This is my regular shop that I go to. I put off my oil change for a couple of months knowing that I needed it done but I did not want to deal with the young lady at the front desk. I was so Happy when I returned and noticed that she is no longer there. I have to tell you there was a big difference this time it was wonderful everybody was knowledgeable, everybody was working as a team, very helpful made me feel very welcome and I finally got charged the right price. every time I went to this place and use my Groupon coupon I was being charge a lot afterwards the young lady never got it right and when you try to tell her it is not right she argues with you so I was glad that she is no longer there. this business is now way better. I had even contemplated not ever coming back and I’m glad that I gave it one more chance because now that she’s not there this is really a wonderful spot to get your oil changed, very fast And helpful the guys at the shop On August 23 at 1 o’clock were the best group of guys all because they worked as a team and you could tell the enjoy doing what they do thank you guys and I definitely will be back.

I took my truck for an oil change. These folks were quick and courteous. My vehicle has about 12 plastic clips on the front holding the shrouding together that must be removed. EVERY clip was replaced back. Weird call out, but it goes to their attention to detail. Id take my vehicle there again.

One I pulled in leo immediately helped me out. The whole experience was quick easy and professional. They made sure all my tires were at the right psi and sent me on my way.

I took my car into Jiffy Lube to get an oil change. I was the first car there i got there shortly after they opened. The two mechanics (upper bay and lower bay)that greeted me were very friendly and pleasant but that all changed when i met the one i had to deal with most. The cashier who i assume is the manager. She was terrible. First she was incredibly rude and unpleasant towards me, Then she decides to yell at her other crew embers in front of me, I dont want to see that. Her unprofessionalism made me cringe and all i could think of is why did i not go to the Havoline up the street. Well i wont make that mistake agin If Jiffy Lube is going to put that type of person in the front to deal with costumers than Jiffy Lube dosing care about its costumers. So not only will i never go back to this Jiffy Lube, I will never go to a Jiffy Lube at all. Congratulations you lost a costumer for life.

Ive been to quite a few Jiffy locations and the staff at this one, in Tucker, was by far the friendliest Ive encountered. Service was quick and I was in and out in less than 15 minutes.

Went in on 5/28/2021 for an oil change was the 1st car there. The Technician was very nice, but my vehicle got stuck on the lift (my Groupon coupon included a tire rotation) no one came to inform of the incident; I just happened to walk outside and noticed the other Technician asking for assistance, when I asked was my vehicle stuck the response was kinda sorta, 2 vehicles were serviced while my vehicle stayed stuck and numerous phone calls were made to per Technician people higher than him and then I heard a tech suggest we are just going to have to back it off while my car was extended off the ground. It would have been nice if some would of came to me and explained this to me instead of me finding out about this just because I walked outside. This is the 2nd time I have had an issue with this particular jiffy lube location. Will be having my vehicle looked at to see what damages may have been done and what caused my vehicle to be stuck and suspended off the ground and them driving it off the lift while someone was underneath. Will not be returning a 3rd time!!!

Not the fastest, but very trustworthy, in my experience. Great for oil changes and regular maintenance. Really respectful, kind, and honest staff every time Ive dealt with them. The place also has free WiFi, so thats a definite plus for long waits inside while theyre looking after your car! The staff really is very nice, and I didnt feel taken advantage of at all.

Very great teamwork manager Rayne explain how bad my breaks and rotors were and told explain how bad they were and how low my break fluid was. I just got my pads done 3 months ago but didn’t know to replace my rotors. She was very helpful offer a discount for all my services. I will definitely be back for more services. And I never seen a pretty young woman doing breaks by herself. I commend her. Thank you JIffy Lube!

The lady that work there is very rude and ghetto. Paid for a tire rotation and an oil change couple times here. Went get the same service with Groupon she didn’t accept it, was very rude when she told, and she gave me an address to another one. The guy that is servicing my end car end up telling me that the car has not been getting the tire rotation part of the service. She has never told me this. Will never go here again.

Lady at the counter CLEARLY didnt want to be there. Took longer than Id have liked for an emissions test, but they were trying to troubleshoot an issue with the vehicle. Not the best experience.

Was getting gas and realized my back tire was completely flat. Asked if they could put some air in my tire so I could take it up the road to my tire place to find out what is wrong. After realizing the tire wouldn’t hold air, they told me I needed to put my spare on. My car is missing the tool to take the tire off so I asked if they could help me change the tire and the worker said he would have to ask the manager. He returned and said they would not help me. Unbelievable that a place that works on tires wouldn’t at least take my tire off. Now I am stranded in their parking lot waiting on someone to come help me. Completely unprofessional. Steer clear of this place at all costs. They refuse to help people clearly in need of help.

Went to Walmart and there was @ 2hr wait. Came here and got Excellent and fast customer service. Gotta luv that!!!!!

