Superlube is convenient, work is always done in a timely manner and they are reasonable. They offer recommendations on anything that needs attention but dont push unnecessary services.

Jacob and the team always provide top quality service and never upsell unnecessary repairs. Always fair pricing and timely repairs. They are great!

While we were visiting our Daughter we had noticed a sound coming from the front of our vehicle and had a good idea that is was our brakes. The shop was walking distance from our daughters home so we thought we would give them a call in the morning which happened to be a Saturday morning. They to,d my husband that they would do the best they could to get our vehicle in since we had no appointment it may take a while. I have to say they went out of there way and fixed the brakes and the cost was more then reasonable and the customer service and the mechanics at this establishment are very thorough and curtious they even explained to my husband how our tires needed rotation and apologized that they did not have the equipment to service them. We would highly recommend this business to everyone that is in need of the services that they offer!! Thank you so very much to this establishment and its staff.

We really like this group. My father has used them many times & found them to do excellent work, be very polite, and be very fair with pricing. Even recently when they found that the problem was a corroded wire, they replaced it for free. And then they delivered the car to his home! Outstanding service! Thank you.

Ive been going to Kevin and Jacob at Superlube in Westlake for years. It started with some kind of offer in the mail and quickly progressed to where theyre my Go To for everything with all my cars... Especially the cars that my daughters drive. ALWAYS spot on diagnostically. ALWAYS reasonably priced and always go the extra mile for me and give the cars a good once over so I dont have to worry when the kids take the cars out of town. I even had an emergency once where I called Jacob late in the day and asked if he could take a look at a problem before the end of the day - as my daughter was headed to Chicago in the morning. An almost impossible request but despite having a full load already in the shop, he took a look at it right away, did some minor maintenance on it and she was good to go! All for the ridiculously low cost of an oil change and some wiper blades... The most honest and thorough shop Ive found... Will never go anywhere else!

Got an appointment quick and was out within 2 hours! The price was half of what the dealer wanted! Great service highly recommend.

My lower steering column failed right before I was supposed to leave for vacation. Kevin and his team worked hard and went out of their way to find a part that day so I didnt have to be without my car. Afterwards Kevin took the time to show me the part that had been malfunctioning and explain how it happened. He also let me know one of my brakes had been grinding and took care of that too.Im new to the area and dont know much about cars, so I was nervous about finding a good, honest shop, but Im so glad I went here. The guys that where working there where rude and inconsiderate. That had me wait a week for an appointment and then had complications putting my tires on so they couldn’t do it and then wanted to have me wait hours even when I had an appointment.
