Edit (10/10/21): Still trying to get this issue worked out. To add insult to injury, my debit card #s were stolen a couple of months ago. I went into this location to update our payment info when we got our new cards. The guy who helped me was really nice, and said he updated them. However, I found out today we are very behind in our bill because our #s have not actually been updated.Went in last week because our phones are not connecting most of the time. The manager automatically said our phones are too old and we just need to buy new ones. 4 out of the 5 phones we have are less than 2 months old. My husband got really upset that he wouldnt listen to our issues and did yell. After calming down, we started to leave, then the other guy yelled back to us, You guys are ridiculous.Im having a hard time understanding why someone expecting good customer service is ridiculous. I pay a lot of money for my phone service (5 lines), and expect it to work. When it doesnt work, I expect employees to troubleshoot and find the problem. Not tell me that my brand new OnePlus 9 5G phone is somehow outdated.*Screenshots of just a few notifications showing texts are not going through since meeting with this manager, who claimed my phone was working just fine because 1 call went through when he tried it in the store. I would say my phone does this about 75% of the time. This is a rough estimate.Looking into switching providers.
Employees and selections are great! However this store is always working on a skeleton crew and it has gotten worse, wait times can be 30+ minutes or longer. Today I walked in one employee working other people waiting for people in front of me that had been waiting for 10+ minutes, while he sets up new service slooooooow should be two employees working at all times. Very disappointed how they operate this store! On another note Nobody does it better than T-Mobile especially when it comes to 5G
One employee working at the time, A real skinny guy, who was dancing or had to go to the bathroom while drinking his energy drink while helping a customer. We got tired of waiting and left.

I am very disappointed & upset at the customer service & the treatment I received from Marvin, a store manager.I went in as a NEW CUSTOMER on Friday, (11/13) I was offered all these great promotions & deals! I went for it & opened up 2 lines plus was able to try their new T-Mobile TV service. Micheal & McKenzie were helping us out that night & although we spent a few hours at the store they were pretty great about service. I paid for everything I needed to & left content with the only think left to do as porting in my previous number. The next morning I get a call from Marvin saying I didn’t pay my activation fees & if I didn’t pay for them ($120) over the phone my lines would be disconnected. As I was trying to explain that it was covered with the credit we received & the promotion we had he would not listen & interrupt me. He started to yell at me over the phone saying that I didn’t not understand what he was asking me to pay & that “it was not his responsibility to fix if there was something wrong with the paperwork”. As the call continued he became angry with me & finally said he if I “ don’t pay now then I’ll just be more unhappy with the T-Mobile business when it’s disconnected & he can’t do anything about it”. I because frustrated & told him I would go down to pay. Before I could get down to the store Marvin called me back saying he looked into the paperwork that wasn’t adding up for the night before & we did not need to pay for activation fees. He did not once apologized for the was he acted on the phone call before nor the FACT he was wrong. He was very snobby & rude during the second call.
Awesome people awesome customer service Ive been with t-mobile over 2 years and love it its so much better then sprint and at&t everytime I go I ask for the manager Cameron great guy extremely helpful and kind

