I was VERY unhappy. We declined their insurance in store, it got added anyway. I questioned why our bill was so high within 30 days of the contract starting, they did not tell me that I had insurance added and just said it was contract, fees, and taxes. A few months later I looked into it again and realized that they’d added the insurance. I was told by one rep they would refund the whole amount, which was a lie. I didn’t hear back so i reached out again and they would only offer to credit my account with three months because according to them I should have notified them within 30 days of the error. After being given the runaround for 3 days, made a ton of different promises, I was told to reach out to the manager at this location since they are the ones who fraudulently added it to my account and we’re the only ones who could issue the rest of my money. I called, left a message, and never heard back. They are liars and thieves and will do whatever they can to keep your money. There are multiple lawsuits against them for doing this same thing.

I was not greeted or acknowledged when I arrived. There was one customer being helped ahead of me. I stood by the door with no acknowledgment for over 40 minutes. During that time 2 other customers entered walked around and walked out with no acknowledgment from the employee.A simple HI, be right with you would be nice.

I couldn’t be happier with the service I received!!! The staff was amazing!! We had a huge mess to get straightened out.. and the patience and knowledge from the manager was phenomenal! Not only did she take the time to fix what was going on with my phone.. she also made sure the process was seamless for my mom In another town!! Huge shoutout to Kyle on the backend helping us through it!

This store is awesome! Went in on a Sunday and the girl was very helpful! I was having issues with my phone and instead of just selling me something new she helped with old phone. She was very patient and knowledgeable. Thanks for getting my phone working!!! Will definitely be back

Once again Verizon has proved to be the superior Cell phone carrier.The level of customer service I experienced was so exceptional by Sydney I will never leave Verizon and they will always be my personal and business cell phone provider.If I could rate her with 10 🌟 s I would. She was polite, knowledgeable,and extremely friendly. Verizon Sydney deserves recognition for her outstanding service. ENSiGNAL she deserves a raise. If you are looking for a cell phone provider I highly recommend going to Verizon and seeing Sydney you will not be disappointed. I’ve went to this place sooo many times to try to give them a chance but they genuinely have some of the rudest employees I’ve ever experienced! They are not knowledgeable on their products, constantly rude and have no manners, and even on the phone I’ve had 3 rude encounters. :( It sucks because it’s the only verizon in town but the attitudes of their employees definitely makes me want to drive to a different one.

Shawn really help me out today I ordered a phone and it took 45 days to deliver to the store and we were having problems getting the new phone to activate so he called customer service and was on the phone with them for 3 hours trying to get it fixed and we found out the phone was defected so I decided to go with different phone.I want to thank Shawn for having the patience he had talking to customer service for three hours. :)

I just went to Verizon in Tooele and it was the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. We came into this store with the intent of upgrading our phones to some newer ones but as we walked into the store and looked around the employe occupying the store at 3:30 pm on April 11th 2021 had ABSOLUTELY 0% interest in selling us new phones or answering any questions we had, she didn’t even look at us or acknowledge we were there. I don’t recommend going to this store to anyone ever! We are now headed to Verizon in West Jordan where we feel welcome and wanted.

They need a lesson in customer service & friendliness. Walked in & a young girl was sitting at a table. I asked if she worked there since nobody greeted me when I walked in even though there was only one other customer in the store. She stared blankly at me & said flatly yeah. Wow. Needless to say I will not be returning to this location.

Nice place just got a new phone

Quick and easy! I appreciate that they were able to get me in and out during this crazy time. They asked if I wanted them to set up my phone or if I wanted to do it myself. I chose to go home and do it I didn’t want to be out and about that long so it was nice of them to offer both services. This made me feel safe and cared about my health.

I came in to the tooele Verizon to see if I could get someone to help me set up my new phone I bought somewhere else and Tiffanie was such a great help. She was so kind and helpful. She took the time to explain and how things worked. She had great customer service.

Poor customer service. The store was basically empty. There was only 1 couple besides me. I was in there for like 20 minutes before someone asked if I needed help. I said I wanted to look at the new Samsung s20 phones, thinking they would come show me the phones and the differences in the models. Instead nothing. The woman jousted nodded her head. I waited another 10 minutes to see if one of the sales reps would still come over, but nothing. So I left and ordered a new phone online.

Best customer service around. They are always so nice and helpful. Appreciate you guys so much for helping my father in law when he would come in with his phone

I went to the Direct Verizon store in SLC and I left hating Verizon they didn’t take time to help me at all! They showed no sympathy in me needing help and then I came to this store in hopes they would turn my views about Verizon around! And the whole team helped in get me a case for my new phone and transferring my data from my old phone which the corporate store wouldn’t even try doing! I’m telling you never go to the direct store they don’t care about you like this store does! Go here before you go anywhere else!! Thanks guys!

