I usually visit after dinner, one stop for delicious soothing ice cream with tons of flavors and is economical within range of 3.99 to 7.99 dollars. They have seating outside and yeah great place for gossips, chat with friends.

First time here and Im in love !!! Its so cute inside and the ice cream! Omg! Definitely coming back for more! My husband is also obsessed with the chocolate milk here!We also had fantastic customer service during this trip.

I was coming here once a week and getting a strawberry soft serve shake and this went on for months until I noticed my pants werent fitting right which is inevitable, so I slowed it down to about every 2 weeks this place is great! I get oberweis home delivery once a week so I have no complaints with any of their products and as for this shop in particular, its great! No complaints whatsoever! Very clean inside as well as the bathrooms. You can sit inside or outside to eat and they also have 2 or 3 tables with chessboards that are made within the tabletops. Pretty cool. But like always with good deserts ...there sometimes comes long waits. Not every time but more so a few hours before they close and on weekends. Ive gotten in line before where there was 15 people. But the people working are pretty fast. All employees Ive dealt with were very courteous. Would I recommend this place? ABSOLUTELY!!! Good Eats.

I come here regularly with the kiddos. I think I have tried every flavor of ice cream there is. Get the waffle cone!! Their waffles are the best! They sell their ice cream by the pint as well. They have cheesecake and cake in the freezer. They also sell milk, heavy cream. Sour cream, their lemonade.

Good vibrant place with dine in area. A lot of ice-cream options to choose from. We tried their Banana royale, hot fudge. Banana royale was huge in quantity and felt very refreshing because of fresh fruits. One must try.

Great atmosphere, there’s no seating due to COVID 19, and safety measures. But the inside is open for pick up and go. Fast friendly staff. Reasonably priced. Quality hands down premium flavors.Easily accessible parking, handicap accessible entry and restroom. A family favorite.

Such a nice place. We come here often. My hubby and i usually get a Sunday but last two times, the sunday was very tiny. The kids get cups which are good. Really nice staff other than one employee.

The place if you are hungry for ice cream. Being the Apple 🍏 🍎 season, Apple Crisp Sundae with Vanilla ice cream was awesome. While they carry milk and other items, pretty expensive. Cows, cows and vowed everywhere in the store! Good to see the store was pretty busy and serving clients in this current situation.

I visited this place with my friends. My friends have been here multiple times and it was my first time. I ordered Lava cake sundae and it was yum. It was a perfect combination of hot lava cake topped with ice cream. My friend orderred a coffee flavor ice cream. I never had that flavor and I tasted it as well. It was good as well.This place has a good menu and lot of options to try out. If you want to visit a place for some awesome ice creams, do check this place out. You wont be disappointed.

Good waffle cones but an extra $1.59 is a bit much for a cone.Alright chocolate malt shake, again, a bit too sweet.This place does good icecream but its pricey overall. You rack up a substantial bill even if you’re two people going in for a simple icecream and shake.Not worth trying out the coffee beverages. Staff needs more training on making the coffee drinks.Overall, good quality icecream, but too sweet for our taste and expensive for us to return over and over. Probably just once in a while when you have the budget to indulge yourself.

Went here for the first time on a late Sunday evening, almost near the closing hours. Place was packed. I wasn’t sure what to expect from this place, so just went up to he counter and asked ‘Tess’ what would she recommend and I don’t like too sweet I’ve creams and dark chocolates are my favorite. Her favorite was Caramel crunch so I ordered it with vanilla to not go overboard with flavors. Best decision I took in a long time!Service is very nice and if you wish to try any of the flavors before buying, you are more than welcome to try it. I don’t eat ice cream often and last ice cream I ate was almost a year ago that doesn’t mean I don’t appreciate eating it. I just love special places that give us memories. So here to one. Definitely worth a try.

Well I went into this ice cream shop to get some ice cream, so I had ordered a hot fudge Sunday which was $5.80 for one scoop of ice cream, then I got charged almost $2 for some peanuts on top, now I know businesses have to make money, but paying $8.14 for a single hot fudge Sunday with nuts, way overly priced guys!

