I recently had a problem with a game I bought at GameStop Ive been buying games from Gamestop here in Tooele for over 5 years and never once have I had a problem with a game, everything has work correctly however when I went to buy the Assassins Creed Ezio Edition and got home to play it wouldnt play in fact it crashed my PS4 system all together so I called the store told them the problem I was having, they agreed to refund me so when I went in to get my refund for the game they did more than that, they absolutely went above and beyond the customer satisfaction and delivered the wow factor, they renewed my membership and gave me a discount and a refund to re-buy my game the Tooele GameStop deserves a high-five and a shout-out for excellent service and lets not forget the guy who made this all possible Andrew

Both of my boys have been going here for years. We enjoyed the manager Ricky when he was there really miss him.

I got a controller from here and it stoped working while it was under warranty and Ive tried to get it replaced for a while now and they never have it in stock they say theyll order it but its never there.

Havent been inside a GameStop is a long while and was instantly reminded why I hate this store. If you dont have something in stock dont put up display boxes.

The employees here are really rude. They made fun of me for buying 2 copies of the same game so my brother and I could play together and they also yelled at my friends to not swear when they weren’t even talking, let alone being vulgar. They sneer at you if you ask any questions and they are very pushy about making you sign up for a GameStop pro account. You’re better off just ordering the stuff online. I am always very uncomfortable coming here.

Logan is always super helpful and friendly! I can always expect a warm greeting as soon as I walk in, and he knows every game by heart. Has wonderful feedback and tips for each and every game he sells me. I always have a good experience when hes working that day. Not cutting down on the other staff members, everyone there rocks. Logans attitude and ethic just stand out!

Not worth trying to sell your gaming stuff to. They give you one fourth the items price and then sell it for triple. I get it tho they got to make a profit but as a seller its just not worth it. Buying games is about all they are good for not selling

Friendly staff, ample parking and good pricing. we buy a lot of used games and some of the games here are priced very reasonable. dont mind so much when the 8 year old break a game disc that costs less than $10. they do have the regular priced new releases as well.

Love the employees there, always go in for something and end up stay for hours just chatting with them about nothing, and leaving while laughing!

Man, I stop in to grab a few games for my ps3 and had 4 of them in hand went to the counter to pay for them and the guy was helping me i ask him if he had any controllers he answers no and without looking at what I had pick to purchase he stopped helping me in the middle of our transaction and started helping someone else before he even finished with me I had at least 100.00 worth of games in hand.

I love this office. The staff always greets me with a smile. They also remember who I am every time I come in. Ive never been over pressured to buy anything.

This is the worst GameStop to come to ever they never have anything and the employees dont know nothing they wont actually help you with any problem you have so just use the extra gas and go to salt lake cuz this game stop you wont find what you need and you sure as hell aint going to get helped

I went to Gamestop to purchase a new gaming console and setup. I used to be a hardcore gamer about 5 years ago. I walked into Gamestop knowing absolutely nothing about the new systems or what I would need. I was helped out by Devin, who went above and beyond in answering my questions and really tailoring what I was buying to my needs. He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly and made my buying experience easy. Ill never go anywhere else to buy anything gaming related. Thanks Devin.

I always have fun when I come to this location, Logan has a respectful staff and has done a amazing job since transitioning into store manager. Hopefully he will see this, keep up the good work.

I travel all over the country for my job, I still havent found a better GameStop than the one in Tooele. The staff is always extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. When the store is busy they do a great job of prioritizing customers and keep the lines moving.

Update(01/21/21): The staff here has seemed to have got alot better with their demeanor and attitude. I would recommend a visit these days. Thank you.Nothing but issues every time I go in. Doesnt matter what time of day or day of the week. Always an issue with something or theyre out of something.

I drove an hour to this location because they had a product in stock that stores closer to me didnt have. I went to for a company-wide promotion on trades and I was denied from trading my Xbox One S because the casing in the back had a tiny little crack. The purple haired girl that was working said according to the company policy that she couldnt accept my console for trade because they wouldnt be able to provide a warranty for my console. I wasnt even offered a lesser value for my console, I was just denied without question. The store advertisement is stated here: Offer valid 8/8/18 - 8/28/18. Valid toward purchase of any New Xbox One X console. Not valid toward cash trades. Trades must be in full working condition to receive full value. Defective items may be eligible for trade at a lesser value. Extremely frustrating experience and very poor customer service. I wont even consider returning to the store for any service.

0/10 attempted to return a used item there but apparently “Souls I’ve stolen from the battlefield” cannot be returned for in store credit. Taking my business to another plane of existence.

The store does not have a bathroom. I was purchasing s new Xbox One 1 T system, a few games and an extra controller when my 4 year old had to go to the bathroom. I asked if I could use theirs and was told no, they dont have one. Wal Mart had one though, they also had an Xbox One 1 T. Gamestop can lick my balloon knot. I understand why the employees are so odd, they are holding in their bowels and bladders for 8 hours
