Picked up a nail on the road. Called Mr Tire and they told me I could bring it in immediately and they would look at it. They took me right away and were able to plug the tire. Which they did for free! I need new tires but was waiting until November. They were so helpful I asked for an estimate on new Tires! Mike and his crew did a great job on replacing my front brake pads and rotors! Great communication via phone calls during the process, since I wasnt waiting in the store. I was very impressed by the speed that they got it done. Estimated to take about an hour and they had the entire job done 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment! Awesome, speedy service. We got stuck with some grinding brakes on the way home from a long drive from Maine to Wisconsin. We spent a night in Westlake, and while there I booked an appointment for the next morning at 8 AM. I rolled in at 7:30 when they opened, explained our situation (and the 7 hours we had to drive yet), and they got it started right away. They were up front with what needed to be done and their price quote, and they quoted me a 45 minute wait. It was done in 30, and we were on our way. I wish I remember the name of the guy who helped us, all I remember is he was tall, had facial hair, and was working Monday, 8/16/21 at open.

I was at a different service center on my way to work because I had a nail in my tire. That service center needed me to leave them the car for the day. Went in to have my alignment checked just for my piece of mind. There were no issues but they said they do free inspection. Without my consent they informed me that they did an alignment & I owed $104.00. Leaving the shop I noticed my truck was pulling hard to the right. Turned around & pulled back into Mr. Tire. Told them wth! They looked again & said they fixed it. As I was pulling out again I here a clunk. I then drive to another mechanic shop & they said my lower ball joint was wasted! Whatever they did at Mr. Tire literally could have killed me had I gotten on the highway.Definitely do NOT recommend this shop.

Without a doubt, the best customer service Ive ever encountered at a car service center. My wife and I had brought her car in to get a new tire and unfortunately, they didnt have the specific tire in stock. However, they went ahead and drove over to another location to get the tire we needed. The whole process (including the trip to another store) only took an hour. We were very impressed. Something on the road slit the sidewall of a tire we purchased a year ago in Twinsburg. Driving on I 90 we pulled over to the Westlake Mr.Tire. Mike Miller, the store manager, and his co worker removed the defective tire and took the time to search for a compatible tire to replace it. Unfortunately, because of the type of car we have, two tires would need to be replaced to insure the car would be safe. Mike agreed that because our damaged tire was not old, and most likely under warranty, it would be best to return to the Twinsburg place for a replacement tire. He then proceeded to change our tire using our temporary spare so that we could safely return to our East side home. He did not charge for this service! We gave him a gratuity because he and his coworker were very polite and genuinely helped us out! Once home, the tire was replaced by the original company because it was indeed faulty and still under warranty. Mike proved he that he runs his shop with integrity. We will remember that the next time we are shopping for tires!

Mike went out of his way to explain the issues with my car and took me into the garage to show me damage to the transmission body that the dealer had covered up. His team was able to repair it, and Mike provided continuous updates throughout the day. After my wife’s car spun out on the icy highway and hit a curb, he inspected and fixed it within an hour. They frequently are changing the people, but in any case I was doing my oil change for the last 5 years, for my 2 cars on this place, after the last one, they did not plugged the oil trail, that crawled for hours, and obviously was broken, they just told me oh, nobody use it, we can just unplugged, and when I told then no, you need to replaced, they just told me that need to contact the dealer, never called me back, and I called to the corporate office, they sent an insurance agent, to start a claim process, and after a month nobody respond or say anything about it, if they broke your car, they dont respond, just think about it, better to pay a little more and go to the dealer. Lesson learned!

Last oil change I had for my vehicle at Conrad’s was the worst experience and service I had. I was sold more then expected. My oil ended up leaking. I went to Monroe’s in Westlake OH and both technicians were friendly and they helped me with with everything and more. Micheal and Mike did great they understood. A few days ago, I was driving on the highway and I begin hearing very loud periodic crushing noise coming from one of the wheels. Because this place was the closest one, I had to drive there to get the wheel checked. Even though I did not have an appointment, Mike was kind enough to check out my car, diagnose the problem between two appointments. He also applied a quick fix with no charge! The problem was perfectly fixed and I have been driving the car with no issue since then.

Mike Miller and his service technician, Mike U, really helped me out with a tire that was losing air for no apparant reason. They checked the tire twice on two separate days. The second time they replaced the stem, checked the recent tire repair (done by another tire service) and checked the rim. All of this as a courtesy and no cost to me. Fast and courteous service. They also service brakes and are conveniently located by Crocker Park. I would definitely utilize their services in the future.

Found a nail in my tire on New Years Eve, shop was still open and the manager came through in a major way. Explained to me in detail what constitutes a new tire in case of said scenario and what can be patched. I was in luck because my tire was still patchable and they even threw in an overdue oil change on my ride while they patched the tire on New Years Eve! I would recommend 10/10 times if you’re in a jam when it comes to auto service and trustworthy advice!
