Ring was over 2 weeks past due for a resizing and was never contacted by the store that they had the ring had to call main office then showed up several days in a row just to have it be the only store in the mall closed during business hours avoid going here at all cost plenty of other places to do real business

Not a fan of the customer service here. Which is sad because we have a Zales Credit Card and spend way more money than we should with Zales. They are in central Tucson but have this uppity snooty vibe, judging the buyers by their looks instead of welcoming everyone thru the door as someone who’s looking to spend money. Please get new managers for this location. Tucson Mall is worth the travel to have a luxury jewelry shopping experience. And the systems are so outdated!! Takes forever to find our jewelry protection plans in the system and it’s always soooo slow. Please get an updated system to track customers and their purchases so repairs and cleanings aren’t a headache. Also email your customers if things are changing vs changing guidelines and blaming corporate
Staff at this location is super friendly. The manager was efficient and helped me find whay I was looking for very quickly . Would highly recommend
The customer service at the location is awful. I had to send my engagement ring in for a repair and the manager said it would only take a week for it to come back. When I went to pick it up she told me I owed $80. When I asked why, she said it was because it was rushed. I explained to her that she never told me about a fee, nor that it was rushed. I gladly would have waited a month for the repair had I known I would have to pay $80. She was very rude and upset, but I stood my ground and did not have to pay the fee. I went in again to get my ring inspected and told them I noticed a small diamond was missing. They told me that it wasn’t and that’s just how the metal on the ring felt. I went to the Tucson mall location, and they actually looked at it under the microscope and asked me where I thought there was a missing stone. Sure enough, they confirmed that there was a missing stone and sent it in for repair. I’ve been going to the location at Tucson mall because they have wonderful customer service. A year passed and I decided to try the Park Place location again because they are so much closer. Same terrible manager is there, but I worked with a different employee. The manager didn’t even acknowledge any of the customers and was telling her employees at the back of the store how needy the gentleman was that she went out to lunch with. Really? The store is not that big, so every customer had to listen to her drama. I was told they’d call me when the repair was ready, but it should only be about a month. 6 weeks later I received no call, so I called them. It had been ready for pickup for two weeks. Such a bad location. I’ll be making the drive to Tucson mall until the manager at this location finally retires.

I purchased a birthstone ring less than two years ago for my mother. At the time of purchase I did not buy the extended warranty because I figured their products would last up to five years minimum and if anything happened to the ring we would repair or replace it at that time. One of the birthstones fell out of the setting and when I took the ring back into Zales they quoted me the same price I purchased the ring to have it repaired. The cost of the stone was only $70.00 and the rest was labor (just to give you an idea). They mentioned that I should have bought the warranty because this would have been covered except for the cost of the stone, although the ring was still practically brand new. They also mentioned that after they fixed it they would guarantee the stone would not come out and set it correctly.... excuse me but isn’t that how it should have been in the first place?! I called customer service to complain due to the ring being no more than two years old. The customer service was very nice, said they would open up a ticket and see if they could have some of the repairs covered since the ring was still new. One week went by so I called again, they said the were still working on it. Another week went by called them and no answer. I picked up the ring and took it to a local jeweler where the total cost was less than $100 to repair it. I will NEVER purchase a ring with this company again since their quality and follow through are nonexistent. Such a disappointment!
Worst experience me and my wife had in my whole life. They treat you very unprofessional and rudeness is their main weapon. They made my wife cry! It was terrible!They have good deals but do never expect a service from them if you need a repair. Even though you bought the warranty they will not be happy to assist you and they will disrespect you the most they can. Advice for avoiding stress with things you should never have to worry about! Do never but anything from this store!
Once you charge something to your card ... Good luck ever trying to get help .. if you are trying to pay a bill or inspection they pay no mind to you at all. Awful service.
I went in to inquire about some wedding bands, and the employee saw me waiting and let me know that he saw me and would help me out after he finished with other customers. He was very kind and helpful and was able to show me some of the things in stock. When I called the next day, an employee named JJ answered the phone and checked on some more things in stock for me. He wasnt as friendly, and when I happily thanked him for his help at the end of the call, he promptly hung up on me; I wasnt sure why. It was pretty disappointing. I hope that JJ can work on his customer service skills, because he certainly soiled the image I had of the establishment. Props to the gentleman who kindly helped me with the same inquiries when I went to the store in person.
Zales you honestly need to re-train your employees at this location they are rude and seem honestly like they do not want to help customers and for me as a first time customer who is going in for an engagement ring I’m very upset because they took something that was supposed to be special and made it almost seem like it was an inconvenience. I’ve been in the store multiple times and this past month and every time your employees treated me as if I wasn’t a paying customer. I don’t appreciate this type of customer service when I am going to be spending hundreds of dollars at your store I find it unacceptable.
Horrible experience! Not only did they try to down sell me from the ring my wife wanted. They also make me feel unwanted. I ended up going to their competition Helzburg for our rings

My wife bought a wedding band and then when she sent it to get resized they said it was going to be 4-6 weeks well we call back after 5 weeks and they say oh well its going to be another 2 weeks and after still not receiving the ring and being pointed in 100 different directions they said oh well the ring was discontinued so then we ask for a refund and they say your refund will be in 2 weeks after two weeks and no refund we call and were told oh well we have no record of your transaction so theres nothing we can do they have been unprofessional disrespectful and I have never heard of a store being so disorganized especially a store that sells items for thousands of dollars youd think that they would try to help but it like they just passed us in to the next person like it wasnt theyre problem I cant tell you how angry and exhausted I am with dealing with this I suggest anyone looking for a place to but any jewelry dont come here theyre so nice and understanding when taking your money but when you try to get your money back all the sudden theyre not on your side and cant figure out the problem that they started because they make promises they cant keep
Zero stars!!!! We turned in my rings on 5/23/2016 for repair and was given a three week turn around time for completion. My wedding ring and a anniversary band was given to the store manager Mike Hunt (who by the way no longer works for the company) to get resized, rhodemine plated and sautered together. The full description of my original wedding ring was not complete and should anything happen to the ring the company would only replace the amount of the second ring that we are having sautered together as it was the only one that had a value listed on the ticket. We were not given a claim ticket with all these details. 3 weeks later 6/14/2016 I have yet to receive my ring. After spending 45 minutes on the phone with an associate it was discovered that my rings were not delivered to the jeweler until 5/27/2016 and that the jeweler had a delivery date of 6/16/2016. Excuses were given surrounding the fact that their jeweler had recently changed, and they had so many jobs that they were struggling to deliver when promised. STAY AWAY!! Take your precious jewelry to anyone else but these folks! *** Update *** picked up my ring finally today 6/15/16 and the requested work was done completely wrong, after being offered by Don the associate that they could send it back in to correct it I simply walked out of the store and took my now cheap looking ring to another local jeweler for yet another repair. As I said before, STAY AWAY!!