The ice cream is great, but the employees are a disappointment. There was one young man on register and one young woman making the orders while four or five other employees stood back and talked very loudly. They didnt seem to notice the customers waiting in line. One was even eating ice cream while standing there. Meanwhile, every table in the store was dirty, there were dirty napkins on the floor and the trash cans were overflowing. One can was right in front of the counter where they set customers orders, so you had to reach over garbage to get your food.I feel bad for the two employees who were actually doing all the work.

Updated review: Employees are much improved with proper glove and masking procedures, which is very important to me. There are sneeze guards in place at the registers. I sampled several ice creams, and decided on the black cherry which was very sweet, creamy, and delicious.

They have awesome Milk. The ice-cream was phenomenal . Definitely try their vanilla flavor. If you are not too sure, try the kids scoop. Loved it. Yummmmeeeeeeeeeeeee!

It was packed where the line was out the door but service was fast! Love they ice cream!

The employees here are lazy and the store is a mess. The garbage was overfilling and trash was all over the floor and counter. They would set the ice cream orders down right next to the trash all over the counter. In my party of 5, 3 of the orders were wrong. Every table in the restaurant was dirty. There was a line to the door and they only kept one register open. There were 7 employees behind the counter and the store was still in this much of a mess, while 1 employee ran the register and 1 made the orders, the other 5 talked loud enough for us to hear their conversation and stood there eating ice cream. No spoons were available to grab, you had to ask for one since they forgot to give us all one with our ice cream and it was hard enough to get their attention while they were talking loudly.

Went here to get a chocolate shake a medium. As i was watching the girl make it, she used vanilla ice cream, white milk and chocolate syrup! Really what a rip off, just tasted like Hersheys syrup and then they had the nerve to charge me 8+ bucks for it!!! Why wouldnt u use choclate ice cream and chocolate milk??? WHAT A RIP OFF, WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!!! Dairy Queens are much betterand they are half the price! It also took them like 25 minutes to make 2 shakes and we were the only ones ordering and the young employees working here act like you coming in is a inconvenience for them! NEVER COMING BACK! ..coz I was accused of stifling money and malpractice when I produced two stale milk bottles well within best before. Most of the time my experience there has been better than pleasant, but today’s experience was way below I had ever had in any store, Here are the details of` incident. On 6/13 about 1:30 pm I went there with two stale bottles of organic 2% milk with best before date of 6/16. There was this new guy in grey shirt (at least I have came across him first time in last 3 years) who completely refused to accept that the milk is stale and asked for receipt and proof of purchase, for which I told you can check my account I am a ecstatic member, hestarted giving reason we can not access data due to your own safety. I told him about 5 months back similar incident happened with organic whole milk at that time no one asked for receipt for which he first accused me of doing this regularly and then told that last person did not do his job correctly I insisted on stale milk then he again accused me of trying to stifle $15 from the him, and all this with sly humiliating way, didnt want to argue by further I told ok give me the return of the six bottle and the crate for which he again told we give these crates free, whereas I bought two red creates $5 each, again his response was I give it free to all my customers, this was 2nd discrepancy and it was getting too much to make him understand anything so I left all the bottle and left the store . You owe me $12 for bottle returns,. On lighter note This guy should try his career in politics or law, will be very successful...

This ice cream place had a lot of good options and the sundae was really tasty however their prices are high. The sundae was delicious but it wasnt a lot of quantity for $9. They dont have indoor seating open and the employees were taking proper precautions.

Good ice cream and very good effort to keep customers distanced. I love their concept of reusable glass bottles for milk and wish more stores offered this for more products. It also seems to be popular with loyal customers. If it works here, why dont more businesses offer reusables and keep plastic out if our oceans?

I go here for the milk in glass bottles. Once the bottles are empty you can return them and help save the environment. The milk definitely doesnt taste like its mass produced. They also have ice creams and a variety of other milk fovora that I have not tasted yet.

I got a chocolate shake. It did not taste like chocolate whatsoever; it almost seemed like the milk used went bad. I wouldn’t have drank it even if it were free.

