Came in and was walking around for about 15 minutes until someone was able to come and help me after I asked one of the managers walking by if theres a salesman to help. The process was great and simple they gave me 3 vehicle options for what I was interested in. Now the bad. After choosing a vehicle, my vehicles in very good condition, no dents and no Wisconsin rust or any rust! New tires etc. The salesman came back woth an appraisal saying my vehicle is very nice and in great condition and this is how much they can offer me. On that sheet it said fair vehicle condition. Thats a shady way to make someone think that my vehicle is only worth so much where as had they done very good condition value the price would have been $3000 higher than what they offered. It was very insulting and shady to think I wouldnt notice that on the paperwork. Left shortly after and havent heard from them.

Dealing with Luis was quite a pleasure, the one thing Iclearlydid not like was having to speak to an on star rep. That was a total waste of my time but I understand the marketing in sales, they should simply do what Sirius Xmas does and handle everything via the internet

The #1 reason I bring both my vehicles to Kocourek for service, is the sense that the service reps genuinely are looking out for their customers best interest. They know me & they know my vehicles & If selling parts and service ever supersedes their care for the customer....Ill go to another service provider!.

We were very impressed with oursalesman, Paul. He was knowledgeable and has a very easy demeanor making it easy to work with him. Tom, on the financial end, was super. No sales pressure to buy something we were not interested in. And he put on his technician hat and installed the tonneau cover for our truck! I think we found our new car dealership!

Out of the midwest, I chose Kocourek Chevrolet to make a purchase because of the Sales team. What really drew me in was Brians willingness to go out of way for a customer. Unfortunately I wasnt able to work with him directly, but I worked with Terry (Hes also fantastic!). I was comfortable with my decision & sales were quick on their feet to provide feedback & explain any concerns I may have had. Enjoyed my experience with one issue (1 day delay to get the car - had to stay overnight since it was quite a drive back home, $ wasted on hotel stay), luckily I didnt have work the next morning. Mark was also very helpful and knowledgeable. Beside the inconvenience (stayed over night), everything was good.

Once again, the Kocourek Chevrolet service team did an awesome job of servicing my truck! A.J. and his team are great to work with and the technicians do an outstanding job every time! That’s what keeps me coming back, I wouldn’t take my truck anywhere else!

I recently bought a new vehicle from them, and I have not had nothing good come from it. I have had to take it back to the dealership 3 times in 2 months. They applied my undercoating and glass coat, but they got overspray and didnt apply the glass coat to the roof. That took 2 times to fix. Then I had to get warranty work done. Also if you need a longer vehicle they wont be able to supply you one for a long time.

Great service and quality workmanship

Way better than previous visits. Pricing is a little concerning, that is why it is a 4 and not a 5 star. Ive had a lot of issues to both my GM vehicles, both were bought new. I will not be purchasing another GM product, It doesnt matter how well the service is which lately has been way better than previous years.I was also told the lifetime warranty is based on service dates of all recommended services and could void the warranty if a non-licensed mechanic (I.E. myself) would do the work or if you skip the service in general. In hindsight the lifetime warranty commercial seems like a good sales pitch, but your standard services at Kocourek could cost in the upper $600 for a 36,000 mile service add that to the $700+ monthly payment.

Bought my first vehicle here, traded it in, cleaned it out and shampooed it for them, purchased my second vehicle here and they allowed my personal phone number into a perspective buyers possession. Then came up with excuses to make themselves less liable. Lost a customer for life. Will not and would not recommend shopping here.

They kept me well informed on the status of my vehicle. Explained the problem, and told me ahead of time what was needed to fix the issue. When my vehicle was done I had no way of getting there to pick it up, so the shuttle was sent to get me. Very cool, and satisfied.

In November, I had purchased a 2013 used Chevy Cruze from Kocourek Chevrolet. The car was supposedly thoroughly checked over and was in solid condition. The car had 106,000 miles on it. Admittedly, i didn’t purchase an extended warranty. I was paying over $8000, and the warranty was fairly pricey. I also felt I could trust them when they said the car was in good condition. I have had all of the regular maintenance done, and have taken care of the vehicle. Now, at 113,000 miles, the engine is in need of replacement with low compression, and oil blowing by the piston rings. Also, the transmission needs to be rebuilt. I contacted the dealership, and they said they could do nothing for me because it was after the 30 day period of my vehicle purchase. I understand that not every problem is foreseeable, but how could all of this be missed? In my opinion, I would be very cautious about buying a used car from this dealership. I question how well this car was inspected before selling.

