Went into the store expecting to have to buy a new/used phone, as the home button was broken on mine. The assistant looked at my phone, by passed the home button and put it on my screen instead - instantly worked!!!! Love this place! I went somewhere else in town to see if they could fix it and they quoted me 219.00!!

I had taken my phone to Phone fixation and Drake said it was not fixable. So I was going to Verizon to get a new one when I saw this next door and thought I would get a second opinion. Will fixed my phone in an hour. I am so grateful I really needed it.

I took by phone in to see if I could sell it, I had tried to replace the battery and the cable was not connecting. I took it to a different repair place and was told it was damaged and could not be connected. They mentioned that I could take it to 360 cellular and possible get something for the screen and back that were in pristine condition. I took it in to 360 Cellular in Twin Falls, and told him what was going on. He told be it did not look damage and said he thought he could fix it. He went in the back and 10 minutes later he was back and had connected the battery cable for me and saved my phone. He could have offered me a bit for the phone and been ahead but he instead did what the other place could not do and fixed my phone, could not be happier. Superior service and great ethics as well.

I have been paying $17.00 a month for insurance over 4 years. When my phones screen started to separate from the case, I filed a claim and was laughed at. Cancelled the $17.00 per month. Now what? Started looking for repair shops and came upon 360 Wireless. Made a phone call and the personnel was very friendly and knowledgeable. Undecided, a did some more investigating to decide whether to fix my old phone or bite the bullet and purchase a new phone. Another phone call to 360 Wireless. Again, nothing but courtesy and helpfulness. Beginning to think these guys are not real. Anyway, after about 5 phone calls (Im sure they were getting tired of me but still being nice) I decided to get an older, but new phone. Okay, now how do I get the new phone set up and copied from my old phone. Oh, I know: 360 Wireless. This time I physically went to the store and was greeted by Garrett H. He was very patient and in no time had my new phone up and running. What a pleasure! Putting the $17.00 per month in a safe spot and when my phone needs a repair, going to 360 Wireless. These guys are the BEST!!!!

I needed a battery replacement for my iPhone X. After Best Buy balked at touching my iPhone, the technician here took a quick look and said it would be running with a new battery in 30 minutes! Much faster and cheaper than buying a new phone! My phone recognizes a new quality battery and my phone is working well!

I had questions about Wish and the delivery of packages from Wish, and what 360s part is. I can at least go there prepared now.

I recommend this place as a last resort when you are about to replace your phone. My phone charging port became loose and I was thinking on replacing it. But before I took that decision to spend like 300 bucks on a new phone I took it to 360 wireless repair phone and the guy told me it was just dirty... He said that when the charging port becomes too dusty, makes it hard to charge and in rarely times, have to replace the entire charging port. He dust it off and my phone is charging again like when it was brand new....!!! No upsellings and honest, I highly recommend this repair shop before you give up trying to fix your phone and thinking on getting a new one..

Had some issues with my iPhone. I tried taking it to AT&T and calling apple support to which neither of them knew how to help. I saw the reviews online for this repair company and decided to give it a try. Definitely not disappointed. Nestor was awesome and fixed my phone in the time it took to go grab a bite to eat! Super nice staff and they clearly knew what they were doing unlike the manufacturer and the carrier. Also cost a lot less than anywhere else we looked. 10/10 Would recommend this place to anyone with phone troubles.

This was my second visit to the shop, the first one was an easy fix, just needed a cleaning. It was like 20 bucks and 10 minutes and my phone was working again!This time was more serious, a broken screen. I am writing an honest review so what happened to me does not happen to anyone else. Thursday August 8th at 11 a.m. I took 2 iPads into 360 wireless for broken screens. One was an iPad mini series 3 the other an iPad Air 2. The guy in the front took my iPads and had me stand there for at least 10 minutes putting in the model numbers of the iPads and ordering the parts. Finally he asked me to pay and I paid upfront and I was promised that my iPads would be done Friday August 7th by noon. Well at 3 p.m. the day I dropped them off, I got a call from the manger demanding $60 more and if I didn’t pay for me to come pick them up immediately. He had all kinds of arguments one was the iPad was an iPad Air 2 and they thought it was an iPad Air 1. How is that my fault? Another excuse he said to try to get more money was that they both needed LCD screens and they thought it only needed a digitizer screen replacement. I argued stating, the man at the front desk should have seen that and said it was going to be more since the beginning. I told him the iPads both turn on and function well. Why did it need an LCD screen? The only reason I wanted the iPads fixed was so my kids don’t get cut while using them. At the end of the conversation he said he would call back later. I called 15 minutes after and just told him I would be heading back to Twin Falls to pick up the iPads it was going to be a 45 minute drive for me, but I would be there. The manager then stated, “ No don’t come for them I talked to the store owner and we will fix the iPads. He isn’t happy about the price you paid but to keep you happy we will do it. The down side is we will not have your iPad ready for several days.” Well Saturday August 8th I get a call at 2:30 p.m. the iPads are done. I get to 360 wireless around 4:00 p.m. and another surprise surprise. The HOME buttons on both the iPads, that worked when I dropped of the iPads NO LONGER work on either of the two iPads. Yes they do turn on and function I guess but what bothers me is that the screens are lifted pretty bad on the sides. When I ask the guy at the front desk what happened he said it was my fault that the frame was super bent and that he doesn’t have super powers to know why the home button does not work even though it previously did. I told him I have paid to get screens changed on other iPads and on iPhones at other places and the HOME button always works afterwards. At the end of the day I know it’s my fault this is my PUNISHMENT for not paying the $60 more. The only thing I wish is that they would have said ahead of time so instead of spending that money to fix the iPads, I could have used that money to buy my babies a new one. Also why do they have to punish me for something that was not my fault? To save yourself the heartaches just avoid this place.

Nestor is most helpful and knowledgeable. He was able to set up my Google One account then back up everything on my phone. Thats three and a half years of data in 30 minutes. This process may have been short if my phone hadnt been soaked prior to my visit. ⭐⭐⭐⭐

I busted the screen on my Samsung Note 8 and was almost ready to trade it in until I found out what it was worth with a broken screen. If I could only give this place 0 stars. My husband died on Sept 9 of this year. Took my phone in because it had water damage from me jumping into the river after him. I wanted the pictures off of it. The dude charged me $50 to “look at it”. He said the motherboard was completely destroyed and suggested I recycled the phone. Kept my $50. The next day I decided to retrieve the parts to try somewhere else. Same guy was there. Reluctantly gave me the parts back. Thank god it was the correct parts, because I took it to a place in San Diego that diagnosed it for FREE and then got all the information off the motherboard for me. Awful service.

I received excellent customer service from Will today. I came in for a LCD replacement only to learn that it was the back-light and not fixable. He tried several screens before ultimately determining it wasnt the cause of my blank screen.Since the cost of a new phone was not in my budget, he helped me get a used replacement phone there in store. It saved me a lot of money and tears as I contemplating buying a new one or having to order a pre-owned one which I wouldnt have in time for important events tomorrow. He was patient, knowledgeable, and frank about things. He was friendly and eager to help. I appreciated the no-hype or gimmicks approach in getting me what I needed before the days end. Plus their prices on pre-owned phones easily rival those offered online so it made it all the easier to buy on the spot.Side note: I priced LCD replacements at other stores. These guys were cheaper by $15 and dont charge a dime unless they are able to fix the issue.

I had originally got my phone fixed thru PhoneFixation who did a terrible job twice and was more expensive than 360. 360 took the bad phone and made it great! The screen looks amazing now.
