I had a custom muffler installed on my 2020 Ford Mustang GT. I had called several shops beforehand, and this one offered the best quote. The quality of the work was expert and timely. Even better, George, the owner, actually charged me even less than what had originally been quoted! He also went above and beyond in customer service, which included actually giving me a ride back home so I didnt even have to bother my wife to pick me up from the shop. I wish I could rate this place higher than 5 stars. I will be back!

They were so wonderful! I was in the area for only a night but to my dismay I discovered a nail in my tire. They were able to fit me despite their busy schedule when I told them about my tight schedule. They even went out of their way to get the same tire having his wife drive down to the tire store to pick it up. Thanks to their quick and kind service I was able to make it home safely!!

This place has been extremely helpful. When my trucks alternator went out they set me up with a tow company and got me to the shop right away. The owner then drove me home himselfelf and my truck was finished by the end of the day. All for a great price! Cant say enough

Hands down the best auto shop Ive gone to. You can tell George and his employees genuinely care about providing a great service. Extremely friendly. George showed me everything wrong with my car while up on a lift, explained everything they had to do and why. Kept in contact with me so I knew exactly what was going to be done. He even gave me a loaner car so I could get to work in the meantime. All for a extremely good price, which he broke down and showed me to ensure his honesty. Mogo is way better than the national chains in the area. They seriously do honest work, and deserve a 5 star rating from me. $700+ brake overhaul from Conrads turned out to be well under $500 from Mogo... because I didnt need an overhaul. They let me bring my own parts too!

Was quoted at around $100 for service. Whoever I spoke with in person told me theyd call me if anything changed. The total ended up over $250 for just the labor. Were you guys taking a nap while servicing my vehicle yo rack up labor hours? Incredible, but nevertheless I will be sure to take my business elsewhere.

Decided to try these guys on the strength of a recommendation I got for West Side Muffler - theyre connected. Front-end work. Price comparable to other reputable shops, not the amazing value their muffler side can be, but fair. Owner is friendly and solicitous - saw him tell another customer who came in for a quick repair but forgot her purse to go ahead and drive her repaired car home and come back with payment when convenient - kind of gives you a feel for the shop. Repair work done competently, they also did a quick and gratis flush of the power steering pump to eliminate a whine. Ill be back.

I took my car in for a noise. They found it was a bad bearing with a repair estimate of over $1,000. Many other service garages would have done the work and charged me but they took the extra step of calling different dealerships and found that the repair could be done under the drive train warranty. I wont forget their honesty and Ill be giving them my business going forward!

L went to Mogo after having noticed some excessive noise and vibration in the suspension. They identified the problem within minutes .George and his team had me in and out later that same day. I left that afternoon very impressed with the straightforward, knowledgeable and honest service that they delivered. As far as Im concerned, the multitude of good reviews are justified and I will most certainly be returning the next time I need service.

I definitely like this place better than any others from this area. They are honest and straight to the point. This is a smaller shop and may not have a large capacity like other chains/dealerships but they do the job right which is far more important to me. I will rather wait and tell me when they have time to look at my car than go back to any other place Ive been around and get the car on the same day, pay a lot of money but having a mediocre service done.Im a loyal MOGO customer now :)

Exceeded my expectations. I took my Ford Flex to Him at noon on Monday before Thanksgiving. Let him know I had a hole in exhaust and needed a repair be done by noon on Wednesday. He said he would look at it and give me an estimate by end of day. He called me early at 2:30 to let me know the repair cost and he will have it done a day early on Tuesday. Then on Tuesday, noticed a tie rod breaking during his test drive, now that he could hear the car. Offered to replace it by end of day Tuesday, still half a day early. The cost for both was excellent and service was excellent from start to finish. Thank you Mogo. I definitely recommend your services to others.

I chose this auto repair shop to fix my muffler because of the convenience of being close to home. Just want to put it out there how surprised and pleased I was with the excellent service I received. I have become so accustomed to never receiving good service and being treated like a number, I had no expectations, just wanted my muffler fixed. Not only was great work done with my muffler system at a much lower cost than other big name franchises or dealerships will quote, a wheel bearing was replaced which was a dangerous situation going on for a long time where I thought it was engine noise, or was masked by my bad muffler. This situation was never brought to my attention at the place I always take my car for other services. George was very respectful, listened to and answered my questions, showed me the work and parts. He genuinely and sincerely showed interest in me as a customer, (no fancy robotic sales-speak), was concerned for my safety, spoke highly of his mechanics. I was so impressed and felt respected for once. He and his mechanics are very knowledgeable and I regret not trying this place for the seven years I have lived in Westlake. As another reviewer stated, this truly is a gem of an auto repair shop. This is also my new go to place for further needed repairs. My old car is running so quiet now, I feel like I just bought it brand new. Thank you MOGO Auto.......

I love MOGO. The prices are always lower than everyone else, they do good work, and theyre always willing to take you out into the garage and show you exactly what the problem is, so you know youre not getting scammed. George is very friendly and even offered to pick me up to come get my car and offered a loaner car if I needed it the last time I was there. I would definitely recommend MOGO to anyone.

Parts changers. Not very competent at diagnosis! Put in parts for rough running and didnt fix the problem! Gave me a charge for technical diagnosis and parts and I took it elsewhere to actually have the vehicle fixed. Needed an injector. Expensive on exhausts. Ive been here several times and wont return. I have a written diagnosis so no I didnt want them to do more because who knows how many parts they would change before they stumbled upon the right correction.The manager is polite and seems to try and I have no qualms with his demeanor or the staffs behavior in that they did their best. Their best isnt very good when it comes to diagnosing injector failure. I paid for diagnosis and this shop didnt come through.

