This company is ran by a con man who runs numerous other companies under different names. He does not pay employees and he takes advantage of customers. DO NOT WORK FOR OR EMPLOYE THIS COMPANH. Troy Lambert is the owner and he didn’t even want to tell me (his employee) that he was the owner. I worked for another company Troy owns. If anyone is looking for their stuff it’s probably at assurance storage and moving. They have been moving items from their Tucson warehouse to the warehouse in Phoenix. 625 S 27th Ave Ste 119, Phoenix, AZ 85009. It’s number 58 in the back. His “wife” Lynn Emerson runs the office. This company gave their movers a small truck to move my nearly new piano. They could barely get the piano rotated around so it would fit in the door of the truck. Then when they lowered it on the hoist, the hoist was slanted so it broke the foot on new piano and now, they are asking if they can go to the storage space to look at it to see if they can repair it. Really? #1 they have a reputation of stealing from storage spaces, #2 their claims email address on their forms did not work and I had to call them for the information. Ill never get paid. DO NOT USE THEM - THEIR EQUIPMENT IS CRAP AND THEY WILL NOT PAY ME FOR THE DAMAGE. They said, you dont understand how the claims process works because i can see that you already ordered the new pedal. Like I am not going to order a new pedal? Really. Huge LOSERS!!!

Great Service. After searching online many different movers, 3 gorilla were the best, I was afraid after reviewing bad reviews online but their new manager Troy has confirmed me that I will get the good service and best rate up to my budget. The movers were very professional and on time. They have moved my stuff with proper protection and in efficient way. I would recommend 3 gorilla to my friends as well.

The experience was easy. An over the phone estimate and contract. A change in my part on the move that was easily accommodated. The two movers were done in less time than another company had done 6 months earlier and three Gorillas charged less money. I was not looking for the cheapest company. Instead, I was looking for a company that had trucks that looked like they were well cared for, and workers that were courteous and fast. I got all of that for a good price.

This is the third time I have used 3 Gorillas to help me move. They are very careful when handling boxes and furniture. They really work as a team and get the job done in a timely manner. I would recommend 3 Gorillas for anyone who needs moving and/or storage. However, expect to pay for the services which are rendered. Charges usually exceed original quoted price.

If you need to move, I highly recommend this company. The gorillas were on-time, professional, and very polite. Moving is such a pain, but these guys made it easy on me. The end price was even a little under my original quote. hopefully I wont have to move for some time, but if I do, I will be using the gorillas once more. Thanks again guys.

Pleasant, fast-moving guys who seem to be able to pick up and move anything, no matter how heavy. They moved quickly, put things where we wanted them, and didnt waste our time. Very polite as well. I just wish it werent so expensive to hire them!

Great, hard working guys and gal! Made our move very easy, took all the stress out of it for us. They packed us all up and moved us within 2 days. They couldnt get up our new drive with the truck so they had to haul everything by foot up the hill. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

Great experience they are an awesome team. They were efficient and on time! They made my cross-country move easy. These guys did a great job. It was great having them handle my shipment.

Move was in Oct and they have taken no action to resolve issues brought to their attention the day of the move with multiple follow ups on my part. Out of numerous contacts over the last 3 months, only one time did anyone ever return a call when they said they would or do anything they said they would without additional prompting and follow up on my part. No concept of customer service. It has taken me this long to write because of continuously presenting them opportunities to make it right. They have failed thus far and I lose more hope daily.

Decent service the first day. The second day was a completely different story. The packers were rude and left trash everywhere. I can understand minor stuff but leaving cigarette butts and energy drink cans through out the house is unacceptable. Furthermore, the crew was disrespectful to my wife. Specifically when she asked them to hold off on moving the washer until they inserted the locking bolts. This didnt seem like a tough request, but as soon as she turned her back they tried to move the washer and load it up without installing the bolts. There is absolutely no need for their total laziness. I would never ever use this company again! If I could rate them at zero stars I would, the fact that I have to rate them at least one is actually deceiving.

The two gentlemen that unloaded our truck were friendly, helpful and very efficient. We are not from this area, and they were kind enough to drive the budget truck to the storage location as well and unload for us after we had finished unloading at the apartment. They get it done!! They were on time, worked hard, and were very cooperative. They had to move some very heavy and awkward furniture. This was a good value, saved me days of backbreaking labor, and was one of the best investments I have made in a long time. Although I was disappointed that two hard working men and not three gorillas showed up as I was anticipating. For the record I have actually worked closely with real gorillas, they are strong but I think the humans are better for moving furniture. You may want to specify which species you would like when making your reservation.

I have to say that Troy and the 3 Gorillas moving team are pretty awesome. They moved a 1000 lb glass kiln for my wife and I. The guys were competent, professional, careful and did a fantastic job for such a difficult move. I would recommend the 3 Gorillas team without reservation.

WOW These guys were awesome! I did a local move and they were right on time and fast. They handled everything with care and John at the office was very upfront about the cost. Im sure I will be using them again!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I was quoted $300 for a 2 bedroom apartment, going 2 miles up the road. I was forced to pay $650 when all was said and done. Theyre quotes are no where near the actual price. They have many, many hidden costs that they forget to tell you about. The movers themselves were decent guys but the representatives over the phone are mean, lying people. Save yourself the drama and money and go somewhere else.

