Absolute worst customer service.I went in for a simple watch band swap. Not only did I have to talk my way into the store because they were screening customers to make sure they are legitimate for security reasons, I was also questioned about how I had acquired such a nice watch. The older woman who answered the door kept telling me they wouldnt help with my watch.A gentleman stepped in to help, must have been the exacerbated look on my face. He took care of the work order with no problem. I asked them to include my wrist measurement. They lady took the measurement and assured me it was standard.I pick up the watch a couple of weeks later, it doesnt fit and the leather band has been damaged. They say they are going to order a new band. Ok... Two weeks later still nothing. I call them, still no band. I say fine, Id like to upgrade to a metal band so this doesnt happen again. Guy says hell call back with pricing. Cool.Next day I get a call from a different lady saying that because I didnt purchase my band from Tag, (the one they damaged which absolutely was purchased directly from Tag). They will not credit me the difference. What?!?!?1, The band came from LVMH parts... Thats the parent company of Tag. The receipt, which I still have, says Tag Heuer on it... but she never asked.2, What does the providence of the band I purchased have to do with the replacement Jared is providing? At no point did I insist on credit for the leather band. She never asked, just assumed I would insist. She was ready to go to war. So bizarre.3, Had she just said they have to swap out the leather band for a leather band AND they would also order the metal band for me, that would have been great. I would have paid for the metal band, no problem. This lady was determined to have an argument, I didnt engage.I will be shipping my watch to Tag for repair.Lesson learned, never ever shop at Jared!****Update: Jared will not release the replacement watch band until I sign a nondisclosure agreement. Wow! Not happening.
Jasmin was amazing, didnt try to pressure or upsell us into something we couldnt afford. Showed us styles of rings we liked and was very personable, definitely coming back to her to get the wedding bands. Definitely deserves the 5 stars!
I was anxious to come into the store with my partner because some places frown upon certain types of people. We were greeted and helped by Mary who treated us like valued customers. She helped me pick out an engagement ring and was super knowledgeable about everything she showed us. Thank you Mary!
Came in JT came right away and helped...gave him idea what was looking for and right away found the perfect ring .... And its not going to take too long to get my ring to my size I went in today and they said it will be ready by Thursday this place couldnt be any more perfect... Fast easy and good workers
I was proposed to. The ring was returned to be resized. When I got it back the band had scratches & was extremely sharp. I took it back & they shouldve never let it leave in the 1st place. Once inside they worked on it but had to ask me if it was better. AND IT WASNT! DO YOUR JOB. DONT ASK ME IF ITS DONE. Then, they finished & there was still a chunk in the bands white gold! Im soooo upset that this engagement ring ordeal has made me frustrated to the point where I walked out of the building. I will NEVER recommend anyone to this establishment. Completely flabbergasted & my precious moment of engagement has been dimmed.
I just have to hand it to Mrs. Heidi. She turned a potential returned item into a returning customer. She seriously made my husbands and I’s experience so awesome. Make sure to ask your questions, and they will help you out. And get everything in writing when you purchase. Thank you again Heidi for really making us feel so special.

