Hands down the place to by your Chevrolet. Keith my sales consultant and Jacob my finance consultant are the best. Had to wait for my truck to come in. And that is how I found Servco the place and only place Ill go to buy my Chevy. While waiting for the truck to come in, I went to other Chevy dealers found one that had the exact same Colorado Im waiting on. I thought why wait if i can drive it home that day msrp $38,000 sounds good to me work me the out the door price and Im coming home. Would you believe after fees and tax my out the door price almost $48,000. I said you serious and left that place. My truck comes in about 3 weeks later Keith and Jacob explains thoroughly every step of the way MSRP $36,235 out the door price $38,00 I look at them done deal Im driving home my truck last Friday. Even after I bought the truck till this day they contact me to ask how I like my truck and everything. I said I love my Chevy even more I like the price. Bought my chevy pickup at this place bc the price was good. Very difficult to service vehicle bc of my two jobs. Another servcos do not service chevrolets so i am restricted to one location. Cant find any day during the week where i could spend 3 hours waiting for service of my vehicle. SUX!

I got my car fixed here. Theyre pretty good at everything, from diagnosing the car to fixing it and doing it quickly and efficiently. It came out pricey but thank god we had the money, otherwise we would be going to a cheaper place. But like they say, you get what you pay for right? Thanks to these guys, my car runs great!
If you would like to receive poor customer service then look no further. Go to the parts department and ask for the Filipino employee in his mid 40s that is bald and wears glasses. He works behind the desk to the right as you enter the building.Servco, if you read these reviews than I highly suggest either firing him or retraining him immediately. He was extremely rude after the first few questions for no reason. He also tried to over charge me until another employee (who was helpful) assisted me. I dont understand how people of this nature work in customer service, its not that difficult to be friendly.I told a few of my friends that own Toyota Tacomas about my experience and they said they have had similar experiences with that same employee. If you need parts for your vehicle do not get helped by him. The other associates were helpful, he was not. Take it from me and my friends who have all had bad experiences with him.

I was told I could come in to get an appraisal for my car fully disclosing that I wanted to know what Toyota would give me for my Tesla. This was a complete waste of time and the manager was Rude. We showed up and was seated, manager came out asked for the key( already seeming like he was in a hurry) so I proceeded to hand him the key card and he goes oh its a Tesla I decline to purchase try an auto exchange...” they already knew it was a Tesla and could have saved me and my family the trip of coming In.

I’ve had my best experience with cars when working with Servco Waipahu. I have purchased two new Toyota RAV 4s and three new cars at this dealership. Purchases typically took 30 minutes I knew what I wanted, what was a fair price and had my own financing. Great experience. Recently took a RAV 4 in for what I thought were break issues. The service representative called and said break pads and rotors met specs. They also checked wheel bearings and suspension with no obvious problems. They recommended a wheel alignment (first in 75,000 miles) and two new tires in back because of wear. Problem solved. All recommendations were provided in writing plus they provided a before and after print out of the wheel alignment. Great experience.
Bought a car from them on Monday. Verified twice with them that they had detailed it. Drove it Tuesday. Had a massive allergy attack in it. Looked under seats. There was dog or cat hair everywhere. Brought it to get detailed. The detailing place said they detail the used car inventory for this dealership but they hadn’t detailed one like mine in months. I suspect they got it in, ran a vacuum over it and ran it through the car wash and pretended they detailed it. Today is Thursday. I drove it and the tire pressure warning came on. We checked all the tires for pressure and they are all within range so it must be a problem with electronic monitoring system. Then I was driving and a hub cap just fell off. Turns out the hub cap was completely broken (impossible for the detailing service to do that since we only had the inside detailed). I really wish this dealership would have been honest and up front about whether this was a good, safe, clean vehicle.
First time here. Had to get a manufacturer recall fixed for my dads car (ToyotaCorolla). They took 7 hours for the recall and tune up. I was quoted 4 to 5 hours.... instead it was more like 7 hours before I was paying and driving off the lot.The only reason this review got any stars from me was because the shuttle service was really convenient and helped so I wouldnt be stuck in the waiting room all day.Prices were as expected but the amount of time they took lost my business. If it wasnt for the manufacturer recall..... I wouldnt have gone to this place for service. I would NOT recommend this place.To be fair....Staff was friendly. COVID-19 precautions were excellent. Text communications were helpful. Check-in process was easy. Courtesy shuttle was amazing

