First visit at EyeS Associates was absolutely amazing. The staff was very professional and nice. The Dr. took out time to explain all the test that was taken and to know me personal. The office was spotless. I loved my visit and have all ready scheduled an appointment for my husband.

Dr. Perelman is a delight and so thorough! That staff was TRULY awesome too.

Eye care associates took care of all my needs in one simple visit. I got a very thorough eye exam and was able to choose a pair of glasses that I really liked. The staff was very kind, patient, and friendly. I plan on referring everyone I can.

I went in for my eye appointment today and the staff their was very helpful. Mrs. Chasity was awesome during my exam, she made me feel so comfortable. Her and Ms. Jessica confirmed that I understand all procedures before they were done. Dr. Hamlin was very enthusiastic and explained everything very well! Mrs. Nickie helped me pick out my frames and made sure I liked them. Mrs. Kay was very welcoming! I would definitely recommend going to the Family Eye and Laser Center.

This was the most informative eye exam that I think Ive ever had. Dr Dunn explained everything to me that he found about my eyes and that to me is awesome. You can tell that the entire staff really care about their patients. This will be the only place I get my eye exams from now on. There eyeglass selection is really great as well.

We visited The Family Eye Center today and the service was exceptional. Our 8 year old needed an eye exam and he was pretty nervous. We felt welcomed from the moment we stepped in until we walked out. A BIG thank you to the staff at The Family Eye Center!!!

The facilities are great - including the vision therapy center.Each of the people I interacted with were kind and helpful. They even texted and called weekly to remind me of my appointment that week. (Some may not like this - I mention it only to let you know they keep up with their parents well.)My children also had a good experience here.

Highly recommend Family Eye and Laser! Dr. Perryman is wonderful and so sweet!! The technicians Bella and Anna are super sweet and made me feel very comfortable. Morgan, the optician, went above and beyond to make sure I found the perfect pair of glasses. Also, Tara at the front desk is amazing and helpful with any questions myself or my husband had. I really had a great first visit and I couldn’t ask for the staff to be anymore wonderful then they already were to me. First time stepping foot in this professional business. My mind was blown from receptionist who was quick and friendly (Tara)....wait time to see the doctor was less than 5 mins. Angela was very quick on her feet and very professional. All the way down to Dr. Dunn who came through the door shaking my hand greeting me like he has known me forever. Also his Asst. that was along his side. She didnt miss a beat. (Didnt get a good look at her name tag😔) Even when it was time to pay (which I hate doing) but the lady that checked me out was also very helpful and extremely nice ( didnt remember her name😔) I will most definitely recommend Family Eye & Laser to all my family and friends. I had a little accident this morning and I injured my eye. When I noticed that it had a cut and was bleeding, I called and the wonderful receptionist got me in today! In fact, she got me an appointment 1 1/2 hours after my accident. I was able to see Dr. Hamlin. The nurse was very thorough, and Dr. Hamlin was too. I appreciate them taking care of me at such short notice. Wonderful doctor and wonderful staff.

I stopped by to have my glasses adjusted and left with what felt like a brand new pair of glasses that fit my face perfectly. I went to the Troy office for a general eye exam. It had been the first time in (too) many years that I’ve had my eyes checked. This is an eye center that is unlike any I’ve been to before. The entire staff was so friendly. Tara at the front desk was so smiley and upbeat. She handled my check in so efficiently. I was sent back quickly with barely a wait time. Emily was my technician and she performed the tests in a cheerful manner and made me feel comfortable. Dr. Dunn gave a thorough exam and fully answered all of my questions I had. I will be getting all of my future exams or vision needs here from now on. Thank you all for being so wonderful!

Probably the best eye care experience I have ever had anywhere!! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with hellos and smiles!! The technician Paige B. was just so sweet and understanding!
