The store was in the middle of a rush of people, but I needed help with my phone, so I took a seat at one of the many tables provided.My sales rep, Tommy, was well worth the wait! He gave me all the necessary information I needed to find a replacement phone, plan, accessories, etc. The most amazing thing was he was able to get everything from my old phone transferred to my new phone!What service! Patient, understanding, comforting, reassuring, etc, etc. Cant thank you enough!!

We have continued to do business with Tooele AT and T store because of their great service! I have never had to wait long to be helped and the guys are always courteous and helpful. My last visit to purchase a new phone was no different. I was met with within minutes, the service was excellent and he answered all of our questions and took the extra time to give us some pointers about the new phone. I highly recommend their store!

This place is straight up awesome!! It had a powerful scent of lavender which was a surprising twist, but pleasant nonetheless! The employees are so intelligent and rugged! I haven’t been to an AT&T store in years. Kaeden and Conner have been the biggest help! My wife and I have been doing tons of research on what phone we wanted to get. They made the process super simple and made sure that we were taken care of!I am recommending anyone to come talk to them or anyone at this location! You will be well informed, have a friendly welcoming atmosphere, with help all oblong the way!

Have come into the Tooele at&t store multiple times for a new screen protector and to look at accessories, have never felt pressured to buy anything and the employees are all very helpful and very nice! Conner has put on my glass screen protector a couple times and has done it perfect every time with no bubbles! He’s such a cutie, I’ll definitely be back for my future accessories!

I was told they would take trade-ins toward the new phone. Was going to trade in all the way through the process paid over $70. I was told that I would have to pay full price and wouldn’t get the $800 credit. they said they couldn’t refund my $70. I was in the store for over three hours for the worst customer service ever. Do not use AT&T

We went in to upgrade our four iPhones to the new iPhone 12 and the employee, Kayden, was not helpful and didn’t want to be bothered to take the time to help us. We asked a few questions, which he answered by only confusing us. He confused us even further by telling us we would have to pay $300 before he would even help us, even though we are caught up on all payments. He told us to come back at another time and he would help. We left and were so upset that after 16 years with AT&T we are going to switch to Verizon and will give negative reviews on all social media and to everyone we know.

Wanted to set up dual sim and was given the run around several times before they actually committed to setting it up. 3 trips to the store later, they set it up within 5 minutes. In addition to the issues with setting up an esim on my account, they couldn’t answer basic questions such as how returns work. I was asked to come into the store before they could even attempt to answer basic questions about returns and before they would look into my account, stating they don’t “like to look into accounts if your not in the store” which I found not to be true by calling a different location. I did not receive a call back as promised and would rate my overall experience a 2/5. The gentlemen did do a good job installing my screen protector. Overall it seemed either they did not want to help or they were too busy to help.

Was charged $72.36 in store for the prepaid card and given no receipt. After leaving store my phone service noloner worked it said i needed to add more data, when calling in store was told they couldnt help me and had to call 611. 611 stated that i only paid $60 dollars and owed 5 dollars. I have record that i paid 72.36 in store on my bank statement but At&t is only tracking me paying 60 dollars. So over the phone i had to pay an additional $5.96 to get my service to work. Not sure why i was charged 72.36 and what happened to the extra 12 dollars.

How can you pay off a phone. And no one knows what phone was paid off? No one knows what 466.55 dollars went to. They definitely need more and better training. 466.55 is alot of money. And ive paid my phone off and I want to unlock it from att. Its mine and has been paid for in full.

I normally do not leave reviews due to such great customer service i had to share. I have never enjoyed shopping for phones. i can say the sales consultants both Conner & Kaeden were STELLAR! As i walked in i could see they were busy with other customers. I was taken back how quickly Conner recognized and greeted with a smile stating someone would be with me soon. I quickly was greeted by Kaeden asking what brought me in today. He genuinely seemed interested and happy to help. I wasnt really sure how upgrades and adding new lines. Kaeden had my account pulled up and educated me on all the options from apple watches to even apple TV. Both Conner & Kaeden were so knowledgeable it gave me the confidence to purchase on the recommendations for my needs. I left with a discount that I wasnt aware I got for being a first responder a less expensive TV plan and overall lower bill. Conner came over to Thank me for coming & asked about my experience. I ended up purchasing a few screen protectors Conner went above and beyond offering to put it on for me. My attitude has changed on phone shopping due to the professionalism from both Conner & Kaeden. This local store has my business as they made me feel valued I will not go to any other location!

My experience with AT&T in Tooele has been phenomenal! Ive been helped by Kaeden who was professional and highly, highly knowledgable about AT&T products and promotions. I have been back several times since my initial visit, and have always been provided top notch service by Kaeden. I would highly recommend visiting this location, as I have been to several other AT&T locations in the state of Utah (and out of the state) and the Tooele location has provided by far the best service Ive ever experienced due to Kaedens knowledge, and professionalism. I never feel like Im being rushed, or pushed into doing anything I am not fully aware of. Thanks for being great AT&T Tooele!!

AT&T customer service over phone is terrible at best. Started off with wrong monthly amount and plan. Their insurance company Assurion sends bad SIM cards then AT&T forces to charge $5.00 for new SIM cards. Don’t trust AT&T.

