No doubt, this was the best experience Ive had buying a car. After about six months of aggressively searching for a BMW E39 5 series, I came across a listing from Paul Sevag Motors for the model I had been looking for. It had the exact features I wanted with a few, unexpected options that just made the car even better.I read the description, looked at all of the photographs, which were quite a lot and checked the price. Being familiar with this model, I knew right away that the description was accurate and that the price was where it should be. With this information and the detailed photographs it didn’t take very long in deciding to buy the car.I called Sunday to make sure the car was still available and then submitted a loan application. Jeff called me on Monday with an approval on financing, we spoke about the car, wired a deposit on Tuesday and flew from Tampa to the Philadelphia airport where Jeff picked up my son and me. We went to their showroom, I drove the car, did the paperwork and was on the road back to FL by noon. It could not have gone smoother.These guys are car guys, which becomes obvious looking through their inventory and for the first time in 25 years I feel like I bought a car from a dealer and not a monthly payment from a bank employee disguised as a car salesman. I recently purchased a 2016 Audi S3 from Paul Sevag Motors and I can say it was definitely a unique buying experience. As it was my first time at their location, I was a bit confused when I did not see any cars outside the building, only to find all of the inventory was stored indoors. On my way to see the Audi I walked by a BMW M5 and Porsche Cayenne, so my first impressions were that these folks were car enthusiasts, and that turned out to be the case. I recently purchased 2 cars from Paul Sevag motors and the experience was outstanding in both cases. I cant say enough about the professionalism of the entire operation. I worked directly with Jeff Sevag to find my dream car - a gently used Porsche 911. Jeff was amazing! He gave me great advice on being patient when I started to get antsy. In 2002, we bought a 2000 Subaru Outback from Paul. It served our family faithfully for 14 years. Last weekend, we returned to Paul (from the NYC area) to get a replacement - a one-owner 2009 Honda CR-V, which was in superb shape. I expect to get many miles and years out of this car as well.We returned to Paul 14 years later because of the outstanding experience we had in 2002. I cant emphasize enough how helpful and accommodating Paul and his son, Philip, were in making the entire car-purchasing experience easy and understandable.They are all over every aspect of the vehicle, the paperwork, and financing. I found just the fun car I was searching for: a 2005 Red Corvette with only 36,000 miles on it. The Corvette was pristine, showroom clean. I wanted to share my experience with a recent purchase from Paul Sevag Motors. I found a vehicle that I was looking for (2011 BMW 328i xDrive) listed on their website. Although the dealer is located 1.5 hrs away from where I live, they provided me numerous photos and history of the vehicle including a clean CarFax report. At no time did I feel any pressure to purchase a vehicle from my initial contact with them through vehicle delivery. The dealership is focused more towards quality cars and trucks rather than the quantity of vehicles in inventory. Philip was my main point of contact but I did meet his father Paul who showed us around the indoor showroom where all of the vehicles are stored. All in all it was the most relaxing and straightforward purchase of a preowned vehicle. I would give them 5 stars and I would purchase again from them. Highly recommend this trustworthy company.

Just bought a pre-owned BMW 328xi from Paul Sevag. This is my third car that I have purchased from them. They never cease to amaze me with their attention to detail and customer service. Would you buy a car from this man? Yes, I would and have done so, buying every one of my cars since 1990 from Paul Sevag. With the first car I bought, a little Chrysler-Maserati hardtop convertible sports car, Paul became a friend. He always has high-end cars in great condition and often the kind of rare special cars that you seldom find available anywhere else. I frequently drop by to talk a while, then spend some time just looking around to see what new things he has on the floor. Maybe get behind the wheel of one and dream a little.Since I gave the Maserati to my son to take to college, I have bought an Audi, a Cadillac, a Porsche 928, an Acura RL and a Lexus from Paul. But on one recent drop-by visit to Pauls I saw a beautiful black Jaguar XK in the showroom with only 28,000 miles on it. I have always coveted the XKE and this was prettiest Jaguar I had seen since the XKE won my heart in the 1960s while in college. The XKE was always only a dream, but now its gorgeous XK granddaughter is my retirement present to myself.Every car I have ever gotten from Paul has been a wonderful experience. I usually drive the cars for about 4 years or so and pass them on to my son who now has 200,000 miles on the Accura RL. He will be getting the Lexus soon.
