These guys are fantastic I’d give them 10 stars if I could. They are nice helpful and fast. I went and got my screen replaced and that’s all I got charged for. My ear speaker wasn’t working when I brought it in but now it works great. If I need anything fixed again they have my business.

I went in for the mic on my phone not working, people couldn’t hear me well. The guy took time to check everything out and try what he could to fix it before charging me anything. It ended up needed an internal part which they had in stock. It was fixed and ready to go in about 30 min. The overall cost was low enough I ended up buying a new screen protector and case too. Good service and price.

Michael was AMAZING! I explained what my problem was and he was able to give me several options to remedy it. In the end I got a new phone and he got me all set up with a screen protector, a case and made sure that everything transferred correctly from my old phone to my new one and from my old one to my sons. I brought my iPad in to get a screen repair and they did a phenomenal job! I wish I wouldve gotten a before photo because it was bad! The price was fair and I was surprised at how fast their turn around time is. It took them less than a day to get it done! I was expecting it to take at least a week or so. Went in because I could not get a charger to go into the charging port of my iPhone 12 and they were my last chance before I would have to go to Salt Lake City to the Apple store it was an easy fix and they were amazing and very kind highly recommend 10 out of 10

I bought a galaxy s10+ here for a good price. The battery doesnt last as long as it should but it still lasts all day. Im sure its normal when buying a used phone. They did throw in a case for a discounted price for buying the phone tho so that was cool.

These guys are AWESOME! My iPad Pro 4th gen got squashed in a heavy bag and it had bent the iPad, making the touch go out one some parts of the screen. I took it to geek squad AND an apple store and they told me it couldn’t be fixed. The iPad isn’t even a year old!! But I brought it into phone zone and the made it good as new for a very affordable price. Defiantly go to these guys for your broken devices!

Had problems with an outdated android phone that I broke. The initial, recent damage that made it eventually break started out of frustration from a very scary, complicated situation that could’ve affected my life and others. After reading the reviews which led me to them, they helped me get a really nice iPhone X replacement. Then with no charge, they fixed the screen so well that I like Apple phones now because of these guys. Especially Michael. He and his coworkers really know their stuff. And everything they said would happen, did. It’s been almost a week with this new this phone. The experience of this nice phone and working with them is meaningful enough to help me associate having this new phone with a better future growing away from those horrors. Cheesy but true. One of my favorite things about this business is how they explain what repairs are needed and why. I’ve had them work on three different phones with never a single problem. In contrast, I recently took my phone to a place in Salt Lake and not only did they provide me with incorrect information for my phone, they did and incomplete job and damaged the replacement screen I’d paid for. The people at Phone Zone are far more trustworthy and reliable!

I took my daughters phone here on December 9th to get it fixed. It was $185 and done in an hour. It looked great when I picked it up and was very happy. On Saturday she dropped her phone onto the coffee table from about a foot above it with a wallet case on it, and it shattered the screen again way worse than when she was riding her electric scooter at 15 mph with no case. I went back December 21st and asked what they could do for me. They said there product had the best screen quality and that they would sale me another one for half price at $100. I think that it was either installed incorrectly or they sold me a defective product. Just wanted everyone to know so they find somewhere else with better quality and customer service. I dont normally leave bad feedback unless I know something was wrong. I watched her accidentally drop it and basically the guy said sorry these screens are fragile.

I went in to try to buy a cable so I could transfer data from my old phone with a broken screen, to my new phone. Tom (the owner) helped me transfer the data and set up my new phone free of charge. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. Im so grateful for his help!

I had a UV cured tempered glass screen protector installed on my phone that cracked. I tried to remove it myself and made a complete mess of my phone. After spending a good 2 hours trying to remove it, I gave up and called Phone Zone. They told me to bring my phone in and theyd see what they could do. They had my phone for almost 2 hours but were able to get every piece of glue and glass removed without damaging my phone. On top of that, he wouldnt let me pay him since he didnt use any supplies. Two hours of their time and listening to my crazy 2 year old pretend she was a cat nearly the entire time and he wouldnt charge me! Everyone was so kind and professional. They will get my business for now on!

Went there with a cracked phone screen. They were able to repair my phone screen in under an hour. They even tested all the phone functions (calling, charging, camera) to make sure everything else is okay. My phone’s charger socket was dirty from all the pocket lint it collected for a year and a half, they cleaned it up for free. Affordable pricing for quality service. They also have phone cases for iPhone, LG, and Samsung models. Phone Zone also sells used phones and iPads as well.

I bought a replacement battery for my iPhone and thought the battery was defective because I had some issues with my phone. My front and rear facing cameras and the internal phone speaker were not working after replacement. It turns out that I installed the new battery wrong (rookie mistake) and as I was reinstalling the screen I had make a small cut in the cable that controlled the camera and speaker. Instead of selling me a new battery that I didnt need they just replaced the cable that I cut. The cost for the cable was less than that of a new battery. Thank you for not selling something I didnt need when they very well could have just to pad the bill. Customer service was outstanding and the turnaround time was less than an hour.

Phone zone just became my new favorite business. I work at a care center, one of my patients was having trouble with his phone. It was an older phone and they said they couldnt fix it but that they had another one they would give me instead. They didnt charge me a penny and donated a charger to go with it. I was told they wanted to give back to the community and that we need to stick together during this difficult time. I really wish they could have seen my patients face when I handed him a new phone. It seems like all we hear about these days are the bad things. Phone zone reminded me that goodness and neighborly love are still alive and well.

We have an iPad Air 2, which in use would quickly become very hot and the charge lasted only about 2 hours. I, having some experience with electronics repair and lithium polymer batteries, failed to correctly install a new battery. In spite of online instructions, Im sure I bent small contacts and stripped out the smallest screw I had ever seen...so no response whatsoever. Tom at Phone Zone in Tooele agreed to have a look at it. On the next day, he was able to have the iPad up and running correctly for a fraction of the cost of a new or refurbished newer iPad.This device is used for a grandchilds online school and has some entertainment value to put her to sleep since she stays overnight with us a few days per week. I appreciate his professionalism and the cost was right.

So here’s som genuine eye catching comments - then I’ll get into it.Amazing.Stress relieving.How’d I not know they existed?I dropped my two month old iPhone XR and was pretty mad at myself when the screen cracked and I couldn’t see a good half inch on the right hand side of the screen.I contacted Apple support, who recommend I leave my phone at a Best Buy for repair... for a month wait. And they said the repair itself could take 2-10 days. Okay. I can’t just buy a new phone after this one.That appointment was today, and after arriving to the Best Buy in South Salt Lake, standing in line, they told me they didn’t have the adhesive, and they’re going to need me to come back in TWO months from today. Would I like to schedule an appointment?This sounds incredibly naive, and maybe it is. But in my head, I thought big ol’ corporate Apple would help a guy out the best way possible. So. I called Apple support on my way home and scheduled another appointment in a week from now at another Best Buy. The tech DID advise me to call the day of, “just to check they have all the parts.”Well. That sucks. Out of curiosity, I Googled local places, saw this place first and thought it couldn’t hurt to call.Long story short (I had to remind myself this was a review), they fixed my iPhone TODAY, for LESS than what Apple/Best Buy wanted. I’m still a bit shocked, but AM typing this on my fixed phone.I definitely, DEFINITELY recommend this place for phone/iPad (tablet???) repairs. I have a broken iPad I’ve had for a year, so may visit again soon.
