I needed the ignition starters on my 5 year old gas stove top repaired. Al came out, explained my different options and when I opted for replacement quoted my a reasonable rate. He subsequently performed the repairs ( after obtaining necessary parts) in a professional and efficient manner, leaving the area under the stove even cleaner than when he began. He takes great pride in his work.

Delightfully honest as well as competent! I called with an urgent problem regarding a leaking dishwasher; and would have gladly paid anything for a prompt service visit. He said he could send someone immediately, but to save me the cost of a visit he thought he could walk me through how to solve the problem over the phone. It worked! I now have a go-to company I can trust for appliance issues.

Al was up front about the range and cost of possible options and then came out and fixed it for the lower end of the range he had discussed.