On 7/20/20 I had got the ultimate platinum oil that suppose to last for 10000 miles And a couple of months later I notice a oil light came on everytime I made a left turn. I was thinking it was my oil pressure switch when it was my engine ran out of oil . There were no leaks. I added 3 quarts of oil to my car before I drove to the business to confront them they changed me for platinum oil when they put basic oil . I was near 3000 miles away before my next oil change. There was no more oil light since I fixed the issue myself. I didnt get my refund and they will lie to you charging you for the most expensive oil change when they are actually giving you a basic oil change. I need my refund asap and will call corporate.

Had to wait an hour and 45 minutes for a simple oil change only to get a bill for $81. Not sure if this was due to any of the ‘additional services’ they were NOT asked to do it on my vehicle, or the exaggerated charges on the oil/tools used, but if guess if you want something done right and you know how to do it, its best to just do it yourself.

Management has changed hands and wow what a difference! Polite, fast service. Did not try and up-sell me on anything I didn’t need and offered a coupon before I had paid. Management was helpful and the guys in the garage were efficient and hard-working, even on a Saturday afternoon.

Arrived at 4:30pm on a Monday and asked for an oil change and tire rotation. After waiting around 15 minutes, I was informed they didnt have someone on sight with the necessary expertise to perform the tire rotation... Which one would think is a pretty straightforward procedure.That makes me question the skills of the employees who did my oil change. Not to mention one employee needed a brighter light to view something under my hood SO HE LIT HIS LIGHTER.I havent found any immediate issues with the oil change itself, and the staff was as courteous as they could be considering the circumstances.

I came in for an oil change and I received THE BEST customer service from Terry Neal! He was extremely friendly and helpful by answering all of my questions because I’m new to being a car owner. He was also understanding about my gear shift being difficult to change. Keep up the good work Terry, we need more people in customer service and hospitality like him.

Very personable techs. They were fast and attentive without being overly pushy about fixing every problem and adding services to my car. I called to ask if there was a wait time and as usual they said “no”. This is the first Jiffy Lube that was truthful. It did not take forever to get my car serviced. I was out in 20 minutes and that was because I added a service to my oil change. Nice guys.

I pulled up at 11:00 for an oil change and was out before 11:15. New management and staff were excellent and gave me a great deal and explained all my options to me thoroughly. Will definitely be coming back.

I have visited here 3 times now. First time, waited with my husband to get his emissions. Took about an hour and a half. Second, got my oil changed in my own car, took about 45 minutes, with a tire rotation. Third, with my sister to get her emissions. Let me say, its been very hit-or-miss. The inside staff varies from awesome helpful people to awful people playing on their phones the whole time. No greeting, no car updates, just dead silence and inadequate customer service. Outside folks work on an obfuscated schedule. No evident rhythm or reason. Its really confusing. I have had both great and awful experiences here, just seems to depend who is working.

I would like to say Don, T hunt, and Devin work very well together as a three man team. They were honest detailed and very knowledgeable of the care needed for my car if you guys are looking for great service come see these guys!

More training is needed. I waited over an hour for a simple oil change on 5/24/19 and the store was not understaffed. Rich was professional and polite, but everyone else was helpless and shuffled along carelessly.I personally watched the store lose 3 customers during my hour or so visit because of wait time. This amounts to a considerable revenue loss seeing as a synthetic oil change here is around $100 (not exactly a steal).The employee working on the top side of my vehicle managed to get oil on my fender which he did not attempt to clean off, and improperly install my engine cover (and subsequently improperly latch the hood). It was a pathetic display to behold.I also don’t personally care for the unmarked jugs used to pour in new oil. Given the other sins, how does one trust they are getting the expensive oil they paid for?Tucker is my home town and I live very close to this store. Please make the needed changes so we can be proud and prosperous.

When I came to the store I was greeted by two gentlemen the were very nice & concerned about my car receiving the best oil. I was treated with the up most respect. By the way I didnt have an appt so I was seen right away..Hands Down to the service I received today.

Rich works really hard to teach his younger staff by direction and example and they seem to be eager to learn and perform. I was there over 2 hours for an oil change and to replace wiper blades all around. It was busy with about an hour of waiting time due to filled bays and a couple of additional waiting vehicles. Still, I agree that the younger staff occasionally needed to be led by the hand. Although they did not vacuum the vehicle as promised, the desire for and attention to quality service seemed above average.

I had a good experience when I was there and the manager seemed helpful. However, after 3 months I found out oil was leaking from my car. I went to a dealership where they told me the manager overpriced my oil change by double and didn’t put the plug in correctly afterwards. I have to get another oil change now because of the poor service and pay more even though I was overcharged already.

