Very helpful, very useful… I’ll be surely back again!

I needed to switch my sons phone service to another vendor and the people at the Tech Desk couldnt be more helpful and patient. I didnt have the account number, but the staff worked around the issue which required a number of phone calls. Their persistence paid off and I really appreciated their efforts. They also went out of their way to test the phone to make sure it was working correctly before we left the store and told me that if I encountered any problems to bring it back.

It was a Sunday before Christmas and I was dreading a trip to a chain store. I was very pleasantly surprised. There was adequate staffing and they were helpful. I made a return with no hassle. I made a complicated multi-step photo order and there was an assistant who was very helpful (and available) as I got stuck at several points in the process. I bought several items and there was no wait in the check-out line. I will return to Target - with pleasure!

The Watertown Target is extremely busy but still manages to stay well kept and mostly stocked.

Love it here - I shop here weekly! Great selection and prices!
