Prince Toyota Service center has a really great group of people working for them. When I came there my Toyota Sienna CB axel broke during a road trip from Florida to North Georgia to pick up my kids who have been spending their summer with grandma and papa. I was dreading what the service was going to cost me. They managed to get the part and have me ready to go the next morning with out breaking the bank. I dont know if Ill ever be in the area again needing service done but I just want to say how much I really appreciate everything they did.

On Friday, I bought my first car without the assistance of parents or spouse! It was an absolutely great experience! Corey Davenport is your go-to guy. He never pressured me but offered some great strategies to get me making decisions. My entire experience was awesome! The sales manager, Michael Lawrence, worked hard to get me a great deal. The used car manager, Mitchell Weldon, reassessed my trade in to maximize my value. The finance manager at the Toyota dealership was out that day but never fear! I went down to Prince Chevrolet to see their finance manager, Brad Richardson. He helped me save on an extended warranty and gap insurance. As an added benefit, he changed my insurance to my new car and saw some places that I could save. I walked out of there paying $78 less every 6 months on insurance for my new car than for my 2009 car! All around top knotch service. Go see them for your next car! You won’t regret it!!

This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had dealing with a dealership to fix my vehicle. First off, I had to call almost every time myself to figure out what was going on with the car. She would tell me I’d have an update by the end of the day, and I would never hear from her and have to call the next day to get any information whatsoever. The ‘advisor’ who I had to speak to about my car was incompetent, rude, sassy, and refused to listen to a word I said about the issue with my car. They never fixed the issue. I already had a diagnosis from another shop who took the time to figure out the issue, but couldn’t do the work because they had to take out the airbag to get to it and they don’t do that at their shop. The lady was refusing to listen to me about the issue and threw an attitude at me whenever I tried to explain to her what was going on or give her any information about the issue. All she kept doing was claiming her mechanic was the best and if he couldn’t find the issue then there was no issue at all. Except I have been stuck on the side of the road multiple times due to it so obviously there’s an issue with the car.... NEVER take your vehicle there for any serious issues. General maintenance is fine, but if you have to deal with the lady I did, you’d be better off going ANYWHERE but there. I will NEVER take my vehicle there again as long as she is working there and I will advise anyone I know to stay away from this place for maintenance.

Just reading his little paper in a very monotone voice. Horrible. The price was fair for services rendered so overall satisfactory, but please have someone else on the phones!

Very unwelcoming and poor customer service. I purchased my 2016 Camry from this dealership almost 5 years ago. Came home for a visit from Baltimore MD and thought I’d come get my car serviced and regretted the decision minutes after pulling up. I’m a travel nurse, I’ve worked in multiple states, which means I’ve had my car serviced in multiple states. Since when doesn’t a Toyota staff member come to the driver side of the car and check you in when you pull up in the service area?? Instead this staff member lingers at the back of my car for a couple seconds then takes the vehicle behind me and drives it around to be serviced! I collect myself for a minute then go in and ask has this customer service protocol changed. His excuse was he didn’t want to scare me and come tap on the window... It’s 9am..I’m in the service area...expecting to get service. To conclude this review, I won’t be returning to Prince Toyota.

