I called yesterday and scheduled an appointment for my front and back glass fixed in my iphone 11. Within an hour a technician showed up to pick up my device up and had it back within an hour . Every other place I called had a higher price and it would take them all day . These guys took no time at all. They also fixed two more phones for my kids when they dropped mine off . Took my iPhone to get it reset. It was stuck with the apple logo. Got a call an hour later saying my battery was bad so I had them replace it. But when I picked it up my charging port wasnt working anymore. I took it back because it worked when I took it in. I went the day after And all they could say was we werent able to fix it sorry paid $100 just so they could brake it. 🤦🏽‍♂️

The guy was in a hurry and the glue on my phone was showing with gaps I had to go back in and tell the guy to re-examine my phone because how would he like it if he had a phone that looked like that after he just got done paying $100 to fix the phone screen. But after having a conversation with the man and turns out that he did have four phones to do I dont really understand how you could Rush on phones because the phone should be perfect its your best friend even if you need to be behind a little bit but it was a good conversation and the man was very sociable I went from really mad to not that bad. Oh and the pricing is the best in town everybody else cost like $130 for the stylus pro screen

Absolutely terrible service. Sent my moms iPad in there to get fixed and instead of fixing it they keep it for a week and break two tools inside of the charging port. When we go to pick it up we are still charged full price for their “labor” fee. Horrible place to do business with. Don’t recommend at all

I was looking for somewhere I could get my iPhone repaired for a good price. I ended up going to Phone Fixation and was so impressed with the service! I was helped by Chris, the shop owners brother, and he was quick with the repair and super friendly. He definitely knew what he was doing and made sure I was completely taken care of. My new screen is perfect, and there is a year warranty for their work! The best part is, it only cost me $70 when the Apple store was going to charge me upwards of twice that price. I would 100% recommend this place. This is my new go to repair store! They are friendly and very knowledgeable, they were able to fix my problem and they did it fast as well! I went in earlier today and the gentleman working there helped me fix my phone by removing some screws that were stripped and stuck, he did it very fast and accurately and did not at all ask much for the job (I was expecting to pay up a good amount, but he genuinely just wanted to help me, which shows trustworthiness in my opinion). Needless to say I will be coming back here for future iPhone needs.

I went in to have my charging port fixed. I dont remember his name, but he took a look and said it was dirty. He cleaned it out and it was working perfectly. He didnt charge me anything either, and wouldnt even accept the tip I wanted to give him for being so nice and helpful. Hands down a great place, and I for sure will go back to him if a real issue ever arises. :)

She sells accessories for your phone as well. What I really liked is that she double checked my phone to make sure everything was working correctly.
