied with their service department. I bought my car at this dealership and I was given FREE oil changes for life, but they take FOREVER to do an oil change. Most oil changes averaged 3 hours. After two years of free oil changes I stopped going there for any services.They basically want you to get additional services you dont need or buy another car. They keep sending me fliers in the mail saying they want me to trade in my car for another one. My cars are paid off. No thanks!

I brought my vehicle in because the fan assembly was broke. The service writer told me it was common for my vehicle and that my extended warranty should cover it. 5 hours later I received a phone call letting me know that it will cost me $938.00. I was not happy at all. I will fix it myself.
Do not use their service department unless you are prepared for a very long wait. I have waited over 2 hours before for a scheduled oil change and today it took over 4 hours to have my tires changed.
Don’t go here. They took 2 hours to change my oil and I left with an oil leak. My car was just fine before I got an oil change. So much for lifetime warranty!
I had my 2017 Nissan Titan serviced for an oil change and a full point inspection. After one hour they completed all the above, they were fast and friendly and I will come back.

The sales team is amazing however when I had to start going in for service appts I quickly realized that you will spend your entire day at the dealership waiting on your car to get serviced. I am always in there for a minimum of 2-4 hours just for an oil change. And that is WITH an appointment. Without an appointment, lord only knows how long it will take. I went in a few days ago for an oil change and to get a recall fixed. After sitting there for one hour and another woman telling me she had been there for 2 hours already I quickly changed the service to just fixing the recall which in itself took almost 2 hours. They no longer do complimentary car detailing which was nice to have considering the extremely long wait times there. And if they were working hard to get your car through I could understand but there are people just standing around and doing nothing. Seems if I owned this dealership I would want to know where my money was going because it seems they pay people to stand around and do nothing back in the service department. Like I said, The sales team is amazing. However, the Service team needs a lot of work.
They are some of the sharpest minds you can find around here, I almost left thinking I just got a very bad deal. The Entire Service Department stepped up and took care of me. I give 5 stars for that excellence! Buy an altima from them, Im in love with mine!

Found my 2018 Nissan Rogue SL AWD online and saw that it was at Tenneson. I called and asked for a salesman. When the receptionist asked who I would like to speak with I said, just read out some names. When she read Jeremys name I said that sounded like a good choice. Boy was I right! He was as personable as he was knowledgeable. He knew all about the cars features and demonstrated them on the test drive. I also had a great experience with Mike (manager) on the price of the car. He worked very hard to get the price within my range. I brought my car in while it was running hot and they replaced my radiator. Four days later, it began running hot again, and they said I needed a new thermostat. I replaced that, now only two days later, I am back in a shop because my engine is misfiring. I will not be back to Tenneson, even for a free oil change. I’m a single mother that is tired of sitting on the side of the interstate.
This is a updated review. The sales team is still amazing! The actual oil changes take at least 2-3 hrs every time you go in. So if you are in a hurry. Just still might want to go somewhere else or make it for a day you don’t have a lot of plans. However, I recently had an issue with a sensor going out. My car was acting bazerk.. having 4 children out of school for the summer and my car acting crazy, I called out of panic just praying my problem was under warranty. I called and Mike answered. He immediately eased my concerns. He checked, it was under warranty.. he said bring it on it.. even gave me a loaner vehicle for 5 days while my car was being fixed and was all around amazing!! This restored my trust in Tenneson. They fixed my problem and my car is back good as new again! Will continue to use the amazing sales team and them for all my future car purchases!!