Most of the time after the papers are signed people don’t care anymore. Well that’s not the case here. They have helped me so much after the deal it’s unreal. I recently took my 2007 Toyota Tundra to have a new alternator put on after the original finally died at a little over 383,000 miles on it. I also had a couple other minor issues they fixed as well. (ABS, Traction control sensor on one of the wheels needed replacing, and I had a wheel hub that needed replacing.) In addition they changed out the spark plugs and replaced the serpentine belt for me as well during this visit. I live in Douglas and in the past have went to Walker Jones in Waycross for my service needs, but Walker Jones is horrible when it comes to seeing about you in a hurry. You almost always have to schedule things (even oil changes) a week or more in advance. On this issue, I called Walker Jones first since they were closer to me and they said they could get to me in two weeks which wasnt acceptable. I then called Prince Toyota and spoke to Robert who said if I wanted to bring it in that day (Thursday) I could. I told him my trucks problems and I said Id bring it in on Friday morning so they could have all day to hopefully fix it and address the issues above. So I took it in on Friday and was greeted by Robert and then sat and waited in the waiting room. I told Robert that I would be waiting for my vehicle and nothing was said and assumed they would fix everything and have me ready to roll by Friday afternoon. During my time waiting which was from 8am till around 1pm no one came to check on me or give me an update. Around 1 when I went over to check on my truck Robert said that Hank (their top tech) was on lunch and as soon as he returned he would have me and update. At that time Robert did ask me if he could arrange a ride for me to get lunch or we could go to lunch together which I appreciated, but declined. Soon after when Hank returned Robert came and told me that they had to order the parts and they would have my truck fixed and ready for me by around lunch on Monday. I was a bit ill it took till 1pm to tell me I would have to wait until Monday for parts because I didnt plan on having a ride back to Douglas at that time and if I would have been told that morning that if it does need a new alternator they would have to keep it I would have already had that lined up and would not have waited over a half day for the news. This was the reason I deducted one star on the review. Some may have deducted 2 or 3 stars, but I really feel that they wanted to be sure they took care of me and it just didnt register with them that they wouldnt have my truck ready on Friday and failed to mention it. So for future reference be sure to let customers know up front that you may have to keep their vehicle for a day or more if it requires replacement parts you dont keep in stock. It will prevent some ill feelings and potential negative reviews later on. The other thing I would recommend would be that the lady behind the desk in the waiting area check on customers too because it seemed to me she could have checked on me as well throughout the waiting process, but never did. I would also recommend a mini fridge with free bottled water for customers waiting as well like Ive seen at other dealers. I did appreciate the Guest WiFi provided as I did work from the waiting area most of the day so I had things I could do efficiently which was appreciated. Anyhow, once I figured out I needed a ride I was lucky enough to have a relative that came from Douglas to come and get me and then returned Monday afternoon to pick up my truck. All issues were addressed and my truck is running smoothly, all the warning lights were off, and hopefully will be ready for at least a couple hundred thousand more miles till my next big repair, but I really want to thank Robert and Hank for their assistance getting my truck repaired and at a fair price as well. The service coupons you have on your website are much appreciated and will definitely use Prince Toyota again for my service needs based on the coupons, prompt service attention, and for having my truck ready when you said it would be ready. Thank you!

I guess I should have worn something nicer; something besides my work clothes! I came to Prince with a Tacoma trade-in, $10,000 cash, & a 765 credit rating...but left feeling like Id gone to the wrong place. Oh well Ill keep looking...

So on Tuesday November 5, we were driving I-75 on the way to see our son graduate from Navy BootCamp in Great Lakes, IL. We were driving from Wesley Chapel, FL. We were going to get off in Tifton, GA to feed our grandson and get gas. We missed the exit and just decided to keep going north until we found another exit. As we’re driving, a Semi driver threw something out of his window and it sounded like a gunshot when it hit our rear passenger side window. Shattered it well. We couldn’t speed up to get his license plate as the safe thing was to pull over and see what happened. Well as soon as we get out, the window falls out and completely shatters. We decide to find the nearest Toyota- as we’d always been advised. Of course it’s in Tifton. We get there and it’s close to closing time and we tell them our situation. They went the extra mile to get our window ordered ASAP so that it would arrive before they opened in the morning. Our insurance wouldn’t help with a rental so we could resume our trip, so we got a hotel room to stay the night and wait for our van. Steve, the Service manager at Prince Toyota, not only thought of options for us, he worked with us. He allowed us to get the room and unload the van. He waited after all his people had left, for me to bring the van back so he could store it inside the garage (so it wouldn’t be exposed to the elements or humans/animals). He then gave me a return ride to the hotel. Numerous times on Wednesday, he called us to keep us updated on the happenings with our van. And then when the van was ready, he drove our van to us and had one of his associates follow in the return vehicle so I could come back with them to the dealership to take care of the bill. This allowed my wife (by her decree) to stay and load the van so we could finish our trek north. Everyone at Prince Toyota that we encountered went above and beyond the call of duty to serve us and make our unfortunate experience bearable. I’m so glad we’re a Toyota family and I’m extremely grateful for Steve and his staff. What hospitality and genuine compassion. Thank you so much Steve and Prince Toyota! Because of you, we have a chance to make it to our son’s graduation ceremony and spend the weekend with him ⚓️❤️🙏

When I arrived at 10:55, Robert Dunn, the service manager, was unable to find my appointment on the computer. No problem, he says. Well take care of you. Will be ready at 2 pm. He called me at noon. Your car is ready, he says. I drove it 1600 miles. The car ran smoother, got better gas mileage, and the alignment was on point. Just thought Ill let you know. By the way, Im just a little biased. Soooo I bought my Toyota Camry 2019 brand new last year and been servicing it every time it says maintenance required for a year..I have 32000 miles on it and they tell me that my tires are cupping and I need a 4 - wheel alignment..then they go on to say that several customers has had that problem with the tires from the manufacturer and Im like well there should be a recall on the tires or you all shouldnt use them if its going to cost your customers money..like whats the use of the Toyota Guard to get the maintenance and still have these problems..I didnt mention when I bought the car that within 6 months the fuel pump went out..they replaced it but dang!

