My recent visit was for an oil change and regular maintenance. After they ran an inspection, I worked with Sherry with the details on what my car needed. They found I needed new tires (all 4 of them). The type of tires I would need are not commonly in stock because of the size. It would take 10 days for them to arrive or I could choose some very expensive ones in the area that could be installed the next day. The cost for those were extremely high and way out of my budget. I was stressed out and sad placing my order for the cheaper ones. I begin to tear up thinking about what kind of danger I was putting my family in driving around with bald tires because I didnt have the money for the expensive ones. At that moment things turned around for me, its because of Sherry! Sherry was concerned about our situation, she did some research and found tires in the area, the right size, available right away and at an amazing price. She went the extra mile to ensure the safety for me and my family, it meant so much to us and showed she really cared. She was a delight to work with and my car was ready the next day and drove like a dream :)Thank you Sherry, for keeping us informed and fixing what was a stressful situation into a calm one!!
For many years had poor to very relucant service from many dealers, however, Tony Hyundai overall is the very best at what they do. Their Service Administrators are 100% customer and service oriented.
I had a pleasant experience! I took my car in last week because my airbag light was on, A/C not as cool and a few other things. The staff was very friendly and in particular Eli did great & was the one who kept be updated through it all. Whenever I had a question he was always very quick to get back with me. My car was out the shop very quickly. 10/10
Dont trust that theyll fix it without causing more problems.The car was drivable before the fix; with in 3 days of getting it back it became inoperable and I had to buy a new car.Also it takes 30-45 days to get your registration.Uber/Lyft drivers BEWARE

Came here for a recall and safety, had them run a diagnostic test on my EPS light. Left with the recall, failed inspection, and a suggestion for $3600 of work on my 2010 Hyundai Elantra. Some things sure, are valid, but the prices were insane. I do not recommend coming here to get any work down besides a recall. (Example - a headlight replacement they estimated $600, I just ordered one online for $89 and will get it done someplace else for much less labor). Do not recommend.
Service was done quickly and professionally. Best of all, they offered to repaint the defective paint job on our car, and even provide a rental car, at no cost to us. Outstanding, above and beyond!
In April, my wife and I purchased a 2021 Tucson from this dealership. For a number of reasons we were not happy with it. I researched other options on their website, and came up with one we thought we would like. I contacted SMGR John Kato on Aug 2 who said he had just one left, asking if I wanted it. I said I did. He said its YOURS. I got a loan guarantee from my credit union on and later that day my wife and I return with a big pocket of cash. As We drove up the car had been prepped for customer pick up. John had followed up to the fullest and we we so impressed! Now, we are enjoying a 2022 Tucson Limited; leather seats, driver and passenger power seats. Its too much fun--but a keeper!

I am eating my quality of service a 0 Star Experience. Brought my vehicle in for routine service appointment and thought Id ask to have them check the engine stop and go system as it had not been working properly for a few weeks prior. Unfortunately, the on/off switch did not get fixed nor was it explained to me how to use it properly. I was lied to, and was told the switch was working on the test drive. I doubt it as it still does not work. I was also told certain conditions need to be met for the switch to work. What conditions, I asked? I was told I dont know and that Im still learning how it works. Being that I had somewhere to be, I could not stay and ask more questions. I trusted the service agent and left.This is my second vehicle purchased from Hyundai and is probably going to be my last if this problem does not get fixed. I have warranty and Im sure it would cover a replacement switch so why wasnt it fixed instead of giving me the run around???

Service department was excellent. They provided support when we towed our vehicle after having a battery discharge warning flash on several times. We dropped off the car and since we already had a maintenance scheduled, it was just another service to be followed up on. They provided us with timely follow up on the problem and recommended solution. I was pleased that it wasnt more than replacing the original battery.
My service attendant was very professionhave to wait a long time for my car to be done. The Starbucks coffee was so very good. I like the way the showroom and service department is decorated. The sales attendant was very professional and courteous.

