I was very impressed with how welcoming and professional Karen and Chastity were when I toured then rented my space. Bonus, they even provide the lock.It is beautifully kept, very clean and more importantly to me, very very secure. I am recommending this everyone I know! Ive had a unit here for over 3 years now. The property is always clean and the managers have always been friendly to me. Recently I had an appointment in Phoenix and I needed access to my unit before I headed up there in the morning. So I asked Karen the manager if she could help me out with this. She called Wes the district manager to see if she could get approval from him. Its a big ask, I know, but it was important to me. Wes came down and personally approved it. I made it to my appointment in Phoenix with the items that I required, from the unit, and it all worked out well. Im very happy about it. So thanks Wes and Karen. This is a good place to store your stuff.

I came all the way from California to help my parents get a few things out of there storage. They are older and had lost almost all there info. Caryn was so nice to them, got them everything they needed, and walked us straight to there unit. Very happy this place has some quality people looking out for my family.

This is storage location is managed very well and it is clean. The reason for One Star is due to the rent increase after only four months. My monthly rent increased from $145 to $163 which is unreasonable. I didnt get a free month or accept any specials so there isnt an underlying reason for the increase that is justifiable. Ill be moving my belongings out soon and looking for another storage unit.

Was at my storage space today when I ran into the manager here, very friendly and we have been here almost 4 years I want to let public storage know that cleanliness of this facility has changed for the better. I noticed new ropes being put on our doors and weve noticed this is the most consistent weve seen someone here. We were able to discuss our bill with someone and had no idea we could actually go larger or smaller if we needed to.

Karen has been great would recommend. Lost my card for the gate karen help me download the app. She is great.

This was my first experience with renting a storage unit and as far as I could tell, this was an excellent experience with superb customer service from Chas. She went above and beyond to explain all the details. She walked me through the unit to make sure that fits my needs and once she found out that was not what I was looking for, she did all her best to find other units to give me more options. She made the whole process very smooth. This was truly an exceptional AAA 5-star customer service from Chas and public storage. Highly recommended.

Great location. The manager here is the best. Well mannered young lady. I came in upset because I couldnt find a cart. She apologized that they didnt have more and went and got me one. Before the store was even opened. When I asked how do I let management know I was advised to leave a review. What a great employee you have. Customer service was outstanding!!!

Was helping my elderly parents look for storage unit today. We went all over town. Caryn was most accommodating we originally wanted a large A/C unit turns out Tucson didnt have one. Discussed the necessity of A/C and explained the outside units can work by just wrapping and protecting our item. Feel very comfortable here, appreciated her not turning us away like spots in town and making this work for us.

I wanted to give a HUGE thank you to Chas!!!, who helped me get the storage unit I needed today!! I first reserved a unit of the same size with climate control at different company and to my dismay, it was given away to another customer the previous day. This happened twice!! The second time was also at a different storage facility and again, made the reservation online and was given to a customer who walked in on site. I tried updating my account online and was having a hard time and her walking me through it was not helping but she was patient and advised me to come into the office and update it which I did.

Stored here along time. Glad to clean it out. Young lady is in the office was great helping find the unit and I wasnt sure if I had the keys. I had to deal with her a few times on the phone but she was great.

I usually dont leave Google reviews but for this location I felt I should acknowledge the staff here. I got my storage unit 2006. Havent touched it since these items hold sentimental value for me. When I finally decided to clear this unit out. I had no idea the code where it was or what kind of condition my unit was in, so I went in the office and the young lady was a complete pleasure to talk to I must of spent 45 minutes talking her. The location served its purpose and the staff is terrific!!!

We were only here a couple months but the whole experience was a breeze. My fiancé found this place and was able to get our unit same day for less than half of what other places on this side of town wanted for a mid size room. The owner Caryn is an awesome lady and went above and beyond to make sure we got exactly what we needed without hassle even with everything going on in the world right now. We just found a permanent place and emptied our space in August but this will always be our first choice if we ever need it again 👍

Just wanna give a shoutout to Karen here because this is the first time I have EVER left a bad review but our experience was so terrible I feel obligated to put it out there. A couple months ago I had made a reservation for my mother to rent a space at this location as she relocated from Ohio to Tucson. The initial visit went ok. She wasn’t the friendliest but everyone has a different perspective of customer service I guess so we just let it go. My mother is going through a divorce so we had bigger things to worry about at the time. So we get all moved in and ever since Then, any and all communication we’ve had with her has been an AWFUL experience. I’m confused and don’t understand why because we have paid on time both months we were there. We provided proper documentation on our intent to vacate and just don’t understand why she thinks it’s ok to treat people the way she has. We were under the impression that we had til the end of today to vacate. So I, myself and some family members moved everything out YESTERDAY, and before the office closed she had called and left a pretty nasty voicemail stating that supposedly we had left stuff in the storage unit and that if we didn’t remove it we’d be charged a cleaning fee and another months rent if it wasn’t out today. Now I know dang well there was nothing in the storage unit because we moved it all out. So we tried calling her back and left a voicemail as well. So we go to the facility today to sweep it just in case, even though mind you, when we moved in there was dead bugs in the unit, a Palo verde beetle flew into my sisters car FROM THE UNIT and not to mention a black widow and other spiders we had to kill before we could even move stuff in. So how can you charge us a cleaning fee when it wasn’t even clean when we got it? So to avoid be charged more money we went today to sweep it because everything was out as I had mentioned before. When we got there she was incredibly rude, condescending and disrespectful. She had already turned off our code to get in and had cut the locks because “she didn’t hear from us” even though it shows and I’m going to post a picture of the outgoing phone call made to the establishment. And still stated she was charging us a cleaning fee even though we had til the end of today’s business day to turn in the keys and what not. So let me get this straight, even though we are paid up til the 31st of august and have til the end of the business day you’re going to go in and cut the locks and charge us for something that is made up? Now what if we DID still have stuff in there? You’re going to cut our locks and take our belongings EVEN though our contract isn’t up til the end of today? I’m soooo confused. Like I said, we had everything out yesterday but it’s the principal. I’m a retail manager myself and have been in management for 10+ years now and nowhere and in no way do you EVER treat people the way this woman has treated us under no circumstance ESPECIALLY when we have done everything that’s been asked of us and have been great tenants with no issues with anything. Now I can understand if we weren’t making our payments or what not but that wasn’t the case at all. I’m very disappointed in this establishment and I personally feel like we should be reimbursed for our experience. This isn’t ok by any means and I will kindly say that I will never recommend anyone rent through this company and i really hope something is done to rectify the situation. This place was convenient and a great deal. Checking out was piece of cake today I thought I had to give a 30 day notice. Was advised to remove lock and make sure it was empty which I did. The girl advised me I should get email within 15 min that she just needed to verify it. And sure enough I got email quicker. I just felt so relieved thanks for making the a good experience.