Went in yesterday to switch from T Mobile. Miguel helped me out the entire time and answered all of my questions. Super trustworthy, funny and all around good guy. He got to us right away and knew what he was doing.

Went in due to some phone problems and had Alex and Kaylee work on it, They tried everything they could to bring my phone back to life but ultimately were unable. They did however get me into a new one and helped transfer everything. I appreciate that their first step was to fix my phone and not pressure me into buying one. Their customer service is absolutely wonderful the store was upbeat and full of laughs. Highly recommend this location for anyone looking to get a phone.

Well after a stressful day of my phone never doing what I think it’s supposed to, I went in search for help. I came across this store I didn’t know was here I normally go to the other one and never seem to get anywhere. So I was excited to find this store by Walmart! The girls that helped me were SUPER helpful in figuring out what crazy stuff my phone was doing. They didn’t try to automatically sell me a new phone without trying to help me fix my old one. They then told me about an awesome deal so I decided to upgrade anyway! I appreciate all the time they spent with me! Thanks again!!

I am only writing this review because i didnt make it in the first place. My experience was just fine, the clerk nice and knowledgeable but I never made a 5 star review. I wouldnt have known about it if the Owner hadnt made a comment. I dont appreciate the Clerk using my phone to make the review when she was transferring my data to my new phone.

Not a good experience! Not one of the sales reps cared about customer service! Not knowledgeable about the products, couldnt answer any questions I asked because they just work there! One girl wouldnt even stop playing the game on her phone to properly help customers. She literally played it while half-assed helping a couple that came in after me. I had a difficult time trying to hold back my impatience and frustration. Then the phone I had to buy )because mine quit and died), they had no protective case in stock! Actually, none of the Verizon stores I went to did). Oh, only one guy is excused, he was in training... Way to go manager of the store, that kid had the worst training guidance possible!

This location has always been helpful with all my questions and do great at replacing screen protectors

Miss Kaylee was very helpful she gave me everything I wanted fixed my phone reset my passwords put a new glass case on my Otter box and help me with a new plan she is unbelievable keep her make her the boss thank you

Terrible service. The girls did not care at all. And they even set up my phone wrong so I had to call Verizon myself to get it connected. Dont recommend coming here at all because those two girls that work there are not nice at all and have terrible manners and just should not even be there if they dont want to do their job.

Experience was good until I got home and realized the charged me a set up fee to not set it up ($20). They also signed me up for a protection plan I did not want ($11). When I called to get it fixed thinking it was an honest mistake, they told me there is nothing they can do. Had to call Verizon to fix it. Verizon was extremely helpful, and credit our account $20 that the store scammed us for. Dont deal with Brittany W.

After my third attempt I finally received my warranty replacement! I had gone into the store three times and each time they were very helpful it was certainly not their fault and applaud them for being so kind and patient. Will go to them for anything from here on out.

Forgot my charger at home and I have one of those fancy Google phones with the charger that doesnt exist. Hahaha. Austin helped me with exactly what I needed plus sold me an adapter so I never get stuck without my charger again.I know its something so simple, but my experience with Austin made it worthwhile.

Had a wonderful experience at the GoWireless store @ Tooele landings. Mickelle helped me purchase a new apple phone. Transferred all my data from my old phone to my new. She did it with grace and a big smile. She had other customers who came in besides me and was able to help all of us at one time.

One girl there is not the most personable person I got my service from. I got the glass screen protector with life time warranty. I was told 3 free replacements then $10 after. Well, anytime my phone made a tiny drop it came off. So, 2 weeks later I was in to get the first replacement. I had to pay $10 since the deal was only for flat screen protectors.... so I was lied to. I asked how long they should last since it kept popping off. She didnt even look at me and said, well some people can make it last forever, just how you use it very snide. Whelp, here I am, 2 days later and it popped off again! So very cheap poor protector and the girl obviously doesnt do well putting it on. Sticking with Amazon, Ive had a cheaper protector last years. Not happy with the lies and snide comments.

Had a phone die on me this morning and hurried to go Verizon in tooele to get a replacement. Got there a few minutes before opening but someone saw that I had been standing out there for at least ten minutes so they let me in and immediately helped me with my dilemma. Kaylee was able to transfer all my iCloud info onto my repacement phone in a few minutes and got me out of there within the half hour. I Definitely recommend Kaylee! She knows her stuff and I noticed she had a lot of experience.
