They employees there are don’t know anything. Avoid it all costs. Make the trip down to the one in West Valley on 5600 west and they are lovely there and give you more discounts! Trust my word people.

Since the Apple Store in Salt Lake is closed due to Covid-19, I went to the Cricket Wireless Store in Tooele to have a protective glass cover put on my new Apple iphone. After that was done, I asked if Cricket had any Apple Power adapters. The young man working there had one 18W Apple Adapter. He said it gave a faster charge and that Apple sold it for a way higher price. I asked him if he would lie to me and he replied no. I bought it and went home and checked the Apple Store to see what a good deal I got . I paid Cricket $25.00 more than what I would have paid Apple for a 20W adapter. The Apple adapter I bought was never out of the box and I tried to return it the next day. I was told it is against Crickets policy to accept returns. I bought the adapter from Cricket because I foolishly believed the employee that sold it to me. I will never enter that store again. I live closer to this Cricket store, but will make the longer drive to a store in Salt Lake where they have honest sales people. I have an update. I was told to contact Cricket Support on Twitter. I got the pat response that they are sorry, but can do nothing. So much for customer service with Cricket. I am changing phone service to another company and taking my family that uses them with me. Goodbye Cricket! Update: Customer Support said to talk to the owner again to straighten this out. I called Cricket in Tooele and asked to speak to the owner. The phone was given to Yony L, the manager, the one who sold me the adapter! He was very evasive when I asked him why he lied to me. He also, very rudely, told me that no one put a gun to my head to make me buy it. After reading the other reviews I realize that treating customers poorly and laughing at them seems to be a pattern with the employees at the Tooele location. Too bad for Cricket. Between the way customers are treated at this store and by their Customer Service department, Cricket is and will, in the future lose a a large amount of their business.

Recently came in to make a payment and regardless if its 6:58 or 6:59 I believe I should not have been denied service. Closing the doors early and denying service to go home a minute or two early is terrible customer service. The female inside was already counting the drawer down and watching me and seemingly shocked as I stood outside the door with cash in hand knocking showing her the clock.

Ashley was A-mazing helping me to transfer my info including about a gazillion pictures and videos after Id gone home and been overwhelmed by the process. I ended up back at the store twice and on the phone with her twice over two days. She was very patient with me and I appreciated the above and beyond help she gave me.

Horrible customer care and service

Bought a new iPhone 11, they put the screen protector on wrong lasted two days.. I could have gone to Apple and got it for less but instead supported out local store.. after dropping that much money I asked for a case to go with it.. oh no I would have to buy that. After speaking with the customer service line and a supervisor, she agreed I should get a new screen protector and case for free. Oh no not this store! That gals were nice until I told them I wasn’t going to give this store a good rating. That when she improperly installed the screen protector, bottom line Crickets sevI’ve is not that great, takes forever to download anything, use Utube or as simple as watch a network TV show.. the are terrible!! Planning on changing service as soon as my month is over!

Bought my new Stylo5 and got great customer service to boot ! Saved money and love the phone and features

The girls at this store are great! My phone screen shattered and the phone I had was now obsolete so they hooked me up with another one and made sure that this time I got the insurance. These girls know their stuff and I never feel like I am being pressured into buying accessories.

Absolutely horrendous. I havent been able to get my phone above 2 bars for the last 3 months. I called the store and asked if cricket was planning on building any more towers out here and I was told to try turning my phone off and on. When that didnt work, the person at the store told me that it used to be a lot worse out here. Theyre not interested in customer service or making sure youre satisfied as a customer. Absolutely awful service at this location and I wouldnt recommend them to anyone. Id rather be without service than have to deal with these people again.

I come to Cricket from T-Mobile thinking now that they are with ATT that the experience would be better, I was not sure as to whether or not my phone was locked are not, yet they didnt hesitate to take my money anyways, just to tell me that they could not hook up one of the phones and yet they were going to keep the money anyway because they do not do refunds. Aaron was rude, unaware of policy, smelled of cigarettes, and lied about were the owner (who was nowhere to be found and told Aaron that he was in a meeting) was when dealing with this and that he would refund the other line but had to get a code to do this. I will do my 1 month and will NEVER use them (Cricket or this location) again. They are thieves and a prime example of the kind of business we have to stop to doing business with to stop this kind of practice and behavior. DO NOT USE THEM. I will leave a review on Cricket website. Please join if you have experienced the same (sure you have)

Went in there to buy a phone plan no phone so I was okay Ill just wait till tomorrow when the new ones come in when I get there they tell me they cant give me the phone number rollover discount and they charge me another activation fee when I leave Utah Im going back to family mobile the ladies there were nice

Tooele utah cricket has poor customer servis that crystal was rude and i heard the comment she made when i left why would you keep someone like that as an employee? What happen to the other girls the sisters? i like them a lot

I love the people here, but the internet at the store wasnt working, and when I tried to put my information in the computer in order to purchase a new phone, the site was being worked on. This was about 2:30 in the afternoon, during business hours, I was told it would be down for an hour or so, I left and Im going to a different Cricket today, but you can bet, Im calling before I drive another 15 miles and wasting my time again!

Terrible service and terrible store! If I were you I would go 5o a more professional phone retailer. This 0lace is a joke

Slow service. Was waiting for an hour just to pay a bill. Agent even took time to look at a dog brought in the store instead of trying to complete service. Was constantly appoligizing about the wait but insisted on talking about shopping trips. To top it off once I try to pay I got told they dont have change and there card POS system is down. Good luck with going here.
