This afternoon my wedding slipped off my finger and hit a concrete floor which caused one of the diamonds to pop out of its setting. A friend highly recommended Robert and I wasnt disappointed. Robert was kind enough to stop what he was working on and reset the diamond in my ring while I was in the store and checked the other stones as well. Lots of beautiful baubles in the store as well. Had a great experience. Robert was really knowledgeable and honest. Bought a gold band for my wife as a push present/anniversary gift. He weighed the ring and he didn’t think it was the correct weight. He got another scale and sure enough it was off. Used a third scale for good measure. He could have just went with the first weight, overcharged me and I wouldn’t even have known, but thanks to his honesty and knowledge he knew it was the wrong weight. I will be back and I will tell anyone that’s buying jewelry to my this place there first stop. Wife says the ring is perfect. Couldn’t be happier.

Just purchased some jewelry for my wife from Robert. She is thrilled! I have known Robert for over 20 years and have purchased many items from him. Several Rolexes, jewelry and he even made a pair of Gold Naval Aviator Wings for my son who is a Marine Corps Pilot. I have found Robert nothing but honest at all times. I saw the negative review from the guy at the Gem show and suspect that the lack of communication was on his part! I should have written this review over three years ago. They were able to create a custom engagement ring for my wife. I had received a ring from my grandmother and from my mother in-law. They merged the two sets of gems beautifully, and my wife loves the one of a kind ring that was created at Roberts Jewelers.

Bob was very friendly and courteous! I expected to pay a lot more than I did for my engagement ring! I would definitely recommend him!

Looked like a nice store..we did not have time to really see as the man was very rude and told us he was busy doing appraisals....This was several months ago,,We went to the mall and found what we wanted.

My future fiancé and I bought our ring from Robert. Phenomenal and no-pressure sales approach (we were sweating bullets). Really great guy with really great prices and business know-how. He was the first guy we went to while we were at the Tucson Gem and Mineral Show, saw a setting/diamond, walked around and went back to him. It was a great experience, and it helped seal our choice in when a cop who was working as extra security approached us. She wanted to know if we got a ring from him, and we did. She said we wouldnt regret, and she got her ring from him too. As far as no regret... that certainly is true!

Have taken all my jewelry needs to Robert, AKA Bob, for years. Whether its something: (a) as simple as resizing a ring, (b) honestly telling you when a piece of sentimental jewelry cant be fixed (and not charging you for his time or doing subpar work), or (c) finding a special gem stone to replace a lost one, he is the best. He is a fantastically talented professional while being very helpful, honest, and personable. Thats a rare combination which makes Robert a (jeweler) gem.

Great guy, reasonable prices. I had my engagement ring resized and pinned to a wedding ring guard that was purchased later. Bob was very accommodating in waiting for me to pick up the finished product even after the store was closed. Im very happy with their work, only wish they were open on Saturdays.