Everything is great at this store, we love buying the ice tea by the case in the 1 gallon glass bottles, love it. However, we couldnt understand how the bottles broke when simply sitting in the plastic case at home, has happened 3 times now. Yesterday while working in the garage I heard a loud thud behind me, when I turned around I saw the broken bottle with the ice tea coming out from underneath the cage. I wonder if they burst out when the weather gets warm outside. Also wonder if Oberweis is aware of this. We still love the ice cream, shakes, and the ice tea and will continue to go and also recommend to others. In the mean time.... change to plastic bottles? add a warning label to put the bottles in the refrigerator?

We bought two half gallon of whole milk there on Friday only to check there was expiry date rubbed off. The milk was expired by Tuesday.Reminder.. please collect the receipts as they do not even refund you if you do not have one. I do not trust quality of the milk there anymore and the store do not help us in any way.

Despite being the only people in the store tonight when we visited, the young person serving us from behind the counter seemed to be anxious to close our sale of chocolate milk & egg nogg even I thought it was clear we hadnt finished selecting all we intended to purchase as I was asking the person I was with what ice cream flavour to purchase. There was no friendly banter other than merry Christmas - and that event was nearly two weeks ago. Nice place but scoops were small for price

One of the best creameries I have been to where the ice cream is not made in front of you. They have an amazing flavor selection and have seasonal flavors as well. Also they will pack you a quart of whatever flavor you want. My go to is the chocolate raspberry in a chocolate dipped waffle bowl. Absolutely delicious, cant wait to go back.

Fairly neutral. We drove half an hour for egg nog and they only had quarts. Not a bad experience, not a great one either.

Ive been coming here since they opened but recently my go-to order has been tasting off. I always order an M&M frostbite but the soft serve has had a spoiled taste to it my last several visits. Its really disappointing because I used to look forward to coming here once in a while for a treat but now its hit or miss and doesnt make me want to visit as frequently.

Tasty ice cream, with limited dairy items to buy.

The cookie dough ice cream is phenomenal! The mixture of the unique and delicious vanilla with the sweet dough is something special. I also enjoy Cold Stones ice cream, they have some good flavors, but the Oberweis Vanilla is special.Also, the chess boards in the sitting area are a fun touch.

This is one of my favorite ice cream places in the area. The espresso caramel chip and strawberry ice cream are amazing!

The ice cream tasted a bit like milk on the verge of going bad. Both our orders were wrong for whatever they call a flurry, and they werent even blended at all. The chunks were gigantic.

I love this places ice cream! Its so rich and creamy. Its a really unique taste if youve only had ice cream from the freezer. Its also a classic compared to a lot of the new frozen yogurt places that have opened up recently. Ive been to multiple locations but this is my favorite. They have board games to play while you wait or while you eat. I like to play the giant checkers. Sometimes they will ask your name to call you when your order is ready. Give them a funny name and they will call it out. Always good for a laugh.

Oberwise is really delicious! The service was good and friendly. The only part that is a little concerning (enough to reduce by a star) is how they nickle and dime you. $1.59 for peanut toppings is a lot of nickles and dimes. I wasnt even warned that Im about to pay the price of a coffee for some garnish. Next time, Ill consider bringing my own.

I did not know what to expect from a locally owned and made ice cream shop. Oberweis is an unknown gem for ice cream. The taste and texture for their ice cream beats out competition.Dairy Queen doesn’t come close to their shakes. The richness of each soft served ice cream is so good. Each bite needs to taken on its own.The taste is similar to cold stone. But some how Oberweis gets something a little better in their ice cream.The store is always clean and family friendly, including a chess/checkers table to challenge a friend while eating.There is a daily cake that I would recommend. However, I have a hard time eating both a scoop of ice cream and a slice of cake in the same sitting, it isn’t impossible.If you are looking for something different than big chain ice cream, Oberweis is the way to go!

Oberweis is an amazing ice cream store. Prices are fair for the quality of ice cream. They also sell other dairy products, but I think the chocolate milk is nothing to write home about (I think it tastes similar to Kroger brand). There is indoor and outdoor seating, but the place is usually filled to capacity, with only a couple of seats open. Overall I would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting a solid scoop of ice cream.
