When I originally tried to schedule my appointment, I called and they put me on hold for over 15 minutes and then never answered. I called back and was connected. I needed an oil change but also wanted them to check and advise for a small evap leak and noise coming from the muffler area. They said it would be $124 to just inspect the check engine light and $62 just to inspect the exhaust. They are not affordable. The check engine light was only a bad gas cap which was leaking.

Extremely extremely rude managers! Completely refused to help us or even attempt to let us buy a tire for our trailer that debeaded right across the street from them.

Made an appointment for a maintenance oil change for 9:00 am. I arrived promptly. It was a solid 2 hours until they finished. After I sat there waiting for over an hour for the work to be completed, I inquired as to what the problem was. The manager informed me the tire rotation had been completed. They were just waiting for authorization from the fleet company for the oil change because, he “is not trying to comp an oil change.” I brought the email authorization with me and handed it to him when I arrived. Had I been made aware of an issue, I would’ve called the company myself a lot earlier. But when I did reach the company representative he informed me that NTB was charging for new wiper blades in addition to the service I scheduled. The rep asked if I had requested new ones at NTB. I said no. They didn’t need to be replaced as they were perfectly fine. He then authorized the oil change. And as soon as I completed my call, the manager at NTB informed me of the good news with a thumbs up! “They approved the service.” I said, “I know. I just got off the phone with them.” He said, “we’ll get that finished.” I asked about the wiper blades. He said “oh, we tried to change them out but didn’t have any that fit your vehicle.” I told him they didn’t need to be changed. Convenient. 😑 So they finished the oil change amidst their casual conversation. He came back in and nonchalantly said, “you’re good.” I wasn’t offered a receipt. But I asked for one. They have blatant disregard for people’s time. And somewhat shady business practices by trying to fleece a fleet company for unnecessary products/services. I would not recommend this location. I will not be back in the future.

I had to have my car serviced here so I scheduled an appointment online (very easy via their website). I came in early and they happened to be able to accommodate me straight away. Kevin assisted me throughout the entire process in an incredibly professional manner—exceptional service by him and the rest of the on-site team. Overall my car’s issues were fixed my swiftly, and I was on my way just after an hour. Will come to NTB again. These guys really care.

They were kind, honest, professional and did not try to sell me anything. Good employees good prices, go there you wont be disappointed.Thank you very much.

Not sure if I can mention staff by name but I’m going to. Larry is very rude, he’s the guy who primarily answers the phone and also does some of the work when changing tires. I told him my issues with my van over the phone and since he had to order a tire, he told me I would need to make a deposit. I though that was extremely weird but when the tire finally arrived a week later, I was told the deposit was never taken as they just do that to keep appointments. Then I was handed back my credit info on a napkin that was written over a week ago. Who knows where this napkin had been laying with all my credit card info. Very unprofessional. Long story short, overall terrible experience. They didn’t want to do a test ride after changing tire, I told them my original complaint and they did the test ride. The issue was still there, so they made be pay for another tire change because the wrong tire was changed. I don’t see that being my fault when you can visual see the tire that needed to be change. Most professional locations check all tire even after changing just 1 tire. Smdh

I visited this shop to have new tires installed, an oil change, and a transmission fluid exchange. Over the phone I was quoted at $560 for tires, $80 for the transmission and $50 for the oil change. Upon arrival the transmission exchange price changed to $140 because of my engine type after I had given them my make/model over the phone. An hour into the work I received a call from them saying that my struts were leaking, my rear control arms were failing, my shock absorbers needed replaced and my oil gasket pan needed replaced. Almost 3k in work. And on top of that they now need me to pay $360 for the transmission fluid “because of my engine type”. why didn’t you say that when I gave you my make/model over the phone? They also said I needed a new battery and told me it would cost $140. They failed to include the $75 in labor they charged for to install the battery.....I also asked for wiper blades. They didn’t give me the rear wiper blade. Which is very interesting seeing as they have an advertisement in their store saying “don’t forget the little guy” for their wiper blades. I took my car back to my selling dealer and they found no issues with my struts, shocks, control arm, etc. it is really sad that ntb can’t be trusted for simple car maintenance and they will still search for unnecessary repairs to take advantage of their customers. They even went as far as to say I didn’t qualify for their $50 rebate after spending $960 on tires oils change battery and wiper blades. Which I did qualify for. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE.

