My invoice number33214, dated recieved inspection stickers and other repairs aug. 20,2020.my bill was 327.76.not less then a week later my jaguar coolant indicator light came on and after 4 years of putting this vechicle to A one condition a 2011 jaguaur since I purchased it.I think it strange that repairs wouldnt pick up there would be a problem with my coolant system on after inspections.For every years work was done by other mechanics.is this how you make money without customers knowingly paying more money for additional reapairs????Ill trade in your product no additional repairs needed......

Great dealership. I live in KY and work in PA (there 1-2x per month). Jeff Levin was outstanding navigating an “interstate” Sale and everything was perfect when I arrived to complete paperwork and pick up the vehicle!

Service has been ok generally speaking over the past year or so. On my last visit, I made an appointment, drove 45 minutes and when I checked in at service the advisor said oh, we dont have the fluid to service your car. When I asked why someone hadnt called me to tell me not to drive almost 2 hours for a service I cant get, I was told that if you make your appointment online, we dont know what service your getting until you get here. This, despite the fact that the online appointment contains all the services requested. Not an a big apology nor a simple sorry you drive all this way. Pretty poor. Planning to buy my wife an SUV som soon and planning to move my business to another dealer.

You get a good deal on your purchase and they make a profit they can live with. Everyone worked hard to get me the best trade in value for my car and informed me about incentives that they could offer towards my new car purchase. This was a win win for both of us.

This is not the closest Jaguar dealership to my home but the extra drive is worth it for the service and satisfaction we receive. After our last service repair, the technician sent us a video of our vehicle and went over everything that they had done. This was truley amazing!The service manager becomes engaged and ensures that everything goes smoothly and interjects when needed. They are the epitome of customer service.

My experience with Jaguar of West Chester is a very positive one. I had a couple of problems that were quickly resolved by many people who work there. Ronasia, the tech advisor, is knowledgeable, a great teacher, kind, and very patient. She explained things to me in a very easy and understandable manner, without any intimidation. Im now better able to make use of so many of the the latest features. I also need to applaud Bill the General Manager and Jonathan the Service Representative. In a timely and efficient manner, they helped me resolve my issue and get my vehicle back to me. Ive never had better service by a dealership!

Did not deal directly with the dealership much during the process because I went through a auto broker to acquire the vehicle, but did have a few occasions where I needed to speak to some of their staff. They seemed to place priority on satisfying their customers. I would feel comfortable using them to service my vehicle but they are over 40 miles away from my home and there is another Land Rover dealership 10 minutes from my house.

Just purchased a new car from Jaguar Land Rover of West Chester. The entire sales process was extremely professional, efficient and really could not have been better - in fact the best Ive ever experienced buying a vehicle. Their sales team is very knowledgable regarding their cars, their competitive alternatives and financing options. There was zero pressure - rather a seemingly genuine interest to understand my needs and to present their offerings in a very balanced way so that I could make the best informed decision possible. They were also great during the delivery process - made sure I understood the necessary stuff without going overboard. So 5 stars is really easy to give for a team that really did a great job.Now to the the car. My two previous cars were both performance vehicles - one from Mercedes and the other from BMW and both were similarly priced to the Jaguar. The Jaguar I purchased actually has better performance and handling than either of my previous cars - this was what really surprised me the most when I first drove the car. The interior styling and features are far superior to the BMW and the Mercedes - not even a close comparison. So again, 5 stars is also easy to give for the car itself. Plus they gave me the coolest key chain Ive ever received when I picked up a car.If I had it to do all over again, I would definitely get another Jaguar from the dealer in West Chester and will be recommending to friends.

I had a problem with the remote start application. The problem was not with the phone or the app, so I suspected software. The Service rep quickly identified the issue and corrected the problem. No issue getting an appointment for the time I wanted and the update was done in about an hour. John was great coordinating the process. Good experience.