Yesterday was not my first time coming to this location, but it was my first time very disappointed. I’m usually attended by the guy whom I assume is manager or least has been there the longest and service is always great and trusting. Yesterday I stopped by not for my usual oil service but just a tire repair. The lady who checked me in was very kind and helpful, I told her I needed by BACK LEFT tire repaired, she was informative and so on. When I got home, the wheel lock lug on my BACK RIGHT tire, which shouldn’t have even been touched was missing. I called, I was assured to pull back up and that they had the lug lock nut. The lady who helped me was also confused as to why my right tire was even touched. Silly me not checking before leaving again, the guy placed a lug, not even the same size as my others onto my right tire and it wasn’t even the wheel lock. I paid 30 bucks for a plug and now I’ve had to replace my wheel lock on a tire that wasn’t even in for service. Sketchy. I really did trust service from the guy who usually helps me, but I don’t think I can return unless I stay on the working floor to watch every move which sucks.

I had a fantastic experience at this Jiffy Lube and thats mostly due to Lorenzo. He communicated my oil change options clearly and confidently, while even giving me an extra discount on my service when he didnt have to. I love when professionals take the time to educate me on how I should take care of my car and thats exactly what I received here. He even went out of his way to open the door for me as I exited the store. I will definitely be going back again.

Worst car shop chain I’ve ever been too in my life. Come in for an oil change waited 40min.. they come out and tell me they don’t have the correct oil for my car but they have something else. I tell them no and she tells me they already drained all the oil outta my car..like are you serious...I then had to wait for my mom to buy oil and bring it to me to put in my car. Best part of all I had to pay $45 for services I didn’t even ask for and they didn’t even complete the service I came in for...Worst jiffy lube ever I’ll definitely be contacting corporate.

Stopped in yesterday for some routine maintenance. Was very satisfied with the service and attentiveness. The employees were very friendly and took care of my car in a short amount of time. I have a fleet vehicle. I think it took longer to get the paperwork processed on my company end than for them to do the actual work. Oil change and brake fluid flush / replacement. Will definitely use them when I am in the area again. Thanks for the job well done!

I had been apprehensive about coming here after reading the past reviews, but it was on my way home, and my vehicles service was overdue. I mostly spoke with Frank and Richard. They were knowledgeable, upfront, and patient. As with any auto shop, price is tricky, but I did not find it unreasonable. This has been my best Jiffy Lube experience so far, and I would recommend their service.

CIANNA COOPER went above and beyond.. moved to Georgia a couple of years ago and this is the first time i’ve been satisfied at an auto repair shop or just getting a simple oil change.

I cant recommend this one. My expectation is what the quality of the business is and their policies which Is what makes the differ difference from other oil change companies. Oil was changed......but thats it. No top off fluids, no vacuum, no recommendations, windows wasnt even clean. and they wanted me to get their expensive package, hell no. Maybe it was just this location but Im not wasting my money here anymore.

Took them forever to get the skid plate off. The guy under the car didnt seem to know what he was doing.Multiple people were working on the car instead of just 2 or 3 like normal. At the end it took them forever to put the skid cover back on.This was a 2015 Ford Fusion.No idea if this place has a manager on duty but they all seemed lost today!

So friendly! I needed to air up my tires and they helped me out after I had gone to like 4 gas station with broken airp pumps.

They were really nice and quick, our oil change took less than 30 minutes but we went at 4 so it was slow. I noticed that someone took my eye drops and lighter out of my cup holder though so I wont ever be back to this location again. Havent had a chance to see if anything else was taken but hopefully there wasnt.

I pulled up to the business 20 minutes before closing and was asked by Joey (the manager) how can be help me. I told him I needed an oil change and was interested in the $18.90 advertised price. He then proceeded to tell me that he has taken all the customers he is going to take today and that I could come tomorrow at 8 am. I told him I work from 8 to 5. I thought when you close at a certain time, youre to accept work up until that time. Maybe it was the deals I mentioned. Dont worry... Ill never go there again!!!

Unfortunately, I had an awful experience at this location. I arrived around 2pm to get an oil change. It took about 45 minutes waiting in my car until someone even approached my car and said hello. The worker, Richard, said the car in lane 3 is almost done then you can pull in there. Another 30 minutes passed and the car in lane 3 still had not even been touched. They finally popped the hood to begin working on that car so I left and decided to come back before they close at 7 when they would be less busy. I arrived back at 6:15 and there was one car in the shop, no cars waiting in line and 3 employees working. An employee approached me and said they had to wrap it up. It was now about 6:20. I said yall close at 7pm and yall cant Change my oil before then even though there are no other cars waiting? The employee told me unfortunately no Im sorry and I drove away. Very, very disappointed and disappointed as to why they could not change my oil in 45 minutes...

This is a sorry place again!!! I went to this location after 15 years and this time this location service sucks even more. I was loyal customer back then. They kept their aweful(to be polite) promise. I asked for power steering fluid checked and refilled they told me I will have to add 3 more dollars and they havent done it. And the very pathetic thing is the guy who came behind me taken care of well and his window foam cleaned but the skipped mine. I was watching the guy doing this. I was shocked. I did not have time to complain Cuz I was late for my meeting but to leave this place again and bury it for good in my mind ....