One word amazing service. Jordan and his staff are so personal they helped me out too many times. Even when i brought my car to them an hr before they were closing they were able to help me. I am so grateful of them. Very knowledgeable of the products and services they offer. Will not go anywhere else but here. I will lole to thank them once again.

The man answering the phone was nice but the mechanics are pretty unmotivated & not really interested in being there. I couldnt wait to take my car to an actual dealership instead. Which is what they recommended after two hours of me sitting there and reading my phone. Waste if time. Its worth it to take it to the dealership. Also, I saw the mechanic drop my tire while the car was lifted in the bay and started laughing. Until he saw me standing at the window. The waiting lobby was messy & dirty. The only saving grace was the two responsible people out of a few guys working there. Unfortunately, I cant say I recommend this place but it can be a different experience for anyone else. The place is okay overall, could use some cleaning and fix up the coffee bar. The service from the two men were great. They seemed like the managers and are very professional. I cant remember their names but good job guys! The prices are pretty much standard but Id crossed checked them with the dealership first. Hope this helps.

I just went to ntb westlake after my work van was running bad after an oil change from another place.The young man dropped what he was doing and came out and had it fixed in 5 minutes.no charge.Im so thankful to him .I wished I got his name.I went to the other place cause i was in a hurry but its better to have patience and get it done right at ntb.Thanks

Always take my cars up here for my oil changes and they always have my appointments in and done in a timely manor.. they always give me a good overview of issues I may have with my vehicles and seem to be priced fairly on repairs.. I’ve had good experiences at this ntb location and I would recommend it over other locations I’ve been to

Larry was very friendly and took the extra time to explain to me what needed to be fixed and replaced. Saved me some money because it was an emergency. I recommend these guys to anyone!

Ive had two experience at this location. The first was amazing. The worker went above and beyond and was super kind. The second was terrible. The guy behind the counter was clearly have a really bad day and his attitude towards me was terrible. I called ahead to see if they could plug my tire and he was so grumpy. Looking back I wish I would have asked him if everything was okay.

These guys were great. The manager is especially helpful but the whole staff is honest and knowledgeable. They didnt try to beat me up for any additional work and found me the best deal possible and even a nice rebate on a set of tires. Definitely will bring my other vehicles back for tires

I won’t return to this location. I’m a repeat customer & stopped at the location due to a low tire. I purchased my tires from this location & just had new brakes installed. The gentleman at the service desk said they couldn’t look at my vehicle but could fill it with air. I could make an appointment to return the upcoming week. He appeared to not really careless about my situation.

Some of the reviews on here are crazy. Ive owned an automotive shop for 13 years and this location has the best employees and GM (Jordan) with the most thorough service out of any tire shop Ive ever used. Never once have I been disappointed by the price or service provided by this location. I send my employees and customers from Cleveland to here because I know if they do something its going to be done right.

I could have made tires faster than this tech moves. At 115.99 an hour you should at least act like you give a #### about the customer. Four tires in four hours and Im literally the only car here. I now know why.

These people went above and beyond today!! We ran something over in a parking lot and NOBODY would help us!! We found this place and it was our last shot as we live 45 minutes from home .They took our Jeep in and within 1 hour we were back on the road !! Cant thank them enough!! Thats what customer service is about ! Thank you Jordan! And your staff !!

Ive gone to this location (and many other NTB shops) out of convenience, but frankly its not worth the return. On several occasions Ive been quoted with repairs that far exceeded either 1) what was necessary or 2) what the appropriate level of effort would be. Youre far better off taking your vehicle to a reputable shop for an estimate on anything other than tires. I would definitely recommend checking prices and rebates on tires too, though NTB does relatively well on competitive pricing overall.

Went in for a flat tire. Was told it would be about an hour and 15 minutes. I was out in an hour. Friendly staff told me my air filters were dirty and cleaned them! Very happy with my service!Also its an easy in and out area which helps!