I was in my storage unit late last night finishing up. Loved that karen came to check on us to make sure we were ok. I had no idea someone is here after the office is closed.

Weve been storing here for few years, and since I was advised the only way to let public storage know how much we appreciate the new staff in here is on Google. Let me start by saying everytime we go into our unit someone is cleaning and picking up the property. Weve notice an extreme difference from walking into the office and paying our bill to heading into the building. Caryn is asset to your company.

I wanted to take the time to recognize your staff here and the Houghton location. I made reservation for 10x20 and when I came in to just look at it not only was your staff friendly, they asked me all the right questions about my move. Things I wouldve never thought about. Turns out the truck was too big since is this was an out of state move. Not only did karen know what locations could fit 53 ft truck but the girls followed up with me at both locations. I ended up not needing a space. But the stress of not closing on time and possibly having our stuff in storage I wanted to make sure we had something available to us.Highly recommend these loctions.

Weve been storing here for while and wanted to upgrade which is almost impossible it seems. Lucky caryn found us an additional unit. My suggestion is if you need an A/C grab it right away. This place is full. I do appreciate her taking my name and number to letting me know if larger unit opens up.

Karen was very helpful today. When she saw me punching my gate code walked out and advised me I can open the gate with my phone. When I advised Im not into the whole process she told me to come in she download the application for me and made sure it worked. What great staff here all of them.

The gate kept locking me put. Im sure if I wouldve just read the instructions I wouldnt have gotten so annoyed but caryn coming out and helping me with storage genie application was much appreciated.

I made an online reservation and got a call from Rebekah not even 5 minutes later. I set up a time to come in and go over everything for the next day. I went in and met with Rebekah who showed me my unit went over everything I would need and explained all the pricing and insurance to me. I was also introduced to the District Manager Wes who was also very welcoming and efficient in getting all my paperwork finished. It was quick, easy, and painless to rent a unit here. I would highly recommend this location. The property is secure and clean and the staff are professional and knowledgeable.

Public Storage on Tanque Verde was a perfect location for us. We were selling our house and needed to clear things out of the way for showing. We stopped at the Public Storage office to inquire about availability and price. Dave, the manager, helped us select the appropriate size of unit and did the paperwork. We were in and out of there within about 30 minutes. Our storage unit is temperature-controlled, which is a Must in Tucson if you value your belongings. The security has been excellent also. We have never worried about our belongings being damaged or stolen. Auto payment was also a good option for us. We would highly recommend this storage facility for friendliness, security, accessibility, and price.

I had looked into different storage companies in the area for my upcoming move and all occasions the staff I spoke with were so helpful. I have already recommended this location to many of my friends and family in the area. As long as the current staff is there I will not go to another storage facility.

We just vacated our 10 x 10 unit that we rented for 2 years and would like to say that this was a very pleasant experience. Including our rental unit in Ohio, we have used Public Storage for 9 years. Many thanks to Kevin at this facility. He has been very pleasant and helpful, and has gone out of his way to solve a couple of problems that many people in his position may not have responded so positively. If he is not the manager, he is definitely manager material! We appreciate having someone who is so willing to please the customer. This is the worst place I have ever dealt with. This place is so organized and unprofessional.I have never dealt with a rental storage place like this before.Theyre district manager Wes is the rudest person that deals with customers. He basically needs to get fired and look for another job. He clearly doesnt know what customer care is suppose to be like.I am getting my stuff out and will never deal with public storage again.....

I rented two 10x10 climate controlled units. Local manager David was helpful at all times. Facility was clean, never any sign of pests or rodents in the unit, and access was easy. Contents in great shape when I removed them from storage. Monthly charge to my credit card was simple and convenient. I ended up at this location after shopping around at other facilities, both Public Storage and other brands. Good choice.

I rented an indoor, small unit and was pleasantly surprised to see how clean and spacious it was. It didnt smell old, dusty, and musty like some of the other places I checked out...and they were more expensive! The lock and door were very secure and I felt confident that my things were safe. I stored here for 4 months and never had any problems entering the facility using my access code. Additionally, the property manager David is very professional and friendly! I will store my stuff here again if I need to!
