How to pay my cell phone bill a good place
Staff is great but the US Cellular service is awful. I don’t have data on the east side of Watertown or on the outskirts of Watertown. If I wanted a weak signal, I would’ve stayed with Sprint and spend half as much money every month.
Logan was very, very helpful today! I purchased a new Samsung S9 today. My old phone was five years old and he was able to easily transfer all of my contacts, pictures, files, and information without missing a beat. Some of my information was encrypted and he was able to find a solution to transfer it. He wasnt going to back down from a challenge and satisfied me and his intellect. Thank you Logan for such a positive and enjoyable two hour process. Good luck to you Logan in all your future endeavors! He was also able to update our plan and save us $20+ per month!
First time at this location and Bronwyn was my sales person. She was friendly and went over and beyond. I’ll definitely return to this location when/if needed.

Definitely not the place to buy a phone when switching from one provider to another. The person I dealt with didnt seem that interested in having my business - then started out laughing when I said I had received a flyer about a new free phone, didnt bother to explain where the high costs were coming from (my plan would have doubled from what I am currently paying) and did nothing to try and earn my business. I left without purchasing anything and am hoping to get better customer service at another U.S. Cellular store.

I went in to order the note 9 on August 13th it was available for preorder on August 10th. The lady I talked to didnt know I could preorder it yet. Until I grabbed a pamphlet off her desk that talked about preordering the note 8. She then called a manager to see if she could then had a personal conversation for 2 minutes about time off while the store is packed. This is the 5th time I have come to this store and this is the 1st time i have actually gotten what i wanted taken care of. I prefer the US cellular in Delafield better.

Go to corperate in Delafield, if you need anything major done. Bad experience, bought a new phone, found out I received a refurbished one. A person popped up on my new phone in an app. that I knew. Just lost my phone, went to Watertown store to see what they would be able to do to get all my contacts back and pictures if I were to get a replacement phone, they told me nothing .Sorry u lost everything. Went to Delafield, No problem, got everything back. Will never go back to Watertown store again. Very inexperienced.

It was the worst visit I have ever had. Not only were we waiting for an hour they kept asking the new people that came in after us if they had a quick question and they would have them sit down at there station and none of the questions were resolved quick!!! I am now meeting with the manager tomorrow. This was completely unacceptable!!!!!
