I wanted to have a bangle bracelet made with diamonds from jewelry I wasnt wearing anymore. Mr. Taylor immediately started sketching my vision on paper. Hes very caring, creative and kind. Returning several weeks later, I was able to see what my bracelet would look like with his sophisticated software on the computer. Its beautiful and I love it! He nailed my vision! When I came back for a minor adjustment, the staff was very helpful and friendly. I would recommend Abbott Taylor to anyone looking for jewelry.

Abbott designed and crafted a new setting for my wifes engagement ring, which included adding trillion cut diamonds on each side of the main, emerald cut stone. The result was stupendous. Looking for an engagement ring for my girlfriend. I went in today and talked with Abbott. He took the time to explain everything to me including the differences in quality and size of diamonds. I told him I was looking at one online, and he pulled it up, explained why it was so unbelievably cheap, also explained the warranty on the diamond in case my special someone doesnt like it. He even took the time to draw the size of what the diamond would be and priced it out. This is the best experience Ive ever had with a jeweler, and the most helpful and best explanation Ive ever had with one. I will definitely be coming back here to get an engagement ring. Im glad I found this place.

They were able to provide us with a better quality set with a much better guarantee in the end. We purchases our wedding rings now 12 years ago. They are still classic and one of a kind!

My husband, for a 50th anniversary gift, bought a large diamond to replace the small one in my floral shaped wedding ring. The jeweler he bought it from (NOT Abbott Taylor), assured my husband the new diamond could be put in my old setting. When we picked up the ring, it was horrible. They put the diamond in a tiffany setting, and plunked it down in the center of the flower. It stuck up a quarter of an inch above the ring making it unwearable, and the diamond was so large it covered up most of the flower petals. It was awful. Oh, and they chipped the point on my original pear-shaped diamond.After a week of talking about what to do, we took the ring to Abbott Taylor. Wed decided that the new diamond needed a new setting, and my original ring would get my birthstone, nestled properly in the flower. My old diamond, with the chipped tip, would go into a pendant. Mr. Taylor immediately began sketching as I was telling him what I wanted. He nailed the design for the new ring, and when the process was finished, I have my original wedding ring with a new birthstone in it (gorgeous color), an ancient Egyptian ankh pendant with my old diamond in the curved top, and a fabulous custom-designed ring that shows off the new 50th anniversary diamond to perfection. Abbott Taylor also gave us market price for a collection of old 10 and 14K gold jewelry, and it pleased me that it would be recycled and made into something beautiful.A huge thank-you to Abbott Taylor, Elvia Bourque and the entire staff for making me very happy (and my husband too, who was just trying to do something extra special for our anniversary).
