The absolute best! I started off with a little closet locker about 15 years ago, expanded to a medium locker, moved out of my apartment (4 lockers!) and just now emptied the last. Ive been with Midway longer than any boyfriend! :-D Office staff is superb, the facility is so well maintained and the prices are very competitive. Im going to miss you 💜 And I am now a Tetris champ thanks to Midway.

The customer service at this place was far beyond my expectations. Regina, the manager worked with me during a series of unexpected situations that I had while renting a unit from them. She was great at all times! She always showed me that she truly cared. To make the story short, she was able to accommodate every single one of my requests ( And they were way too many for period of about 4 months) Aside from that, my unit was clean, the location is perfect and the price was the most reasonable I could find in town. I will definitely rent a unit from this place if I need it in the future!

I was extremely happy with my storage rental from Midway RV & Self Storage. Regina, the lady who works in the front desk was extremely helpful in every aspect and was very friendly. I had a great experience with their service and was also at a very fair price. I recommend this storage place to everyone.

I came to Midway from Wisconsin to clear out a relatives storage unit upon their death. I was overwhelmed at first, but at every turn, the staff at Midway went out of their way to be helpful. I was amazed and very impressed by the level of customer service. Anything which I needed, any questions I had, any special accommodations I asked for, were immediately taken care of. I only had a few days to remain in town, so it was especially important that I finish everything I needed to do very quickly. I felt like the office staff were my friends by the end of my work, and I wish they knew how much it meant to me to benefit from their kindness and support.I often worked late in the day, alone, when no one else seemed to be in the enclosure. Yet I always felt safe because of the security cameras and the locked gate. I was allowed to use the Midway disposal for those items which had to be thrown away, and the staff directed me to the most convenient and economical Pack-and-Ship offices, the local Post Office, and the nearby Goodwill. Thank you ladies, it was a hard task made easier by your thoughtfulness.

Excellent customer service. We used them for storing my daughters belongings when she went home for the summer. The unit was clean, the prices were consistent with the market and the customer service was excellent. I would highly recommend them!

Ive had dealings with the nice folkes at Midway RV and Self Storage for over a year and a half. Its always nice to go into the office and be greeted by a friendly face. I highly recommend anyone who needs a location near Speedway and Swan to give them a try! My unit size wise was perfect for my needs. I highly recommend them!

The Midway Staff is awesome. We have had 2 units here for almost 10 years and the staff always knows who we are even though we only come by a few times per year. We even took our unit lock home with us once and the staff put one of their locks on the door until we could get back and lock it up ourselves. Highly recommended!!

This storage facility is very conveniently located on Speedway in the center of town. It is kept up to very high standards of cleanliness and security.The staff are all excellent, but the manager, Regina, is absolutely the best ever. She is super helpful with everything and has really gone out of her way to accomodate my needs. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!!!!!!!!
