The salesman could have been more professional. It was obvious he saw me and did not want me to be in the dealership after I inquired about the Mercedes they have on the lot. I guess his computer screen was more important on a Saturday afternoon. When I asked for a test drive, he asked one of the gentleman from the back to ride with me, my wife and two kids during the test drive. He didnt even have the decency to showcase the vehicles they have. My wife wanted to check out TCAs inventory because she was quite impress with the C240. The test drive was okay, but I just could not get over the way the salesman treated me as a customer. Maybe he think I just wanted a joyride even though I was with my wife and two young daughters. Somehow I do not believe this is how you treat other customers. You should give everyone the same respect regardless of their nationality or the way they look. I hope this is not how TCA treat our local people.

My wife and I went to TCA Auto yesterday to look at a car that they had advertised online and met there with Brandon. We test drove the car we went to see along with another that we saw there, and while we were considering the two cars we got a call from a friend who had been on the lookout for a car for us. Long story short, he ultimately came thru for us and got us fixed up.While I was happy with the deal that our friend made for us, I was a bit disappointed that we didn’t end up dealing with Brandon. Brandon and Ethan, who also worked with us, were both very helpful, up front, straightforward, and not the least bit pushy or high-pressured. They simply presented what they had and left us alone to consider our choices and the financing options Brandon presented. Best car buying experience I have had to date! Came in looking for a car my mom could drive when she visits from the mainland. Edwill listened to what she needed in a car and never pushed me into a sale. When it came to price we didn’t have to play a bunch of games and agreed on a more than fair price easily. This was probably one of the best car buying experiences that I’ve ever had. First off, I work a full time job so being able to do my deal via email from A to Z was so amazing! Not once did my salesman try to get me to come in and look at the inventory, I showed him the car that I was interested in and he never took his focus off of that. He was very clear in his emails, using wording and verbiage that I actually understood. There was a few different ways that I could approach this deal and if one didn’t work, my salesman would find another way to work the deal. They are a small dealership but that most definitely are helping people out BIG time. I would most definitely recommend this dealership to anyone who asks.