I tried so hard to give this store the benefit of the doubt. I felt like I didnt matter, I felt like what I was wanting didnt matter. Ive never been so frustrated by a cellphone company before. What store doesnt listen to the needs of a customer. They just push whatever. Its sad when I dont work there and I can sit here and think of 500 ways to make this store better. Just by great customer service alone. Being a small town thats important. Ive lost hope in good service. Only have this service for less than a week and will be leaving. When I tried so hard to stay. I hope the owner reads this. Ive asked to talk to him several times and was told no call 611. Heres the thing if you do the right thing. Me asking for someone higher up should never be an issues. Its when you do the wrong thing that you fear the owners and managers knowing. I wanted to like the service. You made it impossible to do so. The new manager has a lot to learn in customer service.
This store was very nice and clean. I needed a new phone activation since I broke my iPhone at work. It was somewhat of a hassle getting the SIM card switched over. Customer service rep Taylor at the Tooele location was so fantastic to work with. I highly recommend him as management. I was not in the most pleasant mood to deal with a broken cell phone after a 12 hour night shift. Taylor turned my mood around and took care of all my problems. He was great to work with. Thanks so much!
My mother bought a smartphone from a AARP deal and they sent her to t-mobile to have a screen protector installed it cost her $39.99 paid to t-mobile.The very next day the screen protector started to bubble and according to my mom when she brought it back in with her paperwork they told her that she could just eat it, thinking to myself that she is just a little older and not very assertive i would try.....So I go in and I thought we had come to some kind of agreement to get her a new screen protector installed, when up walks a male employee and he started pushing his weight around, saying please leave and dont come back. Of course I lost my temper and had a few foul words to say.You dont need to ask me not to come back i wont .By the Way the screen protector for this phone is 3 for 6 bucks on Amazon, you went to the mat with a customer for about 2 dollars. What a scam!
Cameron is Awesome! I gave this place two stars after some really bad experiences a couple of years ago. Yesterday was different. Taylor was super helpful and friendly and was very knowledgeable about their phones and services. He took care of us quickly and was able to answer all of our questions. Great experience!
Ive been with this company for many years now 12yrs and counting but I always gets screwed on promotion plans, where they tell you one thing in the store until you get your bill and its something totally different from what they offered so your calling back and forth to the store and to customer service and nothing gets resolved, They offered me one time a free tablet all i got to do is pay that line for 3 months after that, just call in and cancelled it and the tablet is free to keep no strings attached or so I thought from what the store manager told me.well the line is cancelled but Im still on hook for the free tablet they offered until its paid in full which is bullcrap back and forth I went there and called the support nothing was resolvedso just remember if they offered something free its not really free, there will always be a catch dont said i didnt warmed you.
Rarely do people use words like epic, awesome, outstanding, and stupendous to refer to people. Thats because they havent met Paige and Paul and T-mobile. These two get the job done with a smile, and they know everything about phones and service. If you want no hassles with really good deals and customer support....walk in and ask for Paul or Paige. Outstanding people working for an average company.

The new manager Paul was great he listened to what I had to say and addressed my issue with care and concern. The store overall has a brighter “attitude” thank you Paul. And Paige...well she greeted me as soon as I walked in and said we will be with you in a moment there was no awkward standing around. Seriously thank you guys!

One of the easiest switches I have ever made! For years, I had been a customer with Sprint. I kept dealing with dropped calls and lack of LTE. I took one stop at T Mobile Tooele and I finally found everything I was looking for! Great service, great price, and truly exceptional customer service.

The representative Paul handled the issue with extreme professionalism, extreme courtesy, and extreme helpfulness. Of all the representatives at the Tooele Tmobile store, Paul is the absolute best I have EVER had the pleasure with of dealing. Paul is a HUGE asset to that store!! Hands down!!! As long as Stephanie works here I will never go back to the tooele one. such poor management, nasty attitude, and overall toxic person. If you want great service, and an amazing atmosphere go to the one in stansbury, I always leave with a smile there!!
I dont normally go to this store, but I was in the area and needed some accessories. The rep that helped me sold me a car vent mount phone charger that requires a magnetic case. I didnt have a magnetic case and he didnt check to see if I had a magnetic case before selling me the car mount. If the reps here arent knowledgeable enough to know their products they should probably have more training. Thankfully I was able to return the device to the store in Stansbury without any hassel.

The store manager is unwilling to help when concerns come up on your account. My husband and I went in questioning why the bill went up. Stephanies response was I dont know, call customer care. When I asked for her to call with us in store to assist she was automatically too busy to help(there was 1 other person in the store, and they were already being helped) she got mad and told us to leave the store. We went straight to ATT to transfer. I went back later that day to Tmobile to pay my phone off and was angrily yelled at by Stephanie again saying she wouldnt help me and to leave. We have since been dealing with issues on our bill that have gone on for 3 months now. We found out from the Draper store that the charges on my debit card originated from her store and she should have a copy. Nope! Her district manager made her call me and acknowledge she didnt have a receipt or know how her store charges my account. She is not honest, readily angry, unwilling to take the time to help, unreliable, all of this doesnt make for a good experience. Still dealing with the issues today. At least we have her on a recorded line now with customer care saying she would call me back Monday, because again she was too busy to assist a customer. If you need to go to Tmobile save yourself some heart ache and go elsewhere.
I’m incredibly disappointed with the dishonesty from this store. We switched over and thought we were getting our phones paid off but the promotion that we were told was entered was not valid. So we ended up paying $1300 to pay off our old phones plus we have to pay the full price on our new phones. Had I known this I would have NEVER switched over. We had sooo many issues trying to get this figured out and was never able to get a response with an actual solution. When we went into the store after calling customer service 5 times we were told to email the manager and she would dig into it. Two emails Sent and never got a response back, it’s been about three weeks. I will never give business to this location again. I’d rather drive to salt lake, and I would suggest you do the same.