George is so nice.and don is the best is Westlake. Only fixes what is needed and great prices. This is my go to place.even if I have a question they can answer no problem.

Don’t go to this place... I had my front axle replaced last year and started to have the same symptoms as before, just recently. I changed my oil about a week after I noticed the issues coming back and saw the axle was shifted and loose. I took my vehicle back to MOGO and George was very adamant that there was ANYTHING wrong with the VISIBLY LOOSE and already RUSTED axle. I asked for quotes on what his ‘CERTIFIED MASTER MECHANIC’ believed was wrong. I was charged for a FULL INSPECTION of my front end. The owner George took it upon himself, WITHOUT permission, to take my two front tires to a nearby NTB, and got them balanced. He then CHARGED me for it AND the tip he gave the technician at NTB for a service he just got for free. Again... NO PERMISSION WAS GIVEN TO DO ANY WORK TO MY CAR. If THAT wasn’t enough, I was still sure it was the axle causing the problem but George told me to take it to another shop and IF the OTHER shop said the axle was bad, THEN he’d TRY and do something about it. All I got was eye rolls, attitudes and spoken to like I was garbage. I gave up and I took it to Automotive Specialty Services in Avon, Ohio. They told me the axle was improperly installed and was a BAD PART. They had taken it off and showed me how it was internally grinding and binding up which was causing my driving issues. And even though George charged me for a FULL FRONT END INSPECTION, he didn’t tell me that anything else was wrong with my vehicle. But Specialty told me a handful of other things that needed addressed ASAP and showed me everything they had found. At this point I don’t trust anything George has done to my car or what he said was supposedly wrong with it. He hasn’t refunded me for his mechanic’s botched work that was done on my car. His mechanics obviously don’t know what they are doing, he is obviously scamming and cheating people out of their money and doesn’t care about you or your vehicle after he’s able to squeeze as much money out of you as possible. Now I have a $1500 credit card bill to pay off because of this terrible situation. DON’T GO HERE.

Wasted $500 on parts I didnt need, and I still didnt get a functioning air conditioner. Had to have it fixed somewhere else. They may be fine for an oil change or a simple mechanical problem, but for complex issues I would not recommend these guys.

Was there just to visit someone. He chose to work on my brakes at no charge. My mistake for letting this person do this as instead of fixing them, he just cut the rear brakes and made it so i only have front brakes which still squeak and dont work properly. wonder how the owner feels knowing his employee is doing free work from there? Does the owner also know he takes money from the company to buy alcohol?? Bet he also doesnt know his employee drinks while working.

Excellent service! I had some issues with my car not heating and I was also missing a trunk latch (I had been for awhile). I dropped the car off at 8:00 AM and it was done by 1:00 PM.In addition to that they fixed my truck latch for only $79.99, the official toyota part would have cost over $200.I will be using mogo for my future needs as well.

I felt that they were very attentive and courteous and were knowledgeable about everything. When I asked questions, they were able to explain everything clearly.

They were friendly, fast, and honest. Ill be going back there if my car starts acting up again.

Worse car repair business I have ever come across. I doubt that other positive reviews are authentic, I warn new customers not to get into this trap. I have wasted almost $1500 on my 2 cars and he has created more problems which might need additional $1000 expense.I got my brake rotors in 2 cars replaced, he always charges more then the advertisd price adding calipers repair and shop fees; within few months the brakes start making sounds and then he hits you with $68 for warranty repairs claiming that this issue is not covered.I got my radiator replaced from him and he didnt change or made the thermostat non-functional which caused radiator fluid leakage and he hit me with $80 diagnostic fee telling me that I need new water pump for $500 cash.I got oil change from him for $40 and oil filter and oil pane have started leaking and my driveway is full of oil marks; it is a never ending story!Please avoid going to this shop because he will create more problems in your car to make you come back for more repair; this is completely unethical and dishonest way to do business.I have entered a complaint to better business bureau and also intend to call the Ohio attorney general.

ONE Word to describe my experience at MOGO Auto Service Center today, July 27, 2015: OUTSTANDING!It is so refreshing to find an HONEST place to be able to take my car! Cudos to George and his Service Tech, Don, who actually seemed like they cared about me and my safety; so much so, I felt like I should of HUGGED them before leaving!! Thats how THRILLED I am to have found this place!While I went there for a battery issue on an older car, I also asked them to look at my front drivers side tire that I have to put air in every few days. ...They didnt try to sell me a new tire, In fact, told me my tires looked OK. ...They told me it was a rim-leak and would cost $3x.xx to fix --FAR LESS than a new tire, and to bring it in whenever I had the money.Whats sad is, Ive lived in Westlake for over 15-years before discovering MOGOs today, and actually thought they were a Auto/RV Stereo Dealer by their logo/signage. I had no idea theyre the Hidden Gem of true and honest car repair!I have always felt ripped-off by the national chains who seem to say, Well, we can fix that, but you also need this, that, and another thing done; and then get annoyed when I say I cant afford it. Same Car, 3-4 years ago, One National Chain, 3-Letters, sales said, Well, its YOUR safety, maam. I wouldnt drive that car without having This, This and That done. ...Years later, I STILL havent had This, This, and That done and Im still alive and the car is fine!!I got none of that crap from MOGO/George today! All he said was, when you have a little extra money, lets get that tire fixed, and maybe allow us to take a look at the cause of that clinky sound when your car hits a bump! --OH, the reason he knew that is because he took it for a test drive! And Yes, Im handicapped, but he wanted to make sure my car was safe for me to drive!!I truly cant give anything but praise and 10+ Stars to the service I received at MOGO today!L Collins, Westlake, OHIO