Steer clear of this establisment.I am had serious service related concerns with Jaguar of West Chester. The level of professionalism is quite poor and the skill of the service personal working on vehicles is absolutely intolerable. After an initial diagnostic fee of over $200 the prescribed repairs were preformed with no change in vehicle condition these repairs were in excess of $1500. The vehicle was presented back to Jaguar of West Chester for re diagnosis. At that time the service adviser (Dave Higgins) proceeded to lie to cover up the fault of the technician. Finally after two weeks of diagnostics the service advisor prescribes another $1500 worth of repairs. The initial inquiry with this vehicle to Jaguar of West Chester was to determine if either the initially prescribed repairs were needed or the one that was ultimately prescribed. Further more the manager of Jaguar of West Chester (Anthony Sarnese) proceeded to tell me “Diagnostics do not mean anything you know that!” General Manager Steve Gall was helpful, though no satisfactory resolution was reached, and he never followed up with me. Also he told me that the 2003 S-type is a piece of junk and that I should buy a new car. After contacting Jaguar regional customer help line I was told they couldn’t help me. Why have a regional help line. All this establishment wants is your money and repairing your vehicle is of no concern to them. There is another somewhat local Jaguar Dealer Union Park Jaguar‎ I have had several customers recommend them to me.

I enjoyed my purchase experience at Land Rover West Chester. Jeff Levin and Bill Colgate are true professionals with integrity and a keen interest in making sure I had an optimal experience. This is my second RRS purchase with LR of West Chester and truthfully speaking this experience was by far better than my first. It was stress free and they found the RRS that I wanted immediately. I would absolutely go back to LR West Chester for my next purchase and I would highly recommend Bill and Jeff.

Both, Mike and Matt were simply amazing. I got the deal i wanted done, and in the time frame i wanted it. When i got to the dealership, the car was waiting in front of the door, tags & plate on it, and all signatures just waiting to go. The dealership is a bit far from home, but ive a feeling that ill be returning here for service anyway, since this is the kind of car that makes you want to take every scenic route slowly. I couldnt thank these guys enough, but one thing was a bit weird though. They kept trying to feed me fresh bottles of water. I guess they ordered too much on the last shipment and wanted to get it out of the office. Although it didnt bother me, I was way too excited to be thirsty. Well, since i drank it when i got home, i suppose they were right all along. Love it.

Dishonest and unprofessional service. Dropped off my car the previous night for a morning appointment. Got a call back after 3 p.m. to inform me of service recommendations required at $2400 dollars. Some of the recommendations were good but when they spoke on things that I had done less then three months ago I started to question everything else they told me, so I declined the services and picked up my car. Attention to all Land Rover and Jaguar Owners: If this is the type of service you are looking for, go to this place they seem to be experts at racking costs for unnecessary work.

I recently purchased a Range Rover Evoque from Jaguar Land Rover of West Chester and I could not have been happier with the entire process. It was easily the best experience I’ve had purchasing a vehicle. I had a great experience working with Bryan Durkan, he was extremely knowledgeable and super helpful. My BMW was totaled in a flood and Bryan made the entire process as quick and easy as possible. I’ll be sure to send any referrals his way! Bryan was awesome and the car is amazing!! I could go on but you really should just go to Jaguar Land Rover of West Chester and buy a vehicle NOW.

Sales team good, service team terrible. Purchased a new 2010 Range Rover Sport from the dealership. Pleasant sales experience and intial service experience good. Had some recent issues with keyless entry. Scheduling the service was difficult - left several messages, slow to return call. Finally got it in for service - promised status call by noon. Had to call in myself at end of day as no-call. Said couldnt find the problem and would have to keep it several days to diagnose. I finally had to call back later next day - said they diagnosed as RF sensor, would be several days to get replacement part. I picked up the vehicle to use in the interim. Called back to schedule service - again no callback when I left message. Finally took to another dealership for service - it was a simple loose wire and they fixed same day!

Todd Agostini and Ryan Kahl provided the best car buying experience ive ever had. Would refer anyone to this dealer and these two in particular.

I have purchased two vehicles in the past two years from this dealership. Both times, I worked with Bryan Durkan. Bryan is absolutely the best salesman I have ever worked with. He is professional, knowledgeable and listens. I do not have a lot of time and do not want a salesy experience. When I was ready to test-drive, he had a car waiting and ready to go. When it was time to purchase, he had the paper work and car ready for me. There was not waiting around. It was a genuine experience that he offered and he is the reason I would go back to this dealership and would highly recommend it.

My service advisor Ron is not knowledgable about Jaguars. He tried to tell me that my vehicle had heated seats when I told him they didnt. He told me that hed show me when I came to pick up my vehicle. When I picked up my vehicle I has my year and a half old son with me. I told him that I had stuff in loaner vehicle. He did not offer to assist me in any way shape or form. BbnAround the same time there was another woman who was provided assistance withher carseats and she didnt have any children with her.