Ive been here for over an hour with no other customers waiting and my vechile isnt even pulled in yet. Meanwhile there have been 3 get togethers in the office with 3 to 5 of the mechanics-service people discussing varied light hearted topics such as a crash in chicago,something that happened at a party last weekend, and other spectacular topics. And i can hear the party continuing in the garage area. Arrived at 5:20 and it is now 6:40. For an oil change! I definatley have plenty of time to continue but i think ill take a nap.

Stopped in 5 minutes before closing with a screw in my tire. NTB offerred to fix first thing the next morning. It was ok with me if it was 1st bcs I had lots to do the next day. Checked appointments and NTB full.Kevin and mechanic elected to fix it right then and stayed 15 minutes after closing to finish the job.Above and beyond service, but I would suggest coming long before closing time.

Great experiences both times I came here. I love that they stay open until 8 PM. I dont have leave work early or rush home to get new tires.The manager, Jordan, seems like a genuinely good guy and looks out for his customers. I needed new tires on my truck and my wifes car and he looked up coupons to help alleviate some of the pricing pains!NTB did not have the tires I wanted for my wifes car so they ordered the tires and installed them the same day the tires got in, it was great.I did not experience NTB trying to sell me any additional services, which is comforting.Ill definitely be coming back for my next set of tires...hopefully its not for years!

Normally I dont have any complaints about this place but today I have to let you know when I went in to take care of my tire that had a screw in it to get repaired I was told by the guy at the desk that they would fix the problem under warranty. I left my vehicle with them about 20 minutes later I received a call from them saying they could not repair the tire after they inspected the tire and told me that I needed a new tire because the screw that they found was sideways in the tire. They wanted to sell me new tires and charged us alot of money for the tires. I told them I would be picking up the vehicle and I didnt want new tires at this time. I took the vehicle home and inspected the tire myself, when I pulled the screw out of the tire it was about a quarter of an inch long so it didnt even penetrate the tire. If you inspect a tire I think you should at least Actually inspect the tire before you try and sell someone new tires.

Brought in 4 brand new wheels and tires for a project truck to get mounted and balanced. Had vibration issues ~70 mph, balanced the drive shaft just in case, problem didnt go away. Assumed maybe they mis-ballanced a tire, called them up and said I would be charge $9.99 a tire even though they screwed up. Bad customer service.

Wow this place is a rip off didnt take my car there and never will. First 75 for a synthetic oil change down the road 40 bucks and then I got a price for spark plugs $460 for spark plugs even the dealership was only $300. What a rip off avoid.

My experience from start to finish was A+. From the salesman to the tire mechanic Chris Leonard they were nothing but professional and answered all my questions. I had them install two new back tires on my Corvette, I had told Chris Leonard that I had an issue with the front shaking and I just got two new front tires prior about a month ago and installed at Chevy dealership but the front was shaking still. After the back tires were installed he came to me and asked if he could check the front tire balance I told him that they were Road forced balance but go ahead and check oh, a few minutes later he came to me and said come here and take a look. I saw that the tires were way out of balance. I asked if rebalancing them would fix the problem, he said he thought it would I was hesitant as I just paid a lot of money to have them Road Force balanced but went ahead and rebalance the front tires. Once done I immediately took my car to the highway to see if there was any shaking or wheel wobble there was none problem was fixed, so the whole time I thought maybe there was a wheel bearing or a strut issue with the front end but it was a bad balance from. Pat obrien Chevy dealership and i paid a lot of money to Road force balance them never again I will always go to NTB as they know what theyre doing and had the best prices on my expensive tires and I trust them with my very expensive rims on my car thank you everyone at NTB

Fixed a fast oil leak by replacing the filter and seal for me, but forgot to tighten the oil plug, so all the oil drained out over night anyway. Had to take my car in again thinking it was a major issue.Great customer service though. Cant fault them for that.

First time I went here it was essentially random - I hit something on the highway and they were right there off the exit. What I thought was a slow tire leak turned out to be a broken wheel. The new wheel had to be ordered and so they mounted my spare and I came back the next day and they put my new wheel on. They made it pretty stress free.I came in a little while later for an oil change. Turns out I had other problems and they brought me in to the garage and showed me and told me straight up that while it could become a big issue it wasnt something that needed fixed right away. I got it fixed later.In all, Ive been there 4 times for various reasons and every time they have been nice, knowledgable, and more the willing to interact and answer any questions Ive had. I would highly recommend them.

