Manager was very rude this time. An associate was helping myself and my husband, when the manager literally told him, help other customers. There are a lot of people in the store. We were having him help up to ensure we were purchasing the correct connectors. The manager was extremely rude, and not at all polite.

This is like Diagon alley in harry potter hidden away from the rest of the world lol jk its easy to find but unless you know of it you probably wont notice it

Very warm and welcoming, and didnt hassle me at all despite only being in for like a dollar of parts. Alot of these shops have been falling to the wayside and i am happy to see that this shop is creating a nice, non toxic atmosphere for beginners and veterans alike. I will very definitely be back.

Went there looking for a special connector that came on a machine from Germany. The counter guy and the owner went out of their way to help me. Even looked it up on the web and when they found it had me take a photo.

With the closing of radio shack and Frys electronics its rare to find the small things you need but this place is a God sent from resistors to every type of BNC connection Im glad I found this place and the associates are well knowledgeable and helpful

Been going to Torrance Electronics for years now. The customer service is excellent and the staff there is extremely knowledgeable- dont let the age of those young men working there fool you. Ownership and management has been stable throughout the years paying close attention to all the small details of operation. Theyve bailed me out on several of my projects both in terms of product and information. If you havent been to Torrance Electronics yet, you should give them a shot first before going anywhere else. Torrance Electronics has become the place I call for any electronic project parts. If youre working on anything that carries electrons, you can probably get what you need right here. Friendly, knowledgeable, and NOT Frys. 4 stars because I want to see more maker stuff. Huge kudos for getting Raspberry pi on the rack!

This is an electronics enthusiasts go to place. They have lots of components, project boxes, knobs, motors, etc and pricing is good. The bad thing are their hours, which imho are the wrong ones for catering to working people. Luckily theyre open on Saturday!

The best of the best. I live in the northwest now but if I need something, this is the first place that always pops into my mind. I been physically going here since 1985 to 2015. Now I just ship order. The guy Abe that runs this place have been there that long and he knows what you need. So as the rest of the staff can get you anything so youre definitely in very good hands.

Went here today. Pleasantly surprised! Working from home looking for cable and wi-fi extender. They had everything at really good low, low prices. Nice, helpful staff.

The staff here were extremely helpful when I needed a component for a worn out electronic part. This shop looks unassuming from the outside but inside, it was busy with customers. Parking is available in the adjacent lot.

In a place and time where online retail has taken over storefront vendors, and where the big guy has taken the little guy out. The ability to get what you need has came with a delay and so has the ability to test a product. I am glad this store is in existence. There is literally not many electronic stores left out there. I came out and found what i needed in less than 5 minutes. You guys are getting my business from now on.

Torrance Electronics rules . They have just about any part that breaks in appliances or electronics that you are looking to replace. Awesome advice too. If one takes time to take apart a broken device its actually easy to fix as long as you can find a part to replace.

These guys did the most random repair Im sure they ever had. I brought my drone in to see if they would repair a very tiny wire that I was going to send to a specialty drone repair place...who Im sure would have tried to sell me a new drone. Long story short, a young man behind the counter did the most awesome job. THEY REFUSED TO CHARGE ME A DIME. Thank you guys!!!

One of a kind store for electrical and electronic components. Dont scrap equipments because you cannot find a knob, a cable or a connector. Check with them. Very affordable price too. Shop is not spotless like big giants but you may find what you need. Even among the inventory of million parts, those guys know what they have and where the location is.

Well I drove a long distance to get too this place, I havent been here for many years so I didnt know that the original owners were no longer there and it was a shame because I wasnt able to get help with what I needed and spent far to much time with counter person who produced no parts that I could use. Some items were inferior I wouldnt buy them, so I left empty handed, no sense ever going there again.
