Says there open and no one is manning the store. Had to drive into slc.
Service was quick, easy to understand, and very helpful. I am hard of hearing and your agent was extremely patient and polite.
It save you money but they never have phone in stock and the people in the store come and go as they want went there at 12 one day and they never came back from lunch and the people do not know much about the phones they are selling you. I would give it half a star if they would let me the metro store i use is by far the best always stock up and they know the phone they r selling you and they will tell you the good and the bad about the phones metro in tooele you all blow
Metro is great but the store employees could be trained better. This store is always out of phones. I think Ill just drive to a salt lake store for better service not having to deal with the hassle of employees who dont know how to do their jobs. Allot of times they are out of phones.
I went to activate my new phone at 2:00pm today and the doors were chained up. So I thought they are closed. Nope they are open 10am-8pm Friday so I thought they went on a lunch break so I waited in my car for A hour and 30 minutes!! Thanks metro for wasting my time I really appreciate it!! And I still don’t have my new phone activated and it’s 4pm
Horrible service!!! I love metro PCS, but there service at this location sucks. It says they open at 10:00 AM. Its 10:22AM and no one here. I came 3 times last week between 2:00 & 3:00 and there is a sign on the door that says be back soon.... I waited 30 minutes each time and no one shows up. So irritating!!!
We pay for Amazon prime and dont have it.And get charged 15 bucks Everytime we try to change our due date to when its supposed to be.The service is spotty in places.I do like my phone though.
Fixed My problems
Went to the Metro PCS store in Tooele, Utah for the promo two lines for $30.00. Transfering from Family Mobile. We were told by the sales person that our current phones would work just fine. After she set up our account, took our money, and ported our numbers over we were informed that they would not and that we needed to buy new phones from that store. We told her to forget it and cancel the transaction. We were told only corporate could do that. When we asked for the number to call we were told we would have to look it up online. This is not as easy as it sounds.After more than a week of trying to contact corporate we were finally told they would send us a refund. After over two months wait we called back and were informed that it would be almost impossible to get any kind of a refund.Luckily Family Mobile was able to get our original numbers back fairly quick. Although we did have to pay reactivation fees as if we were new customers. So bottom line is Metro PCS cost me almost $100.00 without me using 1 second of their services.PLEASE DO NOT FALL INTO THEIR TRAP LIKE I DID!!!!!!!#!
Customer service is the worst of the worst! If you have an issue with the service, the store employees arent trained so they have to have a corporate person come down... this particular one told me 5 days in a row to meet her at this store and she never showed up... never even called... also when I bought my phone, she promised me an otter box and tempered glass for free... I never did get them... STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE!!! I am not the only one that has had this problem!
Loving our switch to Metro from Verizon saving us tons of money. great customer service Eileen at the store is very helpful and was able to fix some phone issues I had that the internet, customer service and other cell stores couldnt fix.
Customers should note that the store hours are 10am to 7pm. Website states 8pm as their.closing time. That is incorrect! Store closes at 7pm!!! This discrepancy has made for a delay in phone service. And of course a late payment. Not everyone has a card to do online payments and must pay bill in person. What a shame and a scam to charge people $3.00 extra because rhey pay bill in person.

Good phone plans, inexpensive smart phones, no contract is way nice. Never had a problem with service coverage
They seem to be good but they are always out of the phones they offered and they charge a fee for every thing

They dont have fones sometimes
They said my phone was in stock, went in the next week and they were out. Said they had a shipment of phones coming today (Monday, September 5, 2016) and said my phone would be here, now they are saying the will get the shipment next week..