Not at all happy with tires purchased 2 months ago. Just had a big snow and got no traction on any amount of accumulation. The car never had trouble in snow on old tires even with frequent driving through upstate New York in plenty of snow. Lousy advice on appropriate tires to purchase. Feels like I was conned. Wont go back.

Purchased alignment package for 6 months. Got my first alignment in October after having control arms done. Went back today (April 4th) for another one since I just got my front struts done and was told by my regular mechanic that half of my tires in the rear are completely bald due to bad alignment/no alignment so I returned for another alignment. (Last time I was there I guess they didn’t do all four wheel alignment even though that’s what I asked for. )They informed me that they couldn’t do alignment due to a bad toe arm in the rear. I asked how come it wasn’t a problem in October and they didn’t not have an answer. Mechanic sort of looked shocked that a knowledgeable female would confront a male mechanic and tried to show me by moving my tire in and out and “he didn’t have the right grip to show how loose it was”. Then I asked if I can just get a front alignment and they said if the back isn’t straight they can’t do a front alignment which I know you can do just a front alignment.Funny how when I went with my master cert tech fiancé in October it was a breeze but when you go alone they take advantage of you. Wil definitely not be returning and very dissatisfied by paying for this package and not being able to fully use it.

Easy scheduling, quality work, & great customer care keeps me returning to NTB in Westlake. I can call the day before & schedule for the time frame I am looking to get in for an oil change & check up on my Volvo. Volvos can be pretty pricey to repair, but I have witnessed Jordan, the manager, call around for parts to help ease the burden of unexpected repair costs. Keep up the great work Westlake NTB!

My drivers side rear tpm stopped reading the tire pressure and I went there to see if they could see what was wrong with it and to see how much itd cost to fix it. Well, when I left all 4 of my tpms were not working. I went back and they told me that theyll reset after I drive for 5 miles, well they didnt reset. Went back the next morning to speak with a more experienced mechanic and they give me this bs excuse that I need to replace the one that was originally bad and itll replace the other ones...I spoke with a dealership and a different tire place and thats not true at all. One not working doesnt affect the other ones. They just wanted money and business

My tire went flat while I was visiting in Westlake. It would not hold air and found a nail sticking out of the tread. It was Sunday. I called NTB Westlake & they were booked solid but when I explained my predicament - I was told to have the car towed to them and they would definitely find time to evaluate the tire to see if it could be repaired. They were so nice on the phone and pleasant in person. I was greeted right away by Ron Hill (I found out later - he is the Service Manager). He immediately brought my car into a bay to evaluate. He explained what would happen if the tire could be repaired and if it could not be repaired and pricing/timing for both. I was contacted within the hour that my tire had been repair and was ready for pick-up !! They took time out of their busy day to help me :)) They were awesome!! I will get my tires here from now on & I am telling all my family and friends about my wonderful experience at NTB - Westlake !! Thank you Ron Hill !!!

I have been taking my car to this NTB for a while and every time I’m there they get my car done as fast as possible. The service here is better than any other place I’ve been in the past.

The location near me is ok..they are ran like a sears automotive..but too many young, inexperienced mechanics trying to cut their teeth..i felt like my car was a ginea pig when i brought it there for service.

Take it from me, this place is horrible. Please dont give them your business. They snapped my log nut boss on my front right wheel. A few days goes by and I check my tire pressure to find that I only have 4 lug nuts on?! I called the Manager (forget his name) and they gave me a little run around. The manager says well, we cant really know for sure if we really did this, but I didnt see it noted on the initial check in paper work, so well take care of it for you. Acting like they did nothing wrong is pretty irritating. Fast forward to today, trying to fill the same wheel with some air, the valve stem cap was on so tight, that it snapped the valve stem when attempting to remove it. Point is, their shop is careless and I wouldnt recommend this NTB if it was the last repair shop on Earth.

Thought they would be less.expensive than dealership service but couldnt more wrong. Not only were prices higher for oil change& tire rotation but their tire prices were more too!

Had a tire blow out right off 90 and dropped off my car on lot and called the next morning. Kevin kept me updated on progress all day, and even stayed 15 min late when uber driver took me to wrong address. Thanks Kevin!