Was good to switch from att, they save us 40$ a month and made my wife comfortable by answering all her questions no matter how simple they were, thanx t Mobile.
I needed a new sim card. They gave me the new girl to help me. Stephanie showed up and was suppose to start helping her with my issue. But she only helped for a second then left her on her own. The new girl had no access or knowledge about anything. Stephanie started helping other customers that came in after me. If you our training someone I would recommend help them through the whole process rather than just pretending she can help me when she had no idea what she doing. The new girl put my old sim card in my phone rather than than the new one I just bought for $26. After I had all my kids in the car I had to go back in for them to fix it again and put in the new one. No one seemed to care about the mistake and I received no apology. It was seriously a joke.
Guy wasnt able to help on a smart watch i am paying cash told me my acc is not allowed to add a device i called tmobile they said it is fine for me to add a smart watch in my acc.... i am confused..... oh i forgot they dont answer phone calls....
My phone was damaged and unusable. I purchased a new phone online and needed a new SIM for it. I called this location half an hour before closing and asked if I needed my phone to get a new SIM. The girl replied that I did not and could come pick it up for a $26 fee stating that It was my choice to change phones so I get a fee. I wasnt going to argue about $26 so I headed down to the store. I got there at 7:45 PM, 15 minutes before the store was scheduled to close on a Thursday night. The doors were locked! The girl in the shop then looked at me like I was an idiot and just turned away! Apparently good customer service is not a staple of T-Mobile!
I normally go to the same T Mobile store every time. This store is not a T-Mobile store!!! Be aware! Its not the same as going to a real T-Mobile store! They can lie to you to get you to sign and there isnt much T-Mobile can do about it! Allyson and Manuela are stupid beyond compare! Make the drive into salt lake and save yourself the headache!
**Update - this location is under new management and I’ve been there several times since then. They are competent and professional and exactly what I expect from a T-Mobile store.Dont go to this store!! Wish there were a 0 star option. Poorly run, if you do have the misfortune of going there DO NOT LEAVE WITHOUT A RECEIPT!
Stephanie the manager got a bad review from my wife for poor service. When my wife came to get her phone Stephanie the manager came angry at my wife for the review and told her not to leave her poor reviews anymore. So Stephanie 1 you don’t talk to a customer that way! 2 you do not talk to my wife that way. We WILL NOT EVER be back. I don’t care if you’re a manager you are not your customers managers.
I called asking if they had a certain brand of phone case and they said they did. While on the phone they even said they would go check for me while on the phone. After they confirmed they had it. When I got there they couldnt find the case I called for and kept saying; I swear I saw that we had two left. I saw them earlier today. So, what this tells me is they didnt actually check while over the phone and they lied to me.
I go to see Stephanie she is great to work with helpful and great with the ljttle ones that might be with you.
Went in earlier tonight to upgrade my wife and myself to an iphone xr and pre order the samsung s10+. Employees were already working with customers which was no big deal another customer came in well after we did. Ehen the female employee was finished working with her current customer she went straight to the other customer that walked in after us. We decided to leave at that point and went to the store in stansbury. Much better service. My family has an 8 line account thats over 7 years old and we will no longer be going to the tooele store for our purchases.

This is not a genuine Tmobile store. It is run by a third party. I visited the store for the first time today. The initial appearance of the store is nice, just like a genuine TMo store. The service sucked though. There was one rep on the floor helping customers and the other 1 or 2 reps were in the back with the door closed like they didnt want to help anyone. The one rep would go back and open the door and talk with the others and I heard a lot of laughter going on. Then she would kind of look frustrated and then came back to finish with the customers. I waited 10 to 15 minutes and then gave up and walked out. Typical Tooele service. What a joke! I wont be back.