Justice was the customer service representative that took care of my vehicle and I cant thank him enough for the professionalism and great experience in communicating and advocating for my repairs to be covered.
I brought my wifes car in for an intermittent windshield wiper switch but they were unable to duplicate the problem. While it was there a recall was able to be remedied so the trip was not wasted. They also provided a free car wash which was a nice touch. All in all, I was only there for two hours.
In a high volume business, it is difficult to provide personalized service. In my two service visits to Tony Hyundai Waipio, they have accomplished this feat. A service person greats you at your car door on drop off, explains the process, confirms your service, and takes you into the Office for final paper work. When the service is done, the same person contacts you to inform you of the completion of service, walks you to accounting, and it is done. Great. I felt confident of the process and service. Any yes, the work done on my car was great.Ashley was my service representative. She was excellent.
Ashley has always been one of my go-to service advisors. I have confidence that she will always double and even triple check that all agreed upon work is done and all expectations have been met.
To set up the appointment was really easy and the person who set it up was friendly and got me an appointment the next day for first thing in the morning. The wait in the service line went fairly quickly. The service person at the desk, Pomai, was helpful and courteous. She even let me add an oil check to my service. She let me know what the estimated time would be and showed me where I could wait. There were lots of places to sit that allowed for social distancing. When my car was ready and it was time to pay, Pomai even gave me a coupon for my oil check which brought my total down to what I was expecting to pay. That was a nice surprise. She didnt need to do that, but I appreciated the fact that she did . :) My experience at the Tony Hyundai Service Department was top notch, no doubt!

I love getting my cars serviced here. We have a Hyundai and a Toyota and they are able to service both cars with no problems. It makes our life much easier because we can easily book service appointments for both our cars without having to book months in advance (like at other dealerships). Hyundai has been able to service my Camry when even the Toyota dealership had trouble. You can trust their technicians and know your car is in good hands.

I am on my third Hyundai Tucson. I drove the first one for 155,000 miles before giving it to our son. I still see that 2007 car on the road, apparently running just fine. I drove the 2nd 2016 Tucson for only 6 months before my husband took it for himself. We still have it. My 3rd Tucson is a 2020 Ultimate Tucson and the subject of this review. After I checked in the car for service, our service advisor, who has seen us at the service center over the past 13 years, on her own took a look at our records and realized that our 2nd Tucson had prepaid maintenance that would expire at the end of the year. Knowing theres no way we would use up all of the remaining services before then, with my permission she applied one of the remaining services to this service. That initiative and care, that extra step, was so appreciated, saved me money, and is exactly why I am a loyal Tony Hyundai customer, and would not consider taking my car anywhere else. I like that I am able to wait for my car to to serviced because they can usually do the work within a 1 or 2 hour window. The car wash is also a big plus. The service advisers (Pomaikai and Ashley) are very nice and easy to work with. Thank You !

Had a Splash Guard come loose, and made it from Waikiki to Hyundai Service just before their closing. Even though the technicians had gone for the day, because of the agent, Ashley Wong, was able to re-attach the guard so we could get home safely. Needless to say, weve scheduled an appointment for a new splash guard. I wouldnt recommend buying the Hyundai Elantra, BUT the service department is the best.
Would have given 5 stars but wait time and coffee was not so good this visit. Came for safety inspection and glitch with a sensor for abs brakes. Said it would take 2hrs..what???They should offer local Hawaiian brew coffee like before.

Check in was easy and friendly. The people were very accommodating and sent a shuttle to drive me into town 2 hours earlier than the usual departure. Ive been to 2 other service repair shops and they could not fix my brake problem. Tony Hyundai Waipio fixed the problem and my car is like brand new again. I purchased 2 Sonatas from Tony Hyundai Waipo and when it comes to getting another car, I will go back. Im going back here for repair work too! They are wonderful, knowledgeable and provide fast service. I would recommend bringing your friends and family to check out this place, it will be well worth it.

Despite all of the restrictions due to COVID-19 in place, Pomaikai still managed to make me feel welcome as she walked me through what they would be doing to my vehicle (during the oil change) as well as made sure to ask if there was anything else I wanted the mechanics to take a look at. Henry Murillo was the BEST! He was very informative, responsive, and a consummate professional while helping me purchase my first new car.
