Went to store to look at Samsung watches. Basically i got a box with my watch inside. The person helping me said that he couldnt set it up because they didnt have secure Wi-Fi. My Granddaughter has tried to help me set it up but still have not figured out how to answer or make calls on it. I cant fathom why a store that sells phones cant set it up and why they dont have a secure Wi-Fi. I have been with Verizon since 1995 and they always have set my new phones up for me. Im going to look for a Verizon store that will do this. Not going back to this store again.

Only reason I’m leaving 5 stars is because of Caleb, who is single handedly the reason we are still with Verizon. This man cares and appreciates customer issues and flat out helps resolve them. Verizon has a very odd structure where the brick and mortar stores can only do this, and the phone lines to corporate can only do that. After being pushed aside for months trying to correct a problem Verizon caused, Caleb got it done. This guy embodies professionalism and needs to be recognized as the best leader I’ve had the pleasure to work with.

I was originally with them and switched. I am with another carrier and work for one to now, but I am not going to bad mouth them cuz of that. Just wasnt satisfied with service but I enjoyed the CS at this location. And they genuinely acted like they care. Unlike a lot of their other locations. So this location and even as competition I still think good people and whole they stay honest with people and keep customer first.

The manager talks down to you and what was supposed to be a 20 minute trip to upgrade my phone turned into an hour long ordeal with me walking out with nothing. A simple problem that could have been solved with a call to customer service was drug out and I was told to get bent and was told to wait for a better upgrade offer. Thanks for nothing, will never be back.

Usually hate going to the phone store due to look length of time it takes and overall cost. This time I received a one day nice offer. Also theres an associate I will always go to from this point on (Demetrius). He was Awesome and made this visit much less painful for me. He was very courteous and explained my whole process. Worst experiences I have ever had still haunt me. I cannot walk past this store without negative feelings welling up. After multiple mistakes on multiple occasions that cost me an arm and a leg, the last straw came when they refused to help me with a phone that was broken due to manufacturers defect, because it was a couple of days out of warranty. I pointed out that their people had originally shipped this phone to the wrong location and I hadnt had the phone that long so it should still be covered. The manager told me he couldnt help and no one at Verizon could which was a lie. I left, very angry, and called corporate. They helped me get a new phone at no cost. Avoid this place. There are plenty of other stores with better managers who will take care of you.

To the brunette employee who couldnt answer a single question or offer any helpful advice, clearly this is not your forte. Would recommend going to the Southside Verizon. I know its their job but my sales guy tried so hard to push all these extra fees and tablets and headphones on me. I told him several times I just wanted to upgrade my phone and Nothing else. But he insisted and pushed and pushed. Making me feel uncomfortable and harassed. And then goes on to say that I have to have insurance on my new phone.? I didnt want insurance but he didnt let me leave until I got it.

I went in to replace my older phone because I damaged it and this guy who works there....tall with dark hair...very rudely gives me a card and says just call this number theyll help you I ask him if he can do anything for me and he says no we cant at the store and just walks away. So I leave and go to a different Verizon store in Perry and a very nice woman helped me with everything. I didnt have to call any number!

Dec 2016 - As a past employee of Verizon, I know what training and empowerment employees and managers have. I came in and purchased three new iPhones. After getting them home we realized they were not working correctly. It turns out the agreements you sign for were never accepted from an In-store error. It took three trips to the store and four hours of phone calls with customer support to get it resolved. The manager offered a $20 credit for all that time to be a loyal customer.

So I bought a wireless charger for $60 and it no longer works. They told me when I called its a year warranty on the charger and I can come change it out. I have my recipe with me and the box it came with.The manager refused to help me in any way. She refused to change out my charger and told me I have to get ahold of Samsung. She was rude and shouldnt be in that position! Im truly disgusted on how she pretty much told me she dont care. Something definitely needs to happen.

After going to two Verizon stores that were horrible to deal with i walked into the Jordan creek store and right away the customer service was amazing they offered me a seat and a bottle of water (telling i wasnt happy) i explained what had happened with the other stores & even though they arent connected they apologized and took amazing care of us. I worked with Courtney personally She answered all our questions, got our phone upgraded & explained everything i had no questions or doubts when i left the store. All the workers could answer questions about the phone and products along with my plan. They even helped me save a few dollars witch is always nice. I highly recommend the Jordan Creek location. I will be back for my Iphone very soon. =]

Once again JC Verizon provided excellent customer service. Alex listened to the problem, gave us several options and answered a plethora of questions. Alex was very knowledgeable and patient!He is not the only one providing awesome service. Last summer we had an issue with a new phone in the midst of wedding preparations. Demetrus worked like crazy to help us, not stopping till he did everything possible to fix the problem.

I had a great experience at this location. I went in during their really busy time (Sunday afternoon) and though there was a long wait they were extremely gracious about it. One saleswoman who saw me waiting took the initiative to made sure that I found a seat to wait in (I am pregnant). The gentleman who helped me was very apologetic about the wait and then helped me politely and promptly.