I went in to buy a new phone or have them fix my phone because I only have Internet in WiFi. He told me that I could not buy a new one because they lose money with in store purchases so I would have to order it online or at walmart. So I tried to have him fix my current phone he changed the SIM card, but now it will not make calls. I have never had issues making in store purchases until I moved to Tooele.

Tom at this locations helped us immensely with replacing a broken phone and upgrading another. He was incredibly educated on all of the features specific to each phone we asked about and was so easy to work with. Zero pressure sales. Came into the store the other day to get a new phone, I decided after having the same one for several years that it was time to get a new one. I was helped by a rep named James. He made a impression on me, I never had someone greet me at the door, shake my hand, and tell me their name. I ended up with a new Samsung phone and got all of my stuff transferred over to the new one. Over all great experience, and it was cool that James took the time to teach me how to use my new phone and show me all the new features of it. I love my new Note.

This store is horrible. Went in and was told that they could help me solve my problem, but it was going to inconvenience them so they would prefer I went somewhere else. There are never enough employees. Some days they decide to close early, at 7:20 on a Saturday the store was locked up, lights off, with posted hours of not closing until 8:00 pm. Go somewhere else if you can.

I havent had the greatest of experiences here. My girlfriend bought a new phone, (so of course she needed a screen protector for it) and this screen protector was absolute garbage. It fell off in two days but before it fell off she was having problems with the touch sensitivity and it peeling up. She tried to get her money back today and they told her no. Shouldnt you get your money back for a product that doesnt meet expectations? Mind you this screen protector was $40. We specifically asked Colby the manager of this was an issue and he told us no even though its a brand new product. Anything to get us out of there after getting your sale right Colby?

Okay so I stupidly tried to upgrade my phone plan as well as transfer a couple lines all over the phone.. what a damn headache. I came into this store with more then a few questions. I was greeted by Tom, I told him my situation and he took charge solving the tangled mess I had created talking to more then a few call center reps. In the end he transferred all the lines I needed onto a single account and got all my upgrades that I came in for, and fully answering each question I had along the way, so I had no confusion on what I was getting. All I can say is there is some quality service at this store. Hey! Thanks Tom, and the rest of you guys at the Tooele at&t store, from a real happy customer!

Came in to get a new phone, as a middle aged man with a phone that was ten years old. I figured it was time to get a upgrade. I was helped by a fine young man named Michael. I would say entire process took less than a hour to get in and out, all of my stuff was moved over to the new phone. Which was free, because I upgraded. That shocked me, never been treated so well. I love AT&T. I was told about AT&T and their services with DirecTV. I declined the service, because I live in a apartment and can not have that installed sadly. The store is a fun and friendly environment and it didnt feel like I was being rushed.

This store is amazing, reps are friendly and easy to deal with. I worked with a rep named James. Learned a lot about products being offered beyond wireless. While in store, I noticed that the other people staffed were quick to jump up and help each other, and everyone greeted people as they came in. This place is horrible. We were told we got a bogo and this is an absolute lie. Dont go hereAfter a year of not going here I figured id give it another shot. I went in to switch to an iphone from android and they told me there was not other way to transfer stuff to my iphone from android other than the terrible att app. This isnt true. There is. Do your research first. Its sooooo frustrating to deal with these guys. The kid with the blond hair is a pompous rude douche.

We went in to the store to get help on our screen protectors we bought there and were under warranty that needed replacement. The store clerk was VERY abrupt and acting extremely put out that had bothered him on Super Bowl Sunday to ask for help. He quickly brushed us off and hastily told us to go on line and order them and bring them in for them to change. That I understand but the way he treated us was very unprofessional and rude. This was a VERY bad experience. Not happy and not anxious to do business with them.

They are a extremely hard to work with when it comes to upgrades. In early June I went in to get a new iPhone and they had it on display but not in the store so I waited a while for a shipment of another iPhone and I waited for 4 months calling every week at least once sometimes twice and then in mid October I called a again and they said they were not getting the shipment. And so then I found an Android phone that I was interested in and so I went in and they had it on display but they did not have the phone so then I had to go to the local Walmart to buy the phone I wanted and then I had to go back to at&t and get it set up. So its been a rough journey but I finally got a phone that works OK but not great. SO GOING INTO SALT LAKE TO BUY FROM AT&T IS A WAY BETTER CHIOCE!!!!!!!

Came in because I couldnt get my photos to transfer from one phone to another. I was assisted by a person in-store named James. He was very knowledgeable. I was shown the Samsung Smart Switch, while the process was going on. I observed their manager Tom talk about DirecTV with another customer and I learned about Century Link from James, as Im new to the area and dont have internet at home. Ive noticed in the few times Ive been in this location that everyone is friendly and knows what theyre doing.

The WORST service I have ever had. (1st of all.. the phones are cheaper at best buy), 2nd of all, the girl tried to talk us out of keeping our number (Im sure, because it was more work for her), then she told us to go to salt lake for a discount number until finally somebody said she could do it, then she gave us the wrong form and the wrong number. AND, they never answer their phone so I had to drive there about 6 times. Its easier, faster, and cheaper to drive to best buy in slc
