Probably the best experience I’ve had with a jeweler and shop. My engagement ring band was a tad too thick in width, and the shape on the sides was too rounded - so it was hitting my pinky and middle finger uncomfortably. They listened to exactly what I wanted and the jeweler did it beautifully so that it is now dainty, elegant, and super comfortable. I absolutely couldn’t be more happy (or relieved) with how it turned out. I can’t wait to work with them again for wedding bands!!

We have been loyal clients of La Jolla Jewelers for years. I have several one of a kind pieces, as well as some family pieces, that I would not trust to anyone except Malcolm and Cindy. I recently bought a necklace that is meant to hold a small bit of cremains and wanted the first letter of my dogs name put onto it. This is the first place that told me that most Jewelers use a machine to engrave jewelry and that because my pendant isnt solid the machine very well may punch a hole in the pendant. He said that I should have it engraved by hand and have it done by a very experienced professional so that the pendant isnt damaged. He was honest enough to also tell me that this time of year is so busy that he doesnt have the time to do the work right now but if Id wait until after the holidays he would be more than happy to hand engrave the initial onto my beloved, gold, heart pendant. Awesome service and advice! Thank you a million!!
