My experience with xfinity mobile was excellent, but as of today, my image of xfinity was shattered, im due for a phone upgrade, which is NOT AVAILABLE online or thru a phone call option, it has to be done at an xfinity store which one is not available anywhere near my hometown, so I traveled a distance of 265 miles to a xfinity store nearest me only to find they had none of the phones i so excitedly wanted in stock and was asked to return to the store in 1 month to check availability for the zfold 3 at that time. I was also informed on the website that the upgrade was free by a sales agent,I was told at this xfinity store in Tuscon Az ...(the one on E. River rd. ) that there was a upgrade fee, plus taxes, and upfront service fee, activation, etc,etc,etc. I cant figure after almost 2 years of not so much as1 missed or late payment, why I would be lied to, and travel a great distance, and come home empty-handed and awestruck at such a misrepresentation of xfinity services. I could have opted to go to Verizon wireless, who would have paid off my current contract, gave me the zfold3, no activation fee, only pay the tax on the purchase price πŸ€” hmm..... Ill give xfinity one more shot to make things right if not ....well I have no choice

This store and the employee I talked to (Brandon, I think) were both very helpful in getting my service cancelled. However, Xfinity in general has some work to do. They kept increasing my monthly bill for no reason and without warning. No one ever had any answers for me and no one was able to fix it.

I just picked up my upgraded system as I had a very old model. The process was extremely efficient under the present situation we are in at the present time. I thing I would like to share is that the folks need to tell the customer to call the help line as the system will not put your system back on line without their help. Also, the technician got on the call back was the greatest person in the world. Kind, Polite, Knowledgeable and On-The-JOB. Her Name was Lizzy and her number is 3601774. Upper management needs to grab her and groom her for a higher position ASAP! Thank you Lizzy

Xfinity jacked their price, yet at the same time offering the same internet service for $34.99 to new customers. So as an existing customer you are penalized. With free wifi just about everywhere, we decided to say GOODBYE. Really not needed.

Never with any service have I had to call literally every billing cycle since Ive started with them to correct company mistakes of trying to charge me more, change my password every time I login to the app because it doesnt recognize it no matter how recently I updated it, or have an automated system hang up on me because it assumed my issue would be solved with a Payment link that I specifically asked for it to NOT send to me when it didnt solve my issue at all and I needed to speak with a person- causing me to have to call back AGAIN and go through the system that just hung up in a customer???The only reason I have service is because I literally have no other option for providers in my area. Your internet speed is great, if only it matched ANY other factor of your customer service. Yall just really do NOT care.

Poorest customer service. If you need to speak with staff in customer service, you are routed to robo operators. When you ask to speak to a live agent, you are connected to another robotic operator. If you plan on speaking to a live agent that can solve problems, Xfinity-Comcast does not offer that. When I first started with Xfinity, I was told to contact customer service to have the service installed and started. I did call Xfinity customer service and spoke to several agents at their New Service Phone Number. Not one staff member was able to send a technician to install services and no one knew how to start up the equipment.

This is the worst service that I have ever had in my entire life. Why we choose this venue is beyond me! I will need to change ASAP! I cannot believe the lack of service. We are paying so much for this junk for that is all I can call it at this point. We switched our phone service to Xfinity (Verizon) this past weekend. We received EXCELLENT service from Leslie Latimer at the 8020 N Cortaro Road office in Tucson. She was very patient/clear-speaking/competent re switching us from our old phones to our new phones. (We had originally tried Xfinity through their 800 number--no/little help. It is frustrating because the physical offices do not provide access to them via a office-location specific phone number--you need to go to their office. But it was worth it, given the superb service provided by Leslie.)

If I could give less than one star, I would. In June, my previous two year plan expired and I called customer service and spoke with an agent named Fernando. He offered me a two year subscription for $129.86 per month for cable and internet. I promptly paid that amount only to receive a bill for $159.83 the following month. After spending more than 2 1/2 hours on the phone with Comcast agents, I was told that the plan Fernando offered me expired two days after I accepted it and was no longer available. After extensive conversations with agents and supervisors and a manager, they offered me another plan for $127.21 but it would only cover HD and X1 for 1 year, not two. Yesterday I received a bill for $141.42. I spent an additional 1 1/2 hours today speaking with agents and a supervisor to clear up this difference. Customer service is nonexistent; offers are not honored; you can never speak with anyone in customer service in the USA; and the local store doesn’t have a local phone number. I have been a loyal customer for 26 years. I wish Comcast/Xfinity was loyal to me!

