My first experience with a storage unit ever. I had two things in mind when renting a unit security and piece of mindSecurity is taken care of they have 24/7 monitoring I havent moved anything in the unit yet but when I do Taylors assured me piece of mind I got a 10 by 10 that way if I get more pieces of furniture I am curtain it will fit so I can put what I have in it and walk away with out worry that somthing is going to happen to it I know it is safe and secure and if I get concerned I know I can go to the unit enter code and just see its ok trust for me is earned not given

Great staff, they helped me find help cleaning out bigger objects in my locker. Ive been with them for a little over a year or so, and have never had any complaints. If I did, they werent important enough to remember.

They appear to be charging me,after I have emptied the locker out. Told her I was just renting for 3 weeks and she said that it was fine. Now Im getting billed 3 times more

Extra Space has been so pleasant to with. Very patient, understanding and want what’s in the best interest of the customer. I didn’t fee hassled to buy all kinds of things for my temporary storage stay; as I have been from others. And they did not insist on upsizing my unit. It feels great to be able to call somewhere and not feel like I’m being scammed. The property is very clean and quiet and the storage unit is also very clean. Has a very new feel to it

Clean facility. However a 10x10 unit is $185ish until we received a letter of increase to $220. We will be switching soon since ACE is only about $80 for the same size unit. The price itself is insanely high but to then increase to stay “competitive” is comical and outright wrong. Anyone considering a unit please call around first.

I reserved a storage unit online two days ago, and I rented the storage Unit today. The clerk, Kimberly, was gracious and helpful. She showed me the unit right away, and completed the paperwork immediately without any problems. I received an extra large sized unit, for a medium sized price. So far, very happy!

The facility manager Kim was excellent to do business with. We were able to verify that all my needs can be accommodated and the location is very convenient. As for first impressions the staff and facility have been exactly what I was searching to find.

Ive been fairly desperately trying to find storage, late getting out of the place Im living, and when I spoke to even the Extra Space Storage call center, they were concise and very helpful. I called towards closing time, and Sandra, the assistant store manager, said shed stay and wait for me in case I arrived after closing. She is friendly and knowledgeable, and pleasant to deal with.Access hours are extremely generous, 6 a.m. to 10 p.m., with a gate requiring access code, and on-site live-in manager, providing extra security.Their prices are competitive if not low-ball, and I am hopeful for an ongoing good business relationship with Extra Space Storage in Tucson, AZ.

I have had the pleasure of working with Sandy and Danny. Both of them are so nice and helpful. Moving is always a drag, but these two have made getting the storage aspect of the move very quick and simple. The have helped with getting supplies and upgrading to a bigger unit for us with no notice. They have been more than accommodating, and I dont plan to ever use another storage facility.

It was the best storage I have ever seen my family and me move a lot so it is important for us to find a nice storage usually storages like uhaul you have to worry about if you or your storage will be fine but at extra space storage we have not ran into any problems they have all types of storages from small ones to ones as big as apartments great find!!!!!!Thank you Sandra and Debbie

Extra space storage it’s the best place. I used the one on 8100 E 22nd St, Tucson, AZ 85710. Danny is the best he will make you feel like you at your own house by the time you walk in those doors until you walk out those doors. He will give you reasonable price. I never saw someone who welcomes his customers like Danny does. He doesn’t only deserve 5 stars but he deserves million stars.

Went in to look and potentially rent a unit today. Sandra was so friendly and helpful! She showed me the unit, all the while helping me as I was by myself holding my 3 month old son (who was a bit cranky and needed cuddles) and pushing his stroller. She helped a fellow mama out and push his stroller for me. That little extra help is how I know they will go above and beyond for their customers. I know I made the right choice renting with them!

I was looking for a storage unit that was well kept. They were great to make a 14 day reservation for me. I wasnt sure that it was big enough. They showed me several units and they also offer insurance. Great staff and very welcoming.

I had the best experience. I needed a storage unit at the last minute and Danny and Sandra were so helpful. After I set the reservation they called within 15 minutes and got me confirmed to come in. When I got there I signed my papers and was done so quickly. They were awesome.. 5 stars all day