Had a positive customer service experience with sales representative Ryan. I am immensely enjoying my dream car, a 2015 Subaru Forester, with a sunroof.I had issues getting the extended warranty taken off my car loan but Matt the general manager addressed these issues promptly.

After picking up my vehicle after the second repair of the same issue, still not satisfied with the way my car drives. it feels like they are guessing whats wrong and just taking my money. Both times I picked up my car, I was told the car sounds and drives great. unless you ride with ear plugs in, that is not the case. will not be returningUPDATEI decided to return to see if we could get to the bottom of the issue. They already knew what was going on with my car and it would save me time from starting over elsewhere. The staff and technicians worked quickly to make it right. I was in and out on the same evening with no additional costs

I have bought many cars in my lifetime. However, I can honestly say that this has been the best experience by far. I had the pleasure of working with Luis. As I walked in and prepared myself to meet him, I overheard a coworker giving him words of advice. Right away, I was not sure how this process was going to go……….. However, I was pleasantly surprised. He listened to what I wanted in a Truck, and even when something shinny would catch my eye, he would not say a word pull it around, and we would go over the “checklist” he made of what I wanted and needed. But it NEVER felt as he was forcing any one vehicle. At the end, he showed me the one that checked all the boxes with lower miles and cost less than the used one I was going going to select( The flashy one lol ). Marc L was wonderful to work with. He understood that this was not my 1st time in the seat and covered his process without putting me to sleep or me walking out LOL. I had a few great conversations with him over the couse of the day I look forward to working with Marc and Luis in the years to come.

Outstanding customer service! I had a rapidly deflating tire on my Silverado as I was traveling through Wausau. I stopped in and was greeted promptly, and the service advisor had a technician repairing the tire within 10 minutes and i was out the door and on my way. Very grateful for the Kocourek Team. I initially called multiple tire shops, all of which stated they couldn;t fix the tire until the next day. Also very grateful that Kocourek has such a great facility that is very visible!

We went looking for one vehicle, that we had already inquired about, to get there and get told it was sold. Yet it is STILL online. We settled for another one, to find out that it had poor tires that they couldn’t accommodate or adjust the price for. It only had one key with a 300$ quote for a second one, that they couldn’t even throw in a deal on or cover the processing charge then prior to leaving “they forgot to change the oil” so it had to be brought back. What happened to the days when car dealers were supposed to make you feel like you’re getting a deal?! Not make you feel like you just got screwed. Lucky for them my husband and I have busy work schedules and limited time to buy. I will never go back.

Took my truck in for a recall on the block heater and cord. They were short a couple guys in the service dept. cuz they were sick and they still had my truck done ahead of schedule.! They did a very good job installing the new parts and also washed my truck. Very happy.!!

Had a great experience buying our New Silverado with Doug! Everything went smoothly and we were extremely satisfied. We will be returning to buy our next vehicle in a few years! Have been in a few times for simple service work and wasn’t very impressed. Have waited 2 hours for an oil change twice now. The person in the shop apologized both times for the wait, not sure if they need more help? Overall though, we are very happy with everything.

There were multiple things that went wrong over a month while working with Kim, Mike and Terry (due to being handed off) at Kocourek Chevy. As soon as their shift ends they disappear even if they were helping a customer. The truck I was interested in was listed for sale online but when I arrived at the dealership, Kim told me it was not for sale due to it needs to be inspected. The truck took 2 weeks to be detailed and safety inspected. I had an appointment for a test drive after it was safety inspected and detailed. Upon arrival for that, the truck was not at the dealership and Terry informed me the truck was not ready for sale due to it wasnt finished being detailed (they werent completely sure if that was the reason.) That truck I test drove had an abnormally hard shift to it. Mike called me about it and offered another test drive to feel what I felt. He ended a phone call abruptly when I told him I had a different test drive and couldnt that day.Do not waste your time or money here. There are plenty of other dealerships that know how to properly treat their customers.

We have been buying all our vehicles here for some time (years and years). Through Chevrolet and other kocourek dealers. Recently had our pretty new 2016 Silverado have some mechanical issues and had to be towed to the dealership. Offered a pretty good trade in value and we left with a new equinox. They stayed late to help us get out of there same day, the finance guy (nicest guy ever!), And the tech guy to walk us through the car features. I felt bad keeping them late but they continually made sure we knew that we were valued customers since they recognize we come back here to buy our vehicles. They took excellent care of us and always make us feel like family. We have bought a couple cars now from Terry and hes the best. Could not be happier.