I called for a credit on my account for not having service for a week, the associate asked if he could assist with anything else. I mentioned unless he could make my internet faster that that would be it. The associate had me go to a website to check speed which stated it was accurate. After that conversation I had a 70$ on my account! Called for a credit to get a charge! If I wanted to trouble shoot I wouldve did it for FREE with the automated service, absolutely ridiculous!!

I went to this store 10 days ago with my husband. He bought a blue Galaxy S9 but the purple one I wanted wasn’t in stock, so they ordered it (or at least they told us they did it). I was waiting for my phone which never arrived, called costumer service and was told it will take in average 5 business days to arrive. We went back to the store today, just to receive this answer: β€œ We are so sorry, but that order didn’t go through. We had problems with some orders”. Really? Forced to obtain Xfinity cable service because no others offered in my area. Cable box keeps freezing and needs reboot about once a week.However, thinking about getting on Xfinity mobile plan. Wanted to call the local Xfinity store to see if they had a particular phone in stock, so googled the number. Could only pull up the main Xfinity number, so called it. I was asked to fill out surveys after call; then put on hold; then questioned, ad nauseum, about my Xfinity service, address, etc. and 5 minutes later finally got a person. Asked for the store phone number. Told: Sorry, the stores dont have phone numbers for customers. Asked how I could find out if they had a particular phone in stock. Told: Sorry, I dont have that info. You have to talk to our mobile dept. They can tell you whats in stock at that store. Asked for the direct phone number to mobile dept. Sorry, I dont have that information.Transferred to mobile department and had to go through the same line of questioning about my home cable Xfinity service before someone would talk to me, even though they already had this information, or they would not have transferred me. Again, told I couldnt speak to store. Asked if they could tell me if the phone was in stock. Told, Uh, I dont know. I could try, but I dont know if we can. I ask, What kind of customer service is this? Answer: I know...not very good.I say, In the amount of time it took me to go through the wasted and worthless motions of this phone call to Xfinity customer service, I could have driven to the store and got the information myself. He says, But we dont want to inconvenience you. (?)Its bad enough that its so painfully obvious they dont care about customer service, but to waste our time going through the motions just adds insult to injury. Couldnt they at least post on their website or on google, that we cannot reach the stores by phone, and save us the time, and frustration? A quick note Comcast is not a great company by any means. My review deals with the people in the store.I had a few questions about our account and Marcella was the individual who helped us. We had some troubles with our 4k box and an extra box on our account. She was very knowledgeable and helpful and was able to fix the problem with ease.We have been a Comcast customers for over 10 years and thankfully have had a very good experience. The only downside we have had is the data cap on the internet. On the store front, please keep in mind these individuals are humans as well. If they had a magic wand to fix all your troubles with Comcast, they would use it! Treat them as you wish to be treated and I am sure they will be willing to help you out.

And just recently today 4/13/18 they sent my account to collections. I had my account disconnected and turned off a few months back due to me moving. I called to try and see if I had a remaining balance the automatic service and website said i have no account and my SSN number doesnt exist in their system. Fast forward to today and all of a sudden i have an account thats been sent to collections. Stay away from Comcast/xfinity horrible company and is a major reason why monopolies like this cable company shouldnt exist they over charge because they have no competition due to cable companies having certain areas instead of a free market.

