Clean cars and fair prices. Bought a 2012 VW Touareg from them. At the time of the sale the salesman told me they would inspect it and install new tires. When I went to pick up the car I noticed they only put 2 new tires on it. I said something to the salesman and was told the other 2 tires passed inspection. All 4 tires were worn the same so Im not sure why I was told that. A few days after getting the car there was a couple minor issues to take care of on the car which I will say they dealt with right away. At that time I mentioned the tire situation to the owner and was told he was going to talk to the salesman about it and call me back the next day. Still waiting on the call! Lesson learned! When they promise something, get it in writing!

5 stars is not enough for this place. If you are looking For a great realizable car landmark auto is the place to go. As soon as you get there you don’t feel attacked by anyone trying to sell you a car or force you into one. I went to look at an Audi Q5 and loved it but needed to come back another day to purchase the vehicle. Jim was so kind and understanding. I was suppose to come in on a Saturday but things kept getting pushed back but he reassured me that it was fine and the car was mine not to worry and even asked if there was anything he could do to help speed up the process. Chris was also great at making me not feel bad when I did show up and was apologizing for not being able to make it on that Saturday. Both Chris and Jim are great genuine guys and I would 100% recommend landmark auto sales for your next vehicle!

We had a wonderful experience when buying our new vehicle a few months ago. Our salesman was wonderful, and we got a great deal on a car that we love. We got our last vehicle at a larger dealership, and we definitely preferred Landmark. I would recommend them to anyone who might prefer a more personal experience with someone that is knowledgeable about their vehicles, over dealing with a larger company that is maybe undertaking more than they can realistically handle.

Jim and Chris are truly the best in the business. I was a first time buyer, I had little to no credit history so getting approved was definitely a challenge. Dealers say that can guarantee your approval, but Landmark ACTUALLY means it. After being denied and denied by other guaranteed approval places. I stumbled upon Landmark, and it just might be the best stumble Ive ever taken. I as pre-approved in just minutes, test driving vehicles the next day, and then driving off the lot in my first car about a week later. Landmark really does their part and I couldnt be more grateful. Hands down one of the best decisions Ive made. 5 Stars all the way around!

I called, a gentleman by the name Chris answered, asking what am I looking for As I was describing he apologetically interrupted saying that he has three customers in front of him, took down my info and said will call me back. I called again few days later, left a message with another guy for Chris, never received a call back EVER. I gave them one star for at least for picking up the phone both times.........but will never contact them, or refer them to anyone. We were ready to settle on a vehicle when this dealership popped up with a car new to the market. I called and did some negotiating over the phone. Within a couple of hours we had arrived at the dealership. We met Chris, Lee and John who were all very friendly and accommodating. Since the car had just been acquired by Chris it was not on the lot, but had gone to be inspected, so we had some time to spend with the guys. We had a great conversation and learned about each other. These guys are down to earth. We saw customer come and go and each was treated with respect. Chris didnt pull any punches and was truthful even if it didnt sound like the best sales technique. We left with a beautiful GMC Yukon we had been looking for for about 2 months. Chris provided a 3 month, 3000 mile warranty. He made sure that when we left we were completely satisfied. Ill go as far to say that he went above and beyond what Ive come to expect from a car dealership. When we left we had a great respect for Chis and his approach towards his customers. He calls his customers family and I believe he feels that way. I would send anyone to him.

I keep getting all these fake credit approvals in the mail to “Use my tax refund today -and drive home your new vehicle” A year after I purchased a car.Impossible for an approval to be still current thirteen months after I was there.Within thirteen months, Car needed fuel pump, timing tensioner, fuel tank, fuel pump, and a radiator fan.Edit- Has nothing to do with Disgruntled employee.Don’t give tax checks !Still showed up on my loan!Kept money from bank and sent my check in to state.Double hit me for taxes!

Buyer BEWARE. This is your typical shady used car lot. Liars everywhere. I saw a Toyota for a decent price so I inquired. The sleezy salesman (David) began with his lies. I asked him how many owners, he said 1 owner. I asked for the car fax then he began back pedaling. Turned out it has 4 owners. I asked any accidents he said no, again that was a lie. I asked who fixed the damage, they said they did themselves. The damage was reported over a year ago, and the car has only been on their lot for a few days. After the test drive I told them I liked the truck, then he raised the price $3-4K over what was advertised. I walked.

Horrible experience with this dealership! About several months ago I was looking for an suv for my family ended up here. After buying the suv the next day check engine light comes on I take it to auto zone to get a diagnostic and it comes back to need a Catalac converter. I call Chris’s Helper and they tell me they will take care of it to bring it up so I was okay cool I’ll bring it to them within that week as I’m over a hour away from them, they keep the suv for about a couple of days call me to pick it up and say they did a “oil treatment tuneup”?? So check engine light was off I figured hey where good. Next couple days check engine light comes back on I take it back to auto zone they hook it up same code came back that it needed a catilac converter so I’ll call them back up and explain hey the light back on same diagnostic came back like are you guys going to fix the cat? Chris the owner gave me the run around 5 times I took the truck to them to fix now I live over an hour away this guy made me come 5 different times to avoid doing the cat until he seen me about to snap because he knew I could see thru the bull he was trying to tell me. Not only was it an inconvenience for me to have to drive there after work 5 different times he told me “sometimes autozone mis-diagnosed cars” ?? Which I never heard of that, when he said that I knew right than and there this dealership if corrupt they will do anything to sale a car. Long story short I now had the truck under 8 months and it’s leaking oil and in the process of a lemon law talks. I ADVICE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER, NOT HONEST AND WILL TELL YOU ANYTHING TO MAKE YOU BUY OFF THEM! People deserve reliable cars not lemons!

My boyfriend and i were completely ripped off by this car lot. not even a month after we purchased our vehicle from them, it broke down. we had to pay to have it towed to their mechanics because we had a 3 month warranty. their mechanics said they couldnt find anything wrong with it and a week later it was broken down again. my boyfriend had to buy and fix the water pump that was blown himself and now the transmission light is on. the amount of money we are paying for this lemon is ridiculous. it would be a good price if the vehicle wasnt completely shot, but the amount of money its going to cost in repairs to keep it running is going to ruin the next couple years of our lives. and these men sold us this piece of crap knowing that we will be driving around with an infant. i would never recommend doing business with them.

He said he knew about it and was not obligated to disclose that information. Reprehensible? Yes. Unethical, immoral? Yup. Illegal? It should be. Did not offer to rectify the problem.

I ve never felt so ripped off!Bought an 05 Element - was told it had a clear car fax. My 5.5 hours under the hood told me otherwise. There was a kink in the radiator support, the driver light is out of wack (and broken) and the space between the hood and the fender is off.A week after purchase - just before the Lehigh tunnel, battery light comes on. Alternator is dead. $300 tow job home, $300 new alternator, 5.5 hours replacing said alternator.Before I got the car, I had it looked over by a mechanic friend, $1,000 worth of work needed to the car. I ve done some (wouldn t trust their mechanics or certification). Now I find out it needs a differential oil change, no big deal for a DIY person, but more than I wanted to do to a car a month into owning it. Have changed front and rear sway bar links, motor mounts and dash lights - stuff their qualified mechanics should have seen.Missing a second key and fob - at least $300 from a dealer. They never disclosed that until all the papers were signed.They offered me free inspection for as long as I have the car -(before I said I would take the car as is) - yeah, to whack me with a $1000 bill when I come in a year from now - no thanks!Little things and inconveniences add up quick.