I went to the parts department and was thrilled to find out they had a tail light for a 2014 Camry in stock! I was pleasantly surprised. I was able to purchase it right there. I went to the lot to take a look at my favorite dream truck, the Toyota Tundra! The sales lady was very nice and not pushy. She was ready to help and willing to show me any vehicle there, everybody had masks on and maintained social distancing. But the Aloha Spirit is live and well there. Went to see Tasha and I couldnt have received any better care. By far the best experience I have had with purchasing a new vehicle. Very friendly and knowledgeable, she listened to what I wanted and delivered above expectations. Waited 1 month for my appointment so I could have my car serviced before my warranty expired and conveniently get into a loaner vehicle.I was very happy with the loaner Janelle dela Cruz got me into an she serviced me very professionally at first.When I went to pick up my toyota prius I turned on my air conditioner first thing I do when I get into my car every time its always cold. Not this time it was blowing hot air. I WAS SO UPSET TOLD JHANELLE DEALA CRUZ who was supposed to help me with the issue she said a manager would help me when I got there and they insisted that there hybrid technicians know what there doing instead of fixing the issue that I never had before I took it to them there sales manager brushed me off an told me theres nothing they can do. I wish I never took my car for service there now I have more problems then I did an have to drive home from work everyday in hott traffic.
I havent been here in a while and was pleasantly surprised that they renovated. It looks like a Drs office inside. Clean. Also they are practicing social distancing, which I am very grateful! Poor customer interactions that were disrespectful of our time were all me and my girlfriend had here. It could be the salesman we dealt with and not the entire dealership, but if it were a friend asking for a recommendation on a place to go, this one wouldnt be on my list.

Took my truck (2007 Colorado) in for diagnostics, part replacement and repair. The first time they had the truck for 43 days, (someone forgot to order the correct parts-twice), then when I got it back, the cruise control, air conditioner, and radio didnt work. Popping the hood, I found masking tape, ty-wraps, hardware and other debris rattling around loose in the engine bay. Also, on the drive back from the dealership, a screw fell out from behind the dash and onto the drivers side floor. After looking around the engine bay, I discovered several loose clamps, an unsecure wiring bundle, the rubber boot on the alternator not installed, the protective cover from the high pressure side of the A/C servicing port was missing, and the evap line from the fuel servo had no retaining clip, giving me a rough idle. The top radiator mount bolt was loose, my parking lights/turn signals did not have all the hardware installed, and exhaust heat shield mounting hardware was missing. Called the customer service rep, and dropped the truck BACK off at the dealership five days later. This time, they kept the truck for 7 days, however, the radio is intermittent, and it still idles rough. Additionally, the low oil pressure light illuminates every time I come to a stop, most likely from the rough idle. F*ck it, Ill just YouTube it and fix it myself.....

Went for an oil change, my van has 28,000 miles. They said i had to replace my ball joint because it was leaking oil, that would cost me $415. I demanded them to take a pic. I saw the pic and omg.. no oil or grease whatsoever. Service guy said due to wear and tear. Okay.. with 28,000 miles? He says i am only telling you what the technician sees. I asked to talk to the technician, it took him about 15min. He comes with a manager and the technician. They change the due to wear and tear to its the age of the car. At this time where businesses are probably seeking money, they made me believe that those were their intentions. So terrible. Right now, i think, wait.. i know that they are capable of purposely damaging something in the car to get more repairs in. I trusted them with my van. The trust has been broken.