I downgraded my tb service a month ago, somehow they changed my phone number and did not even tell me. I found out after I noticed no calls for a long time and cell contacts told me the phone was unavailable. Super clean-updated-modern store by Arizona Pavillions. Friendly helpful staff!I only deal with the local store when Im IN A CONTRACT and have had NO problems for over 20+ years. The customer service by phone is from another country most of the time-(just want to pull my hair out-Haha) hence why I take the time to go in locally... its less time than dealing with foreign reps.WHEN youre CONTRACT RUNS OUT- call 888# -you want the new services loyalty dept-ask for a USA representative because you cant understand them(accent is always a problem for me). They say they cant guarantee it but I get one after that.The loyalty dept has always given me good deals. I do it every year....no 2 year deals!People also need to understand that there is proration in your bills when you start new services. It depends on your billing cycle like all other utility bills.If that confuses you and you want to make changes- go into the local store the DAY BEFORE your billing cycle ends(see your statement) then have new services start the next day when your billing cycle starts.....you wont see any prorated amounts. I do this on all my bills especially cell phone bill. This way I know what to expect, see it as promised and dont feel cheated or confused.Im not sure why everyone talks so bad about Xfinity/Comcast. I have nothing good to say about calling the 888# and speaking to out of the country reps, however, the USA reps and the technical dept has helped me or scheduled someone to come out if they couldnt resolve it.Its frustrating when things dont go right but few things do so be nice to the people trying to help. They have to listen to inpatient people all day.

Down right lied to me. Had my account on someone elses then would not honor the deal that was in place on my account. Bought my phone back over this, said money would be returned in 2 or 3 days. Took several calls and visits to store to get my money back. They said phone was not entered in their system. So I then told them I was going to report it stolen. Regardless of all the money they are spending on the PR commercials, its still awful.Look at your bill: Universal Connectivity Charge, Regulatory fees, Broadcast TV fee, Regional Sport Fees, Franchise Fees, User Fees, and phone number I didnt even know existed, and on and on.Try call them, but make sure you have at least 20 minutes to listen to all their phone prompts. We have never had a bad experience with Comcast. We have everything bundled through then: landline, internet, TV, home security. I think the people with the complaints think its better with other companies but it never is. Its a high demand service and we want it perfect but it has its problem like any high-tech service. I had some major problems with my cable bill. Why else would someone just randomly show up at a Comcast Service Center, right? Anyway, the wait was a little longer than I would have hoped for, but eventually the guy that helped me was very understanding about my situation and made it right. Only after canceling did I realize that my unit was attached to a bulk account, and I shouldnt have been paying for internet. Try to go to their website or call their customer service to find out how much something costs (unless you want their Triple play for internet, cable and phone package).I currently have an internet/cable package through them and I wanted to know the additional cost for faster internet speeds. And they have failed every time to offer us consistent and quality service. Just trying to get a customer service rep on the phone is a nightmare. press this, press that, do two somersaults, make a sandwich, brew the coffee - yeah - still on hold and then when you do get a rep the conversation is unintelligible because of background noise. There is the ridiculous charade of verifying identity - three time on the last call I made. Give me a break. If you call it customer service, make SERVICE and CUSTOMER a reality.

In the middle of watching HBO all of a sudden it stops and says HBO Service is not part of my plan (I am fully paid)!. Comcast service was zero help. No clue as to why it stopped, unable to simply reinstate it without charging me at that time. My bill is paid and includes HBO. Unbelievable. Terrible service. The rep was very pleasant, just unable to do anything to help.

Not good. All I wanted was a phone number to the local service center on River Road in Tucson to find out about picking up a part I needed today. All I got was the 1-800 run around and they couldnt provide the number.I have said for years as soon as can get high speed internet from anyone else I am out of here. Google please come to Tucson.

This is not about the store. I have not visited it. I moved to Tucson about 8 weeks ago and had Xfinity-Comcast cable-internet-telephone service installed in my house. I have not had any problems with the cable or telephone service. However, on three occasions I have had problems with my cable television. For whatever reason which has not been explained, Comcast sends some type of reboot every day during the middle of the night. This causes problems with my cable box. I was told I have to go to the Xfinity store to get a new cable box and hopefully this will resolve the problem I have had cable television with Optimum-Cablevision and Spectrum-Time Warner for over 30 years and never had this type of problem before. If I had any option, I would pay the cancellation fee and get dependable cable service.

Their customer service is terrible. You agree.to one thing and then they change your plan without notice. I end up.going to their store EVERY MONTH, when their bill arrives because it is always wrong. It is the worst.of any public service.

Terrible internet. Called several times to no avail. Finally, talked to a guy at Costco. He said, quit renting the modem from them. Upgrade your router and purchase a new modem. Now, after 4 and a half years, I finally have great internet. WHY wouldnt THEY tell me that?!!!
