First time visiting this Verizon store. Received excellent service. Jabiel was very knowledgeable and kept us right on track for what we were looking for.

Have been with this Verizon store for 6 years now, ALWAYS work with Matt. Very knowledgeable, personable guy. He has been most helpful with our extras, our bill and finding us discounts, but most recently he helped me get more screen protectors for my phone! The store was out and I couldnt find any at Walmart. Matt came through and had a 2 pack for me in just DAYS. So very grateful for the wonderful experience and customer service!!!

Blake was awesome! I came in with a phone that has seen better days. (A couple semi tires ran over it.) he was super helpful and patient when I couldn’t provide my password. Nothing but good to say about this location! Went in there with my old phone (that could be considered an antique!) and Jabiel provided top notch service!!! Greeted all customers as they walked in, explained the different options I had available, transferred all content from old phone, explained functionality of new phone and watch, and got my watch all set up and customized. She was fantastic!!! If you need help with your device or a new device, I absolutely recommend her and this store!

The young woman was spot on and can multi-task like none other she was with me and 2 other customers at once getting us all taken care of at once!!! I would recommend Gabriel if anyone reads this!!! Shell get it done right

My experience was great, I went to cellonly because I needed help unlocking my account but luckily I had Jabiel to help me, It was fast, easy and simple we were even able to get me signed up to auto pay!

This store will do anything to make a sale including lying, cheating, or taking advantage of you! Beware of upgrading your cell phone. They do not disclose all of the costs until you get your next bill and then it’s to late. You have extra charges that wasn’t explained to you and are now bound to a new two year contract that you cannot get out of. Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever had. Verizon headquarters have been notified to look into these shady dealings. Go to Verizon direct or a different Verizon store. These people are crooks.
