Just got my new (2021) Honda Civic Hatchback Sport and LOVE it! I highly recommend you ask for Trent Ray. He was the car salesman who assisted me with all questions and needs. He was friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. In fact, he went above and beyond!When I arrived, I was checking out the Hatchbacks; there was only white ones. However, once Trent introduced himself, he told me about another one just delivered that morning. It was a Sonic Grey color. After showing me the car, I was instantly sold! Since I am in college and had to leave in a couple of days, he pushed the vehicle through inspection (that same day) and I was on the road within an hour and a half. I HIGHLY recommend!

The Service department was very rude, besides the nice lady who works in the window. Brought my car in for a service “without” the check engine light on. Upon leaving the check engine light comes on. So I returned to inform them of the situation. They guy “Cody” proceeds to say that it wasn’t on when we parked it. Now mind you I just spent my money with you guys on a service that wasn’t cheap! How dare you say that to someone who’s spending there money with you guys. Prince Honda service department it’s a NO for me!!!!

If you go ask for trent ray he is so awesome very nice kind and thoughtful he wont do you wrong or try to sell you some thing you dont need or want. He listens to you and will try to find the best deal he can for you customer is always first its not about selling a car to him its actually helping you find what fits you and what you need that helps as much as possible. We were traveling from Florida & our car wouldnt start after stopping at a rest stop. We got a jump & then took our car to the nearest Honda shop. There were extremely nice & immediately looked at the car. They restarted car repeatedly & could find nothing wrong. They was no charge!

Service department was super nice to me!!! I am writing this review quite a few months after my visit, but I think my radio needed recoding. Something needed a code. They did it and wrote the code for me in my owners manual and didnt charge me anything! Another time we had to put battery in the clicker and they reprogrammed it no charge. On the spot. Both times. And my man Trent handling sales has got you covered for all your wants and needs!!! Been a great guy for a long time.

Best Honda dealership there is

Brand new car, went back to dealership hours after I bought the car, once I drove in the sunlight I could see ALL windows were smeared and dirty, went back for them to clean the windows, they do not have a detail person, and salesman cleaned the windows. They looked worse. This is all in the same day. I go to Walmart on the way home and buy stuff to clean windows. Once I started cleaning the windows, I noticed of tiny bubbles in the tint. I called back to the dealership and was told to bring the car in and they would redo the windows.This was all their fault, I walked in this morning and nobody spoke a word to me, all playing on cellphones. Bobo gave me a car to drive for the 4 hours it’s going to take to redo my windows. No apologies, nothing! I drove 70 miles round trip to get here.I had explained to Phillip that trunk was dirty! Phillip stated, “No that can’t be, they come from the factory and put right in the” It’s like coke or something had ran all down the trunk tray. Maybe the ones that attempted to clean the car spilled something. The was ok clean, but not new car clean. Also scratches between side windows, where they used a dirty rag to try to clean windows.

I have to relay the nightmare I experienced with this dealership. My head gasket blew on a trip from Fla back to Georgia. I saw steam when I stopped for gas and was directed .5 mile up the street to the local Honda, since I was driving a Honda. I was forced to rent a car to get home, leaving my car in the care of Prince Honda. First of all, it took nearly 3 weeks for them to do a relatively simple repair, costing me all that time out of work. When I picked my car up, I noticed a large dent in the back gate. When I mentioned this to Cody, the mgr, he looked to the ground and told me he had no idea what I was talking about and said how would I even know (because I had just been hit shortly before this trip in the behind) because of all the damage there? I was WELL AWARE of the damage and that it was all on the left side of the car, hence my shock to see new damage on the right side. Within two days of getting my car home, it became undrivable. I had it towed locally, where $500 later, I was told the garage that did the head gasket sent me on my way without a motor mount or a tube to the manifold. Oh, and while the car was being towed I noticed the deep scratch on the left side view mirror that was not there before its stay at Prince Honda. I contacted the owner of Prince Honda who told me to send her dated pictures of the car without the dent, from where I had the estimate for the back damage done. Unfortunately, those pictures did not provide pictures of the right side as there was only damage on the left side. Thus far, I have received no compensation or even a simple apology. I spent a great deal of money on their repairs (of which I have no faith in) and fixing their mistakes. If thinking of shopping or having repairs done here, I would keep going to another dealership.

Customer service after you purchase a vehicle and pull off the lot is absolutely horrible. They wont return calls. You get transferred to employees who have maxed out voicemail boxes. I will never buy another vehicle from this group again.

I bought a used car from this place 2 weeks back. It was a locally used car and thought it would be a good car. Any car dealer will do a basic cleaning of the car before they sell to a customer, nop dont expect that here, even after repeated requests. Also this may be the only dealer where you can get a car with 4 tires all different brands/speed/load ratings...When I asked about this, salesman said 3 of them are brand new...Anyways I had to take the car back very next day due to wierd road noise from tires as the dealer said I have only 36 hrs to report any issues...First I was told the master technian is not available and will be a week to check on the car, later I was told that one of the rear tires was feathered which is the reason for road noise. No repair was offered and the reply I got from the salesman was his manager did not want to do anything further. I left the place very disappointed. I went straight to Eric tires, bought 4 new tires and got the car cleaned by professionals. The car looks great now. I would not recommend this place if you are looking for a pleasant Honda car buying experience.

Overall not a pleasant experience. Drove from Sylvester to Tifton based on television ads. Walked in and informed salesman of what I was looking for, only to be quoted on price and features of another model. Made it VERY clear what I intended to buy and was then steered to a newer model than what I wanted. At this point was told MSRP was going to be selling price. I dont know of any dealer who expects customer to pay sticker price plus all the additional fees. Will not do business here EVER!!!I will be exercising my right as a consumer to take my business elsewhere.

I have purchased my last three vehicles from the Prince automotive group. Each handful of years when its time for the next vehicle I get this worry over having to deal with the stereotypical car salesman and general anxieties of buying a car. The last three times Ive walked away from the Prince dealership wondering why on earth I was so worried about buying a car in the first place. They make the process as harmless and fair as it could possibly be. Every single person I worked with, from sales manager to business manager to the folks that delivered the new vehicle to me at work (I was unable to make it there during business hours, so they came to me!) were respectful and willing to help any way they could. I visited a couple of dealerships to shop around before stopping at Prince this time, and those experiences only reinforced my growing satisfaction with the way the folks at Prince work. I recommend Prince dealerships to anyone looking to buy a new/used vehicle.... hands down

Pulled in due to a dire situation with my civic! On our way to Helen she just stalled out a couple times on the interstate, not good!They hooked me up. The problem was the tdi camshaft sensor. The hours later after working me in I was on the road. Thanks Prince Honda!
