**Store review, not a product review**This store is very large and interactive. There is a vacuum station in which you can spill oats on carpet and hardwood and try out the different vacuums to clean it up. We did have to wait ~15 minutes for a salesperson to greet us, but it was Saturday and they were all working with other customers so this is understandable. We were offered free coffee, and there is water and chocolate to help oneself to. Very clean & fancy restroom as well.Overall a cool store, even better if you’re casually browsing Miele products
This place was difficult to find. Park I. The garage around back, go up to leave two I. The garage to get to the bridge, then walk to the other end of the building once inside. They seem to be understaffed, it they are helpful and great at demonstrating the products and such. We found our trip to be helpful and will purchase.
What a great place. We had such positive experience and so grateful we met Antoinette. She took all the time needed to help us and even stood late for about an hour on the Memorial Day Weekend to make sure we know everything about the product. She had completely changed our vision about Miele and we ended up choosing the entire Miele Kitchen. We placed the order today and now happily waiting for it to arrive.Antoinette, thank you very,very much again.
This is a nice appliance store with very helpful sales reps. Took a cooking class here. The people, techniques and appliances are world class!
We continue to have the best customer service experience at the Miele Tyson’s showroom. Antonette M and AJ are very knowledgeable, professional and considerate. We Recently took a chef training/cooking class, and it was over the top! Beyond what we expected. While demonstrating the best use of Miele appliances, this world class Chef Steve Mannino also worked diligently to teach our group of 12 people how to cook better, with less waste. We also all ate well and nobody was in a rush. As a result we will cook better all our lives, with Miele appliances and try to deliver the same excellent hospitality to all our guests, As they continue to do here at Miele Tyson’s. Thank you for the best use of our time and money. We will be back and change the way we cook, with Miele forever!
Excellent customer service. Love our Meile kitchen appliances. We also have attended several classes/meals at the experience center. Fun. Learned a lot. Delicious.
Good morning, Ms. MaldonadoMy name is Ed lane. My wife June and I attended the Greek Food gathering at Tysons corner last night. I have decided to comment on the gathering and how I felt about it.First a few words about my background. I am a retired instructional curriculum designer. When I was still working, one of the things I always made sure the instructors made their presentations both informational and entertaining to the audience. This simple rule often made a difference between an attentive audience and one that forgot what had been said and demonstrated during the session.I was so pleased last night to be in a session presented by Khristal Karnaze (I may have misspelled her name, as I asked one of the helpers for it; if so, I apologize.)My wife and I had toured Greece last summer and I was looking forward to seeing if the memories from then could be enhanced. Khristal made my night. Her ability to make everyone in the gathering feel she was talking to them; the wonderful manner in which she went through the process of creating the various dishes; the link she created between the audience and herself, and the sustainability of the link were wonderful.For me, it was the open door to memories from my time in Greece, as well as a chance to see and taste dishes I had not tried before. More importantly, it was the bonding between Khristal and the people who came for the gathering that touched me. She is a wonderful instructor with the ability to make her audience strongly feel that she was there for them. I felt that everything she said and did was for me and I truly believe that the other members of the audience also felt that bonding.I also was very pleased with the manner in which she tied the Miele equipment being used in the session with the meal being created. She is a wonderful voice for your organization, and I wanted to make sure you are aware of that.June and I are very happy with the Miele equipment in our home. I expect the other attendees, if they do not have it now, will be looking for ways they can make changes to Miele.Well, that is all I have to say, except for this; she is a keeper; bringing the idea of having a Miele kitchen and the things that can be done with it much better than simply putting material in a catalogue. Thanking you for knowing her ability to do the job and letting her do so.
If you are thinking about investing in a Miele product, I highly recommend you come to this showroom. We purchased a Miele dishwasher and loved it so much (after having a couple of Viking dishwashers) we decided to consider a Miele washer and dryer. The showroom person. ( I would not call her a salesperson because they do not sell their appliances from the showroom) spent an hour and a half with us going completely through the product line. You can even see the products fully demonstrated. We also discovered how to use our dishwasher and new Miele vacuum.After purchasing the washer and dryer from Strosniders. (Another great experience using their dedicated Miele salesperson Tony) Smart Kitchen did the Miele authorized installation. Smart Kitchen even came out 3 times to make sure everything went smoothly. The last time they showed us how to use the appliances which is the first time ever an installer has done that for me.I will say. All Miele appliances have many features and if you don’t take the time to have someone show you how they work, you are really missing out.My Miele showroom experience was world class service. The products are the best I have ever had. They are easy to use once you understand how.Ps. I had such a wonderful experience with Strosniders that I have purchased all of my Miele appliances from them.
Ive attended several classes at the Miele Experience Center in Tysons Corner, Vienna, Virginia. Every one was absolutely fantastic!

The good. Nice store, well built products. The bad. Pricey, pricey products. Took a month to get dishwasher installed. Website listed on warranty registration card is dead. Cycles not working right . Went back to store and they said call tech support. Call tech support and long wait. Left my number and no one called back. Called them again. Got a tech who really did not know the dishwasher, no help at all. Fumbled through complex direction. Said to try cycles again and if still not working, call back again to schedule service. The dishwasher cleans great but some cycles not working. The appliance is complex, maybe overly, with a bunch of programs and settings. Would I buy this again after 9 days ownership? No, I dont want to be chasing issues down and pressing complex series of buttons just to get a brand new expensive appliance working. Do not buy this brand you will have a service nightmare .Update: dishwasher still randomly does not run cycles correctly. Door sometimes opens for drying sometimes not. Call tech support and they try to suggest operator error. Scheduling service usually takes about a month for them to show. Avoid meile .Update: They have been here about 4 times. The dishwasher has never worked right out of the box . The end of the drying cycle the door does not open all of the time and it has to since there is no drying heating element like USA designs. Last scheduled appointment never showed up at all.They keep changing the same part even though they know it wont work (quote from the service tech). Go ahead buy one these, I dare you.
The Miele consultant sent me to buy their dishwasher at ABW appliances in Arlington, VA. where I received a terrible service. The Miele company should know that their autorized dealers are unprofessional and provide bad service. Bad service, bad communication, indifference, and low working standards. Unfortunately I paid for my dishwasher at ABW appliances place beginning of August. The salesman Spencer did not warn me that it was on back order. After numerous checks and call backs from me to them Aisha from the delivery department promised the delivery on Aug 29, only calling on 28 th to tell me it was backordered and they do not have it. She promised it on Sept 17 th. I called again, she promised to call back on Wed, did not happen, after my call again she told me the delivery will happen on Sept 24 th. Stay away from this business! Will never order again from them!
