I really enjoyed my experience here at Bayview auto sales. I bought a 2002 F250 Super duty Lariat. I love my new truck. I bought the truck from the back end of Bayview, not the pretty front end. That being said the truck has issues. What I really enjoyed is they let me look over every little thing on the truck for 40 mins. I pulled codes, checked the fluids, the alternator and miscellaneous things. The salesmen was Liloa was nice and worked with me on the price a little. That being said the backend of Bayview is auction/towyard cars and they are not for everyone.

So last year I traded in a car to these guys for a suv. A few months later received a phone call from a detective telling me that the car I traded in to bayview was involved in criminal activity in kalihi, mind you we live in waianae. Called them up (bayview) and explained the situation they said theyll fix it. Here we are a year later with tickets in collections due to the car we traded into these guys. And to top it off the suv that I got from them turned out to be a lemon meaning the problem to fix the suv costs more then the car itself. That suv was also involved in criminal activity in kalili. A detective called us asking if our car was stolen. Told him that I gave it back to bayview and took a loss. Definitely dont recommend these guys. Will never do business with these people again. FYI the owner sells Marijuana right out of his office.

Ed and the staff are total game changers! Because I’m such a bargain hunter, I’ve been shopping around for awhile, looking for the perfect deal on the perfect car. Right when I was about to give up, I was referred to Bayview.After test driving a few of his inventory, I was impressed but still had a certain vehicle in mind. Not only did they give me a loaner to use while I was waiting for the car I wanted, but they kept me updated and found a newer year for a cheaper price. Being a first time buyer, and not knowing much, this dealership was very honest and gave a lot of advice! I’ll be sending all of my friends to them! If I could give this dealerships no stars I would !I was recently in there 1/8/2020 looking for an affordable vehicle for my family . We test drove a 2011 Honda Odessy everything was great the first 2 days I was driving down the road the vehicle would not go about 40 and was struggling I let the manager know and he said I told you to test drive Which I Did they at first were hesitant to look over the vehicle .I went thru a lot of channels looked over thr law abs my rights thankfully I was able to take the vehicle back and get my down payment back !When dropped the vehicle off they wanted to argue with me honestly terrible customer service I would 10/10 not recommend

I bought a Cadillac from this place and it was not disclosed to me that it had a major oil leak. The rear main seal was bad and constantly leaks a great amount of oil. I took it into a shop to get a quote and it would cost me $1500 to fix. These guys do not have integrity!

Went to look for a car as a recommendation from coworker as they said “oh yeah they’ll help you”. First thing I smelled, was the strong scent of pakalolo. 2014 Ford Focus looked good, but there was a crack in the side view mirror and a dent in the car above the tires. The drive okay. Local salesperson wanted $6000 down payment, got up and said no. Went next door to Mazda got a brand new car 2018 with 1,500 down with the help of my grand nephew. What a sweet deal. I couldn’t stand being in that office any longer with pakalolo smell and to top it off had my baby girl.

Dropped in to just take a look but I was ready to buy and quite thankful Mike listened to my needs and pointed me to a car they had just got in. Took a test drive and with no pressure sat down and talked. Mike was able to take care of my old car, keep me in budget and transitioned all my bank and insurance paperwork over for me. Car is in mint condition and am quite excited.

I am only giving this place one star only because you have to give a star. I would be very cautious buying anything from this dealer. First of all, Troy, the manager lied about his personal past. He played off that he was something that he wasnt. My son purchased a car here, had for just a couple of months. The car had been parked most of that time, he knew right away that something was wrong. The transmission is shot. When he took it back, they told me that they would make it right with him. He paid $3000.00 for the car, he just wanted it fixed. Their idea of making it right was to give him $500.00 for the car and take it as a trade in on something much more expensive.

Great place, professional and friendly staff. Made looking for a car comfortable. Drove home in a nice car the next day. 😀

After buying our car from this place we noticed the strong smell of gasoline. Then the first time we put gas in it....at about 3/4 of a tank the gas started leaking out of the bottom. Then we find the radiator was cracked. Buyer beware!

Mike is pretty amazing. He explained and walked me through the process of applying for an Auto Loan with a financial institution as opposed to purchasing a vehicle with an in-house loan so that I could build up my Credit. Whereas with in house, it would do nothing for my credit and in the future I’d be in the same position when it’s time for a new car.Very knowledgeable and helpful.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! Ready to make monthly payments was told prices will be negotiated wrote it on paper saying that as long as we paid $500 and have insurance we can take it off the lot. I first downpayment was $200 then was told to bring in 300 the week after. Then went there story changed and now its 400 to walk it off the lot. Then my mom and her husband came in to take a look at the car to find high on millage meaning the car was gonna soon give up so we would be making payments until 4100 is paid off witch wouldnt even had been WORTH IT! so weve thought about it and came to a conclusion it was not worth it at ALL!!!!!!!!!! Then to try and get our money back now, weve paid half in cash and half in card now its all of a sudden hard time to get our money back witch the car was not taken off the lot YET!!!!! There basically now telling us that we have to wait for the rest of the payment. I am 20 years old we are young and new buyers!!!! Of course ANYTHING SOUNDED AWSOME AND TO NOW FIND OUT THAT SOMETHING THAT SOUNDS TO GOOD WITH BAD CREDIT AND Being a new buyer Dont do it because now were fighting to get our money back that they said hasnt been processed on their end WHITCH MY BANK SAID IT CLEARLY WENT THREW. Dont DO IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The sales guy is cool until you get messed over. Sold me a used truck that he said he would negotiate with and never did. Had me test drive it on empty and had to come back. I bought the truck and with 40 miles the check engine light turns on and they told me I denied the 4,000 dollar warranty plan they offered me after I put 5k down on the truck. They told me I had to pay for diagnostics and repair. Unfortunately a friend bought a truck right after me and the truck stalls out dead. This Auto sales place uses fraudulent methods to clear check engine lights and sells cars and trucks knowing that there are problems. I dont suggest this place at all.