John came to my house and took inventory and entered it into his computer.Gave me a quote based on his estimate of weight. Cost was based on packing and loading, storing in his warehouse for a couple months and delivering to my new house 200 miles away. Cost was for the complete move but did not include monthly storage cost. Cost was $2188 plus storageThe guys doing the actual move were very good. After the truck was loaded, it was weighed and the driver called and said the weight was seriously underestimated. Quote was based on 5500 lbs and actual was 7200 lbs.My cost would not be $2188 but be raised to $2760. They would honor the $200 per month cost of storage. I sent them a check for the revised cost after the driver reafirmed this would be my total cost.After the first month I got a bill for $280 for monthly storage instead of $200. After several attempts we still do not have this resolved.Called two days ago to set a delivery date. John said cost would be about $964 dollars to deliver to my new house. I said I had allready paid for a complete move including delivery to the new house. Made no progress with him, just excuses and the statement that I would have to pay more to get the furniture delivered.Delivery is next week. Anxious to see how much money they demand.DO NOT do business with this company.

I had a great move, I was in a bad position and had to move out immediately, I called around and got a lot of different quotes, 3 gorillas was not the cheapest but they were not only able to move me on short notice but were able to move my safe and pool table all at the same time, those guys came right out and packed and moved my whole house in one day, you get what you pay for in this world and I believe it was money well spent, would use these guys again and recommend them to all! great company!

The lead mover showed up after drinking. They moved Italian leather furniture without covering it and shoved it by stucco posts damaging the leather on both. A wood desk and shelving unit were moved with no protection on a dolly and both ended up with damage and scratches. When they showed up at the new house about 1/2 mile away they held the goods hostage in their truck until I gave them cash after the company had already agreed to a credit card. The lead mover even threatened to haul everything to the dump. After I paid cash they unloaded. I filed a claim 4-23-2013 and as of 8-20 they have not given me any resolution. When I call I am placed on hold over 20 min and am told they will call back. They never do. I have moved 5 times in the last 5 years and have never encountered such an unprofessional organization.

STAY AWAY!!! IMPORTANT INFORMATION BEFORE YOU CALL THIS COMPANY!These are certified scammers!i called and after talking to the representative she is its $121 an hour for two man and the truck.upon digging deeper and asking additional questions the hidden fees started coming up:$161 for truck (she said its a standard in the industry and i checked - its not, nobody else charge that much for a truck) plus hour travel time plus workers comp fee plus stairs fee plus plus plus ...Why do i need to squeeze those hidden fees out of you and you cant just disclose those fees upfront?!?i didnt end up reserving with this company but i would advice clients to stay away from shady business like this one!

I used 3 gorillas to move my Grand Piano and the movers were very skilled and punctual. Moved it on time where I needed it and didnt lay a scratch on my beautiful beethoven bella!!! Thanks 3 Gorillas. Your Great!!!

The movers from 3 Gorillas unnecessarily dismantled my back gate, damaging the anchors while moving our hot tub. When the hot tub was originally delivered it fit through our gate without issue. After removing the gate, the movers told me that they could not put the frame back up and even if they could, it wasnt their job. We had also arranged for a fridge to be moved from our new house to our old house the same day. This arrangement was only honored after arguing with the movers. We were quoted less than 1K for both moves. For approximately 3 hours of work we were charged almost 1500 dollars, and I had to go back and fix the gate myself. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Check that! New update. Troy lost his case against the Doctor. Bernstein was awarded 1.7 million dollars. Of course Troy was not in court today. Always a class act.Troy and his company are also being sued by a Tucson Doctor for 2 mil for lost items. Cannot make this stuff up. I guess Troy believes in the mantra either go big or go home.Troy and his fabulous moving company are being sued by the AG of Arizona. Just go to the BBB and there is a link to the charges against them. Also beware of the reviews by Customer Lobby. If you use them then the joke will be on you just like it was on me. They have the most BBB complaints against them for movers in Southeast Arizona. Also complaints have been filed against Troys company with the AZ Attorney General’s office. Numerous complaints seems like i should avoid using this company.kvoa4 investigations channel 4 did a story about them and their shady practices.i used them about a year ago and im happy someone finally expose them.they gave me a low estimate which seemed at the time as a good deal compare to any other company around but then i realized at the end it was a mistake. the bill came out to almost double than what i was quoted!Avoid!

I contracted in February to ship 3 small pieces of furniture to Virginia it is now July and my things have still not been delivered. DONT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY!!I have benn given more excuses and reasons why things cant be done and now the operations manager, Deborah Hall wont even take my calls. My furniture is either stolen, lost or sold but not delivered. This company is awful check with the BBB in Tucson

3 Gorillas came in here and did an absolutely phenomenal job packing and moving our stuff! Definitely recommend them for any other moves!

I had them move an 800 pound printing press for me. Other than not receiving a call from them before they left the office to pick it up, everything else went very smoothly. I would certainly use their service again if the occasion arises.

Terrible customer service. My household goods were damaged. DO NOT USE!