HORRIBLE. I went in to get a new SIM card because my new phone needed a larger card. They told me to wait and when they finally got to me they said I could do nothing because I wasnt authorized on the account. When I went through the steps to verify they said we cant do anything because of something on the account. (there was nothing wrong with the account) I asked for an alternate way to activate it or get it verified on the account. They gave me nothing sorry there is nothing we can do but tell you to go buy a SIM card yourself Even though they are suppose to give them to you for free. I went and bought one for 20$ went in there is AGAIN nothing they can do apparently and wont help me. i call Verizon on the phone and verify who I am and whos account it is and they get everything done for me.... They said they should of be done in the store and I shouldnt of had to spend $20 on a new SIM card.VERY RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL. Go anywhere but here!

Store manager committed fraud. This store manager fraudulently signed me up for an account, telling me that my social security number was needed so they could give me plan pricing and phone options. Took 20+ hours of speaking with their fraud department (who said you need to call the police to resolve this, this should be reported as fraud), after I started receiving collection notices for a plan I never signed up for. Luckily the regional manager was able to put this to rest after they were informed the police was my next call. Store manager (Kyle) needs to be fired *immediately*. Verizon has lost me as a customer for life, in personal and in business.

The employees are very unhelpful and extremely pushy. Went a few weeks ago to get a new phone, I already knew what I wanted to get and the employee that helped me persistently tried talking me into getting a phone that cost over $400 more than the one I got. She seemed upset, and then while ringing up my purchase, she actually walked away from our transaction to help a guy that had just walked into the store, even after he stated that he was just browsing, AND while there were other employees available that couldve helped him instead! Ive been in that store before and didnt even get acknowledged for over a half hour while there were only a few customers in; I was blown away by how I was treated for not getting one of the most expensive phones in the store. I will not be buying any phones or accessories from them in the future.Id also like to add, the few employees that constantly say, wanna pay mine? Every time I go to pay my bill at the kiosk, its not very funny the first time, let alone the tenth.

Horrible service. Purchased a phone less then a week ago and the charging port stopped working. They claimed that they cant do anything about it. That I would have to do an insurance claim. And that its not covered under manufacturer warranty being 5 days old. 5 mins on the phone with customer service they have sent me a new phone under manufacturer warranty at no cost and I didnt have to use a insurance claim. The in store representative lied directly to my face. I recommend this store to know one and will never return. And Ill also be filing a report with the BBC.

I’m on crutches right now and i had to go up the escalator to get up to the store, i then was asked by the guy signing in people at the front what i needed i then proceeded to tell him i bought a charger from verizon not even a month ago that had wires splitting at the top, he then asked me if i had my adapter with me and i said no the adapter isn’t the problem. he then told me that i needed to get the adapter to make a exchange, after i had called them twice and was on hold for 40 minutes that morning. i then left and a few days later went to the store on university ave with the wall adapter, a guy there then told me i didn’t need my wall adapter to make an exchange on the charger that had a one year warranty. after the guy in the mall told me several times i needed to have that. and turned me away. service at the verizon store in the mall sucks!

Laziest staff around! Came in 20mins before closing and they were not willing to help me add s line and purchase two new phones! If your policy is not to take new customers before a said amount of time before closing then you need to state that on your web site so people are not apt to drive 35mins to your store only to have there hopes scattered. If my job and my family situation, allowed me to be there before 20 mins before closing then I would be there before that. But why would you state that your open till 9 when you clearly won’t help people unti 9!

Nothing against Verizon, but our experience at the SE 14th location in Des Moines was sub-par. Some confusion arose about a Fathers Day Promo, in which my wife was brought to tears by the alleged manager. Customer service had verified all the info was correct & determined we were more than eligable, however the manager in question doubled-down, and refused to concede (Ultimately telling her she was wrong, rude, threatening, and hung up on her. Unfortunately, I did not catch his name but Coward, Tool, and No Testicles come to mind. My Verizon business now goes to another location - The Jordan Creek location is outstanding.

Had a really bad experience. Was shopping with a friend, and asked a question in regards to upgrading with 2 year contract vs payment plan. The rep helping me named Shane jumped down my throat for asking if my friend has the option to do a two year upgrade. Super rude. Will be switching from verizon after my contract ends. Shane should be ashamed of his customer service, hopefully his manager will recognize this and put him through training again.

Please do not waste your time here. By the time you pay all the fees and overage nothing is unlimited. I was charged for 18 G of data within 4 days. On the 5th day I returned every product! Go to AT&T across the mall. There you will find a free iphone and a new lg v 20 for one dollar. We were also given an IPAD mini for FREE! My tablet is the newest LG. The rebates are amazing and the staff is so happy to help! Thank you AT&T!

The manager Kevin is worthless. I wouldnt have him lead a Girl Scout Troop. He certainly doesnt know how to treat a long-term customer that has been with VZ over 16yrs, and ALWAYS make certain the VZ gets their payment on time. The whole shopping experience was horrible. Had purchase a new phone a few days prior at a different location, but there was no sound on phone calls. They told me there was an issue, defective phone, 1 in a million, needed to exchange it. But not there--no, they are a corporate store and couldnt help. Back at the store I purchased it, they took the battery out and put it back in and it fixed the problem. Made the employees here look like total idiots.