So me and my wife who are long time customers come to Jared to get our rings cleaned. We show up and there is no one inside the building. They proceed to tell us that they can only allow 10 people inside the building and that there is 10 employees inside the building currently. They where happy to let us in for a purchase but not happy to let us in for a cleaning. Joann and Francis gave us terrible service and I’m disgusted with the service they provided. I’ve spent thousands here and won’t be coming back for a purchase.
Francis was a huge help and really pleasant to speak with. She was patient and helped me in selecting a ring for my fiance who loved the ring.
Usually we get wonderful service and prompt unfortunately due to Covid the capacity was at max but there were only 2 other patrons in the store with us the rest were employees. We understand safety but dang.
I understand Covd 19, I do not I understand why they dont answer the phone, why they sell life time warranty and it takes 6 to 10 weeks for a watch battery.We have shopped with them for at least 10 years but I wont anymore
Like one of the reviewers said ‘I understand Covid’ but I don’t understand why you have these posters up your door and then have 10 employees inside your store. I work for customer service myself and at my store where I’m a manager maximum capacity atm is four people inside WHY WOULD I HAVE 4 people working. When would my customers come in? Francis Rodrigues who is now the assistant manager stated she had 10 people working inside and was at maximum capacity! So ? No customers are allowed? At this point, why are you open then? I was able to see inside the store to see if there were any customers and not even one !!!
Had a great experience with Jasmine I needed my ring sized and didnt want to make a 3 hour drive just to pick it up on a different day, she made sure she did everything she could to get it done the same day. I would highly recommend anyone to see her. And will be back.
Go to this one! They are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I always get great service when I get my diamond and setting checked. Much more welcoming than the Oracle location.
It as always was a wonderful shopping experience! Mary Ann is the nicest and most helpful sales person they have. She has been taking care of us since they opened their doors at the Broadway Store. Would Not go anywhere else! The jewelry is high quality, and they are not pushy. They are helpful when it comes to your credit.. We are so happy we went there in the beginning. By far one of the worst Jareds weve been to. My wife and I went in to have her ring cleaned, a common practice when we are near a Jareds. We also use that to test the friendliness of staff. This was our first and LAST visit to this location. We didnt feel comfortable or welcomed. The lady helping us, not certain her name because she never said it, looked up our account taking her time. She looked at me like I wasnt telling the truth about being a customer, even though I had ALL paperwork in hand and have purchased thousands of dollars worth of jewelry and watches at other locations. Once she found the correct items, she said she would inspect and clean it and simply walked away. Typically during this time someone will offer a cold bottled water or even a cappuccino, perhaps tell us about a current promotion or upcoming event. NOPE, NOT AT THIS LOCATION. We walked around the store, separately I might add, and were only asked once if we needed assistance and the young lady didnt even stop her stride while asking. Several ladies behind the counter glanced in our direction but didnt even offer so much as a smile. We felt very uncomfortable and out of place. Employees seemed depressed. Once finished, the unnamed lady, handed my wife her ring and said Do you want to look at anything? with little to no interest in actuality wanted to help us. We were DONE with this store by this point. Just an FYI salespeople, we were in the market for a new watch for me and diamond earrings for my wife, with cash in hand! Dont judge a book by its cover, you lost a several thousand dollar commission transaction. We will NEVER go back to this location and I will be contacting the regional manager. And I hope the store manager reads this review and takes it serious. I am and will share my experience with everyone I speak with. Still love Jareds but this location did not represent the brand well.

Have been going to Jared’s for over ten years now and won’t go anywhere else. They have an extended warranty on jewelry purchases that covers having your jewelry cleaned, resized, replated (chromium) for the life of the piece. We highly recommend this as it covers taking our rings in every six months for cleaning, fresh chromium and brush. They look as new as the day we purchased them. About eight years ago we purchased a ring from another jeweler in Tucson who said they’d offer the same items of Jared’s warranty. Well, they didn’t. They were fine with cleaning the ring but charged us to have fresh chromium or brushing. We should have gotten it in writing. Even another highly reputable local only jeweler (Wilmot/5th) that we were looking at having a ring made with said they couldn’t offer to cover free resizing or fresh chromium. They said chromium is too costly for them to offer that for free every six months. So, back to Jared’s, who makes custom rings too. We hadn’t known that. Excellent service too. Very personalized.

The staff at this Jareds offered a great experience for us while we shopped for our wedding bands. They were friendly and personable as well as very helpful. We went to every jewelry store and it was quickly clear we would not find better service at any other store (helzberg, Zales, Daniels, Kay etc). The in house service for same or next day pick up (vs sending the ring off somewhere for 2 weeks) was a big seller for us. We really enjoyed our experience here.

Worst customer service ever. I think if you are making a large purchase they might pay more attention to you, but my 2 purchases were under $1,000 and when I went in for my 6 month inspection and only purchased a Pandora ring I was not treated as a valued customer. Not to mention the salesperson knew absolutely nothing about the Pandora line. I was more knowledgeable just from doing research on the internet.My suggestion is go to Stuart Kuper if you want want quality product and top notch customer service, regardless of what you spend.
Bought an engagement ring here. They went above and beyond to customize it and get it to me the same day I walked in. I lived 2 hours away so I didnt want to return the next day. Nice people.I love how theres a play area for the bastard children. Cracks me up everytime.
My fiance and I came to this location to make a payment for my recently bought engagement ring, (purchsed in phoenix) upon getting our account details we found out the account was not set up like we were told and our payments were much much higher than we thought ! It was extremely upsetting but the sales associate attempted to help us by calling customer service, also the Manager at this store partnered with the store manager from the phoenix location to help correct the issue, there was not much they could do but she did help by lowering our payments I was so greatful!!! I was FURIOUS with the sales agent that lied to us! But the store manager turned my experience around.
