I went into this repair Jewelry and Watch repair shop because I needed my ring sized. The man behind the counter said he couldnt do it since it was gold Plated, but since I needed to go down in size he had a different solution. He put a ring Guard on the ring and charged me $21.00 for the little piece of metal. I told him that sounded expensive and he gave some B.S. answer, saying the cost of metal when up. I then called the Helzberg diamonds that was in the area and they said they would only charge me $5.99 for a ring guard. What a screw job by this little weasel of a jeweler. And before he sold me the overpriced ring guard we were talking about how Amazon and other online platforms are taking over the marketplace. Now this is one of the reasons why. People overpricing items believing that the person wont know any better. If you live near this business and need either jewelry a watch or a repair then I recommend another business. If these guys charge $21.00 for a simple ring Guard, Id be afraid to see what they charge for the much more expensive items.

Rex was the MVP today in verifying a prospective watch I was looking to purchase from a private party. Granted in this case it was quite easy to determine said watch was a replica. He was happy to do it, you can see his passion is in watches and customer service. He has a great piece in his personal collection I am trying to persuade the wife in to getting me now instead. I came to this business for my last time today. I went in on Thursday and they didn’t have any screens... at a phone screen fixing shop. I was assured that they would finish in 20 minutes when the screen came in on saturday(today). I paid a deposit and waited until Saturday. I went in at 4:05 pm and they said it would take 30. they didn’t finish with my phone until 4:55. 50 minutes. When I reminded the guy I he told me 20 minutes the last time, he laughed and asked if I was yelling. I wasn’t at all. No apology, no discount. I left and said thank you but I really should’ve refused to pay and taken my phone. I’m really disappointed, I’ve been coming here for years he past 5 years. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.They give discounts to people who write good reviews. That’s why they have so many 5 stars. Don’t come here if you value your time because clearly, they don’t.

My husband took an Omega watch (that belonged to his father) to have a new battery placed in the watch. We have used this shop many times before and been extremely happy with them. Not the case for this particular experience. At no point in time did the shop give my husband an estimate of what the battery replacement would cost. So he was very surprised when they charged about 3x what had previously been paid for lifetime battery replacement in other watches. The first my husband knew of the cost was when he went to pick up the watch. He asked for explanation for the cost and was told that this cost is what they charged for batteries in high-end watches. BUT, that was not made clear when the watch was dropped off. He left the watch, so he could come back and talk to the owner....he came back three different times and received three different answers regarding why the high cost. The third time he finally got to speak to the owner, who proceeded to tell him that this was the charge and if he did not like, then he would remove the battery from the watch.So be warned, make sure even if work is for a battery replacement, get an estimate before proceeding.

I took a few pieces into to be repaired. David changed a clasp on my necklace and did a top notch job. David was very knowledgeable with everything I had questions about. He even showed me how to check if I had any stones loose and how to clean my jewelry in between professional cleanings. I will return with all my jewelry needs.

This is the only place I trust going to to get my phone fixed! They have never failed to fix my screen for me, and quickly too! Ive never waited longer then 45 minutes for my phone to be completely fixed. I highly recommend this place over the others places I know in Tucson that fix phone screens

They were super nice and fast; took 10-15 minutes to replace my destroyed iPhone 6 screen, and its as good as new. I bought a screen protector from them and they put it on for me (since applying sticky things properly is not my strong suit). And when I came back to tell them my front cameras pictures were hazy after theyd fixed the screen, they took my phone apart and cleaned off the excess glue that was interfering with the lens for free.Overall very kind and efficient; definitely the place to go.

I had a wonderful experience at the jewelry and watch repair shop. It was very fast and all of the employees were very sweet.

Not pleased at all. Took a Breitling watch in for cleaning and new hands. Came back 3 weeks latter to have generic hands on the watch . Was told new handa were 85.00 dollars.I refused the watch and was then informed they only repaired watches and could not ger oem parts. Went on line ordered for 75.00 dollars here now with hands at 10:15 and they are not open. Sign states 10AM to 7:30 PM. Truly not all that professional, maybe nice but a joke.

Terrible service. They were nice, but refused to fix my watch after the repair they did caused it to lose the seal and get water inside. Wanted to charge me an additional $28 to fix it when they caused the problem. Crooks! I would never trust them.

Old TAG Heuer ladies watch hadnt been worn or worked for about 6-7 years. Got a new battery and was out of there in 5 minutes. He stopped everything, took a look, replaced the battery, set the time/date and was very reasonable price.

It was a quick visit where the guy fixed my watch band and didnt charge me for things that we simple like bending some metal back into place, overall great, simple, fast.

Had my phone fixed and a week later while texting my screen cracked, I went in to see if someone would look at my phone and I explained what happened and the guy would not even take the time to look at my phone and told me they do not warranty and glass screens! There was a man and his son being helped in front of us and they were upset regarding a new screen they had replaced at this location also! Terrible customer service and our 90 dollars.
