First time moved to US cellular this holiday season, Bendon at this store helped me with the switch from TMobile to us cellular. He is very good, ask for him when you visit the store
I was in and out in 5 minutes. Phone good as new and no charge.
It was super busy there surprisingly, but we were greeted by one of the employees as soon as we walked in and told we would be helped as soon as possible. There were three working I believe. We had pleasure of working with gentleman named Alex! He was super personable and made sure we understood all we asked him, and he even followed up with us later on in the night to make sure we were doing ok with phones and to call anytime. The staff there has definitely improved, and with latest interaction we will be totally referring Alex. Five stars!!
If I could give my experience yesterday 6 or 10 stars I most definitely would. I dont usually take the time to review companies, it takes a truly exceptional positive or negative experience. Pleasantly this experience was an exceptionally positive one!I went to this store to purchase accessories. 2 pair of true wireless headphones to be specific. The associate, expectedly, offered a more expensive option. However, unexpectedly he actually had a logical reason for it AND when I expressed interest in cheaper sets I was not pressured into the more expensive ones, as a matter of fact the associate graciously switched functions and started giving me PERSONALIZED product information. I like to walk and sometimes do it in the rain, he told me the features that would benefit me.After choosing the accessories that I WANTED (NOT ones that I was PRESSURED into), I realized I left my wallet at home so I said I would return. Upon my return I was recognized and the associate still had the products that I was waiting to purchase and was able to check out very quickly.Now, the best for last. After I had chosen my accessories I was handed off (very thoroughly, I didnt have to explain anything to the next associate, in fact, it was as if I had been talking to her all along.) to another associate to purchase my accessories. After getting the bill taken care of the associate asked if she had heard correctly about me walking in the rain, I explained that she had, I am working on being more active and rain should not be a reason to miss walking, she pulled a small package out of her cupboard and said, in that case this is for you! and handed me an umbrella with the us Cellular logo.This might not seem like much to some people, but my family is just starting to get back on our feet, and I am not used to such experiences. I not only felt like the associates had listened to me, but I felt TRULY VALUED AND APPRECIATED as a customer.

He understood what I needed based off of my complaints and requests and provided me with the perfect option for a new phone. Under staffed. Competition offers better plans, and more phone selection. Phone service is terrible when you leave the midwest.
Slowest service ever. Waiting to speak with a representative for over an hour. On top of that, after having told a representative what I wanted after coming in, once I got to the front of the line, I was told that they could only order the phone I wanted, and they didnt keep it in stock.
Awful. Workers were not friendly, spoke to me like I was a child, didnt fix what I came to have fixed. Said i needed to back up my phone and factory reset it, started the back up and sent me home to reset it myself. Did everything exactly how they told me too and now I have nothing. And they said it isnt their problem because they fixed the problem I had

Walked into the store, was not greeted or put in waitlist. Waited 25 minutes for a rep and another man came in and got greeted and put on waitlist before me. Absolutely wonderful service, not!
Very rude. My mom left to get something out of the car and the man was being rude and making rude comments to other employee. Just very poor customer service.
Went in to pre-order the new Galaxy S8 deal in early April and was told that four of us could upgrade to the S8 for free regardless of what phone we had previously. After we got our phones sent to us we found out that only if you turn in a Galaxy S6 or higher would the phones be free. We specifically asked if these phones would be free and were told they would be. If you do talk to them make sure to record the conversation so that you can prove what they tell you.
Slower than a sloth swimming in molasses!! Holy cow are the slow. Any slower and they would be moving backwards
