I am in love with my new Miehle cordless vacuum!! It is exactly what I was looking for, and a beautiful and ergonomic design too. Jason was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. This is a great little shop!

After a not so pleasant experience at another vacuum shop, I finally found this company to repair my vacuum and not charge me an arm and a leg or trying to suggest that my vacuum is trash and push to buy a new one. They gave me options: to trade-in or to have it repaired. I chose to repair it this time because the price was reasonable but Ill surely use Red Vacuums again when Ill get tired of my old vacuum. I liked the open and fair communication. Not only they fixed it in a day, but they also figured out that it wasnt the motor, like I was told at the other store. It was the switch and the roller had to be replaced. This company deserves my business and Ill definitely be back.

Amazing service, Great people, reasonable prices!!They are knowledgeable, nice, courteous and not at all pushy.They help you find whats right for you and spend as much time as necessary to get everything done perfectly. I just bought a Miele Compact HomeCare vacuum from them and bags for a year. I will go back soon to service my old vacuum. :)

Definitely visit if youre in the market for a quality vacuum. I came here looking for a specific Miele vacuum model. Jaz questioned why I was looking for that specific model and after listening to my requirements, he recommended an alternate Miele that had much more functional accessories and was cheaper to boot! I bought my Miele upright vacuum cleaner from this store in 2011.I just brought it in to check on a beater noise. Sharad Saini, owner, immediately looked at my vacuum and found the problem and fixed it quickly. There are at least two vacuum stores in Vienna. Our intent was to visit both of the looking for a portable vacuum to clean stairs and the car. We started with Red Vacuum as we have bought two previous Riccar Brilliance machines; one for our daughter. We have had for about 8 years. They are used a lot. One needed a minor repair covered under warranty, the 2nd works great, lasts a long time and all we have had to do is replace filters and bags.We had all but chosen this small Royal Pro-series when my wife spotted a Riccar SupraQuik. It had a power cord, you wear it over your shoulder and it had many more attachment plus all attachments are interchangeable with our other Riccar. It costs a little more but WE chose it, no salesman pressure to buy it (our salesperson was Sharad). To seal the deal, all Riccars are made in the USA. It was a done deal. As evidenced by this posting, we will use them again for other vacuum and vacuum supply needs.