The folks in the Service Department are the best, so accommodating and informative and I always feel like I got the best treatment. Ive never purchased a car there but I feel as if anyone gets the best service at Prince Toyota.

Went for an oil change. Everything went good until the day after when another family member spotted the puddle of oil where I park in the garage. After checking my car, I found that my oil drain plug was loose enough I could turn it with my fingers, when I got a wrench and tightened it up all the way. You can see oil spattered on the underside of my car where it was leaking while driving. It could have been much worse if It had not been spotted so soon.Update: They called after seeing my review. So I gave them another chance on my next oil change. This time they didnt tighten the oil cap on the engine AND the dip stick wasnt pushed in all the way...far enough out that dirt/sand could have blown in when going down my drive way. At this point I wont be going back. I will drive to Valdosta even though it is out of my way.

I only waited for 30 minutes for an oil change and the customer service was impeccable! Everyone was super nice

Extremely low inventory

Well 3 out of 5 visits I had the run around. This is my first Toyota vehicle. First 2 visits were great. I was impressed. 3rd visit it took 3 hours just an oil change. 4th visit I was getting another oil change and tire rotation. That took over 4 hours. I had to go to the service manager because it was taking so long. Then they pulled in 2 vehicles in be for mine again. I wasnt happy and went to the service manager again. I was out in 30 mins after that. The last visit I had a recall that had to be taken care of. I was told 2-4 hours and I took 6 hours. I called for 3 hours and never got an answer. Once they finally answered the phone, the only answer I was getting as far as an update on my car was, I have to check with the tech. I was told that 3 separate calls. After 6 hours come to find out all they done was just a system update on my car. Not at all happy with the service I am receiving. I have one more tire rotation left on my warranty and that will be the last time i step foot on that dealership.

My wife took her Toyota Highlander in for a tire rotation and to have it looked at to see what the noise was coming from the engine compartment. She explained to the guy at the service desk it only makes the noise when you take off. So the mechanic (Hank) says the water pump is bad and needs to be replaced. She paid what she owed and left. We decided rather than paying the outrageous price for the dealership to do it we would let a local mechanic change it. When he was done the vehicle still made the noise. My wife called the dealership and asked why would you tell the water pump was bad when clearly thats not the case. The service guy tells her to bring it back and they will look at it again. He tells her be there at 730AM it would only take an hour. She gets there and to her surprise the mechanics dont get there until 8AM. She talked to the guy at the service desk and the general manager (Mike Davis) and explained again it only makes the noise when you first take off. The guy at the service desk trys to say she didnt tell him that the first time. Then she finds out that the mechanic (Hank) didnt even drive the vehicle so she asked to speak with him only to be told no by Mike Davis. She ask how can he say whats wrong with the vehicle if he didnt drive it. There response was they didnt charge her to look at it the first time and maybe our mechanic didnt put the water pump on correctly. Im not a mechanic but Im smart enough to know it will only go on one way and i guess since they didnt charge us a diagnostic fee evryeveryt is okay. Maybe your okay with that mister Prince but Im not. I have bought countless vehicle from you in the past just had my truck worked on at Chevrolet service two days ago but you sir have gotten the money from me you will get.Please feel free to contact me about this the service department has my number. I tried to contact Mike Davis about this but he has yet to return my call.

If you are considering a new vehicle you shouldn’t hesitate to go see Nancy Lentz at Prince Toyota in Tifton. She and Mike Davis made the perfect team to get me in a brand new car. I had no idea that a brand new 2018 vehicle was anywhere in my budget. When I arrived Nancy asked if I had anything in mind. She showed me exactly what I wanted to see and even more. I was shown a newer model with low mileage (what I originally asked for) and then shown a brand new with no miles. She gave me printed out prices for both vehicles to take home and look over and assured me if I wanted to see anything else, test drive anything, or had any questions she was one call away. After a little over a week I went back to Toyota to let them know what I had decided on. I was greeted at the door from all of the friendly staff and by the end of the day i had a fully detailed, sparkly brand new car with a full tank of gas. I was disappointed in Toyota today. Drove 30 minutes after speaking with someone to get my oil change. A lady told me I was ok for a change as long as I was in by 5. I was there before 5 and I guess because I was there so close to five they refused me. Not good customer service at all.