Last year my parents bought a 2017 Highlander at Servco Auto Waipahu. They had to stop by the dealership to pick up some accessories for their new car. I was introduced to Tasha and she was so friendly. I immediately felt good vibes from her and knew if I decided to purchase a new car that I would want to have her as my sales consultant.Forward to 2018 and that’s exactly what I did. I made an appointment with Tasha and she was very accommodating to see my husband and I after I finished work on a Saturday. One thing I learned about getting your car in & out the same day is to give them a time limit especially if you have an appointment, free coffee & wifi.. cant go wrong with that.. lol.. love the staff very friendly.

Really easy to buy new vehicles from Servco....But I towed my older Chevy truck in for repairs that cost me 900 dollars.....repairs was not done right, needed to warranty repair...took 4 phone calls within 2 weeks for an appointment....they fixed problem, but told my the back window wouldnt roll up....they wouldnt fix window, but why did they roll it down to begin with....picked up truck with the low fuel light on .....Really easy to buy from Servco......hope you read this before you have a really easy time buying from Servco....true story.....Servco knows.
I just experienced Lauries attitude at the service desk...she asked me to sign a invoice and when I asked what this was her response was everyone has to sign it to get their keys back. As I was trying to read the details and find print because the vehicle is not mine she continued with gasps as to being in disbelief that someone would actually read it before they sign it. Once I asked for her name her attitude changed and was more forthcoming in explaining what I was signing which is ironic that she did not value my concern in signing papers but me taking note of her name was.
I needed to do a manufacturer recall and because of the extended time needed to conduct this repair, it was suggested I drop off my car and return later in the day. As a household of one, I didnt have a reliable ride and told the maintenance technician that I was planning on using the bus. He connected me with the shops courtesy shuttle, who was extremely timely in dropping me off at my home and collecting me when the service was completed. I was very appreciative that this service was still running so efficiently even during COVID-19 and while they limited the passengers to just one household at a time.Considering that I came for a manufacturer recall - which cost me nothing - I would return here because the customer service was still very helpful in a socially challenged time and I didnt feel undervalued or underserved when I wasnt even a returning customer, but someone who just needed an appropriate dealership.

Opted to drop my vehicle off because I was off the entire day. Facility and shuttle service are clean. Attendant was helpful in assisting me with understanding what needed or didn’t need to be done. Got picked up by shuttle service around 4 pm to pick up vehicle. Easy process.

I did the research and I decided I wanted to replace my 13 year old Prius with a Chevy Bolt EV. I live in town and work near the airport, so Waipahu is definitely out of my way and was not my first choice of a place to shop. I went to the other 2 more convenient Chevy dealerships first. I was not at all satisfied with the customer care I received. So much so that I made that long trek out to Waipahu Servco to give them a shot.I’m sure glad I did! That’s where I met Tasha. She took great care of me. She helped me reserve an inbound Bolt with the features I wanted. I while I was impatiently waiting for it to arrive from the mainland, someone cancelled their reservation on one that had arrived earlier with pretty much the exact same features. What an incredible waste of my time. I received a KBB Instant Cash Offer for my car and the dealership (Clarke) contacted me right away. I made it down (adding 58 miles to my odometer, RT) with my car the same afternoon. Joe was pleasant enough and took photos of the car, checked the miles, took my information/registration/drivers license and made copies. He then disappeared to “talk to his supervisor” for quite some time and returned to tell me that they cannot honor the offer because there is currently no market for my make/model.Please take the time to actually review the vehicle information submitted and make a market assessment before wasting a customers time/gas/miles!
Brought my vehicle in because the check engine light was on. They said they worked on it for the full 2 days it was there (dropped off on Thursday afternoon, and left it until Saturday). They said a sensor was bad but they didnt have enough time to fix it. I didnt want to leave my vehicle there till Monday so I picked it up at 4pm on Saturday. On the bill the note said customer declined the repair.? Then I read that they changed the sensor to verify that was the problem. Why didnt they call me then to let me know? I would have paid the 325.00 for the sensor. I just didnt want to leave my vehicle there as I wouldnt be able to pick it up anytime the next week. Now I have to take it back to replace the sensor. But the check engine light is no longer on.🤔☹
