My fiancé and I would like to thank the entire staff at Kay in Tucson Mall for being such a wonderful help during this special time in our lives - from my engagement ring to finding our weddings bands, (one gentleman made multiple phone calls to find the LAST wedding band in the style my future husband was hoping for, and it fit him perfectly!) the staff has been nothing but kind, helpful, and super fun to work with! 10/10 recommend!

Kay honored their promise to uphold my warranty even though we did not make it in for inspections during Covid. Sent my wedding ring off for a repair on a prong today. They also always clean any other rings I am wearing.

Myna helped me to track down a discontinued necklace that I was looking for by calling several stores and having them send it to the location I was wanting to pick it up at. They also always wrap up everything so nicely. The lady who boxed up the necklace put it in a velvet envelope that even held the necklace in place- didnt know they made such a thing! Thanks ladies!

This location is fantastic, excellent service and professionalism here each time I visit. Myra was the last associate I worked with and she went above and beyond to help me find the ring we were looking for. I would recommend this location to anyone who regularly shops at Kays. Will be back again!

I have never had an unpleasant experience here until today! Very unprofessional & rude customer service, only from 1 employee in particular. We arrived & were greeted by a male employee who let us into the store & was happy to help. He was very accomodating & pleasant. My earrings were being inspected as we usually do with all of our diamonds every 6 months. He got started & we were almost done when this woman approached my husband & I & offered him a mask to wear, he politely said no thank you as he cannot wear one for medical reasons. She told him rudely to get out of the store. He was not allowed to stand inside the store even though he wasnt standing nearby anyone including the employee taking care of us. He also was not browsing the store, just standing still in the corner not bothering anyone just taking care of business. She could have been nicer, not everyone can wear a mask. Still shouldnt be kicking loyal paying customers out of the store & being rude & embarrassing & harrassing us this way. After he got kicked out & stood not even a foot away from where he was beforehand, like that really makes a big difference, & totally worth making a big scene out of, we were done with the inspection in 2 minutes tops. HUGE mistake. Worst customer service ever. Never will buy anything from Kay again & will never go to this location with rude employees that dont appreciate the customers that pay their bills. We own 3 pairs of diamond earrings, a diamond wedding ring & diamond engagement ring, a few necklaces & charms. No need to treat good customers this way EVER! So inconvenient & nothing else was offered other than we have to leave the store. Will go to another location where we have not been treated this way. I just had my other diamonds inspected the day before at a different location at the marana outlet mall location & they were so helpful & understanding & kind.

A puppy accidentally nipped of my diamond with its teeth as it was excitedly jumping on me. Dont worry my fingers are still intact! So I went to kays and they charged me nothing to get the diamond put back on. They told me as long as I had the diamond, Id never be charged. And I wasnt. It took them two weeks to get it fixed for me. When I got it back they had polished the band and cleaned the diamond for me as well.Sadly though I dont like the repair they did on my ring, I think it looks ugly. It looks nothing like it used to. The sides are supposed to look like hearts...mine look like wrinkly triangles. I appreciated their nice customer service getting me in but not whoever they sent the rings to, to get them fixed. This is why my rating is only a 3. Customer service was excellent and the timing was decent.

Kay has been a complete disappointment. I bought a wedding ring with Kay and it wasnt properly sized to begin with so I had to get it resized after the ceremony, in addition some of the plating wasnt finished correctly. I was given a promise date of about two weeks, which came and went without any notification of the ring being finished, I finally had to call the store back myself to find out what the problem was. After receiving the ring I discovered the plating still wasnt finished correctly and overlapped a bit on the end of one side, a little rough piece that rubs against my finger, and there are new scratches on the ring. In addition the sizing is strange in that one side seems to be ever so slightly larger than the other.Im addition to the above when I originally sold the ring I was told the warrenty I purchased was a lifetime warrenty, and I financed the ring on the day of purchase. When I went in to pick it up (after the initial sizing) the person helping me tried to charge me a second time to which I had to show the balance of my account to prove payment had already been taken care of. After proving payment they then tried to charge me for resizing to which I mentioned it should have been covered by the warrenty, at this point had to show them a warrenty had been purchased but I was then informed it was only for a few years and not for life like I had been told when I made the purchase.Throughout this entire process the level of care has been appalling, the majority of the staff seemed indifferent after the actual purchase was made. I dont ever plan on going back to Kay after all this considering nothing was done right and there was no attempt on Kays part to correct the situation. The first and second parts happened at TWO different Kay locations so they will both be receiving this review.

Purchased a beautiful sapphire and diamond ring several years ago.love it and I get great compliments on it. bought it on sale and feel I received a great deal on this purchase . which is why I am buying a friends Christmas gift from them .

Bought a Movado watch and the lady that sold it to me didnt know how to properly adjust it. Lucky there was a nice gentlemen there who did, she then ignored me until I got the watch properly fitted. Not great on customer service and furthermore she didnt take the time to learn how to adjust the watch for future sales.

I originally bought the ring in New York, but brought it home to Tucson and wanted to get it sized. They told me it would take no longer than 12 days, but normally around 8-10. I waited for a call and waited and on the 12 day I called and asked if the ring might have come back yet. They said yes it got in Thursday, (mind you that was 4 days before I called) I was disappointed they hadn’t called but I was happy to have gotten my ring back!
